Quick grocery shopping experience. However as of 11/3/21 noticing many items not in stock. Example: coconut water.

I always order my sub and pay ahead of time. They either never receive the order or they mess it up. On top of that, the service is unbearably slow. By the time I return to work, my 30 minute lunch break is pretty much over. So what’s the point of ordering ahead of time? If I had time to spare before returning to work I would have spoken to a manager. Never ordering from this Publix deli again.

Small, but quaint and stocked. Easy in and out! Lots parking and other shops and eateries like 5 Below, Panera, Ulta, and Bath and Body Works. Get all your shopping done in this Plaza.

Always clean, always nice employees, always good customer service and usually have everything on your shopping list...including the usual items... and as in all things in life, there is a premium to pay for the best.

Came in for a flu shot. Had to wait 15 minutes. Then got the shot. Great service.

This store needs remodeling, the produce is not the best. I wanted a parfait and it was half empty. There was no jello on the shelves. Also the deli department was shutdown and no one seems eager to be working behind the deli counter. I will definitely drive a few miles to go to another Publix location.

This Publix is hard to review when I have other locations in mind. Compared to the others, this one is small and kinda dirty. The one just up the road on Palmetto and Powerline is significantly cleaner and nicer. The staff is very friendly and eager to help as is the case with 99% of Publix locations

They use to be good, every department is great but the deli department.The Publix on Military Trail is closer to my house & Every Department is on point! Its not as big as Hillsboro but you dont have to contend with the Century Village people slowing you down. Hate to say it that way, but you all know what I mean?

Nice store. I liked the layout, but there is a large wall hanging that looks like oranges, but is actually brown eggs on the dairy aisle. It made me think that the produce section was on that side of the store. Not crowded, but it was around 9:00, so you wouldnt expect it to be. Clean store, with friendly employees.

Got me some yummy quiche for dinner plus coffee at a great price. Great customer service as always!

If youre getting hot food from the hot food case next to the deli. I dont recommend it at this location. the food is always old looking or the hot food case is full of empty trays. Today the employees were too busy talking to each other Instead of assisting guests. I guess the sandwich counter and deli counter is priority. Employees always working at them but none of them will come over and help you with the hot food case. How about you go for lunch time and the food looks old or theres nothing to pick from because the trees are empty. The only good thing about Publix is the good customer service you get 90% of the time. Definitely not the hot food counter at deerfield. At this location Ive had the best service at the bakery every time Ive been there and walk up someone greets me immediately and offers help.

This Publix location is always crowded, parking can be a challenge in this MALL location. Plus side. Is that it is a larger Store, more selection of different brands. Staff are helpful, friendly !

Was walking to my car and the plastic of the water broke and there was water laying all over the parking lot. Harry which was collecting carts outside, was quick to offer me a new case of water and help me pick up the bottles.

I love Publix it is a very inviting supermarket unlike Walmart where I cant wait to leave although the prices are much cheaper at Walmart unfortunately sometimes I am forced to shop there because of the prices

I love Publix, usually a quick visit this vist took over an hour for 3 sandwiches. This is not a complaint though. Just a plug for using their online ordering. The gentleman in the bakery that helped me pick out a cake for my sons birthday was awesome and kind. Id vist again and order online.

Sometimes the deli has nobody or they are just doing something else like you are not there. Never seen this in any other store.

You guys need to fix your weight machine upfront. Its broken, and give inaccurate weight.

Very clean and organized, the deli section is always filled with fresh food, the bakery have so many varieties of pastries and bread. My favorite publix!

Not all Publix stores are created equal. This place is proof of that. The store is just as open in its layout as other Publix markets, and the staff are just as helpful, and yet, I always feel rushed by them to get my stuff and leave. Customers have no problem crowding behind others despite the previously mentioned layout. The overall experience is that I always want to leave this Publix as quickly as possible.Oh, its just as clean and stocked as other Publix supermarkets, but I cannot recommend it except when no other places are available.

This is a very busy store. If you dont order in advance, you most likely will wait for 5 minutes on average, to get served. Thats a long time if you have other shopping to do. Whether youre ordering a sub or deli meats, use the online ordering at Publix. Thats the best way. Your order will be placed in an open case adjacent to the deli with your name on it. If you do that, then the rating is 5 stars. Otherwise, be prepared to wait.

For a store of that size they have a surprisingly small and overpriced meat department.The deli is painfully slow, avoid it.

Expensive, rude and inexperienced cashiers, rude management. Dont expect any help when their card readers dont work, you cant understand cashiers and they look at you with a question mark on their forheads. I will go elsewhere, pay cheaper prices, get treated better.

This is where elderly people go to be rude to the staff. I witnessed an elderly lady screaming at a bakery worker because her bread was not cut the correct size..in the middle of a pandemic we should be kind to each other..I immediately left the store
