We buy all our drinks here. The rewards program is awesome, the staff is the friendliest you’ll find and always super helpful. They have a fantastic selection and won’t hesitate to special order something at your request. Crown is also one of the only places in Deerfield if not the only place that that carries “Old Speckled Hen” our favorite beer. Highly recommend to everyone, the location is extremely convenient and even if it wasn’t we would still happily go out of the way just to shop here for the superior service. Ten out of ten.

Very friendly staff. Had everything we needed. Little more expensive than our smaller private guy down the street but he doesn’t carry the old fashioned ingredients. Will shop here again

Walked into Crown wine for the first time !Certainly not the last . Not only is there stock full of good spirits they have gourmet food as wellCheeses, pates, dried sausage, seltzer, tonic. The list goes on . Great 1 stop shopping for cocktail party on the fly ..... Owners and customer service just as on point.

Knowledgeable people work in this location. They always have the answers to your questions. I always go to this particular store.

I went in to purchase some wine for Mother’s Day and the older man I’m assuming is the new manger followed me around the store but neglected to ask me if I needed help. Must be new because I’ve never seen him before. Disappointing because they lost a loyal customer won’t be going back there.

They didnt carry ol Smokey salty caramel! 😞 But they did have a good selection anyway.

Invariably nice people at every location. A great selection of snacks and interesting gourmet foods refrigerated abd packaged.Plus, they even have greeting cards and alcohol and spirits related memorabilia, Including, bar ware and utensils for parties.

This place is top shelf with a great staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Why shop anywhere else can’t beat the prices!

I love this place, but every other time I come in they are out of my Bacardi making me have to go to some other place. It is now better for me to go to the one place that always has it then to have to drive to two different places because one place cant keep it stocked.

Crown generally has a really good selection of eclectic bourbons. I guess before Thanksgiving they were a little under stocked.

I don’t know why you switched managers, but this store is a mess now, it’s cluttered and it looks bad, you never have the shelves stocked that’s also bad for your business, not to mention the new manager is rude and doesn’t speak much English . Will not be coming back here .

GM manager is the BEST everyone that works is wonderful. A place to go if you want to get some good liquor for great prices.

Good variety of wine and alcohol, they also have a section where they seem to sell specialty cheeses and other unusual food items but Ive never tried any of them.They have a great variety of liquor and I often find items I used to buy when I lived in Italy and cant find anywhere else.

Selection is good and pretty fairly priced but the big guy who rang us up was pretty rude. Not sure why he had such a poor attitude but it was enough for my fiance and I to decide not to go back here.

I have shopped here for 23 years and can only say great things about service, pricing and selection of wines. They also have very nice selection of cheeses and specialty food items. The rewards program makes paying for goodies less of an issue.
