I love German food, and last week my husband surprised me by bringing me to this store.I would have bought a sample of everything they had but restrained myself to just the sausages, which are all homemade.We bought Beer Bratwurst, regular Bratwurst, Breakfast sausages and Frankfurter, and they were all fantastic. But what surprised me even more was their smoked liverwurst: it’s even better than the one I used to get in Germany!If you like sausage, this place is a must-go!

Friendly staff, the husband and wife are so helpful and makes all your sausage and other European needs a breeze. I travel an hour to buy from them each week or two.

Great people, and delicious authentic European foods. The Octoberfest bratwurst is my favorite wurst, especially on a fresh roll available on Saturdays. Get there early for pretzels and neat desserts, too! My family shops here often, and I occasionally hear customers in line speaking German to each other. Definitely give this place a try!

What a great find! Homemade sausages (exquisite, the bratwurst was to die for!) and plenty of other pantry items, mostly from Germany.We got some Frankfurter (good), Beer bratwurst (very good), traditional bratwurst (excellent) and breakfast sausages (excellent). Also bought some Sauerkrauts and some Guerkel (sweet and sour pickles).These sausages were fantastic. To try them, as it was my first time here, I simply grilled, with no additions: wonderful!I will definitely be back to this place! Talk about tailgating party kicked up 3 notches!

Walter and crew provide the finest Sausage, meats, and German products around. We lived in Munich for several years, and his shop is just like our old local corner shop. We love the variety of brats, breakfast sausage, dried sausages, and much more. My kids grew up on his putenwurst (turkey bologna, but way better than American bologna. So glad they relocated to Deerfield Beach. If you are looking for truly authentic German food that is super fresh and taste great, they can not be beat.

Emil’s is the real deal. You can’t find another authentic German Sausage maker anywhere like them. They make everything there from scratch and can even make custom sausages to your specs if you ask. This place is a Diamond in the ruff. Stop by and show them the love German style!

Great gourmet classic European butcher shop and very reasonably priced. Expect quality and variety and many items that you would only find if you flew to Europe.

This place is no doubt one of the tastiest restaurants in the area. Anytime I come there I am so happy. They hold their very high level service and the topmost level of meals they provide. You definitely will enjoy this this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Fantastic little sausage shop. I picked up a package of merguez sausage there. They were authentic and delicious. I cannot wait to visit again and try everything in those display cases. I used the sausage to make Gordon Ramsays holiday pork stuffing roll with pistachios and apricots. It was horrible but thankfully I only used 3 meguruez links. I grilled the remaining and made appetizers with great mustard dipping sauce. I hate you Ramsay......

I dine in this place from time to time! This is the best place to to have a good dinner. I visit this spot at least once a month. The cooking is just great, the team is helpful and the payment is affordable. I enjoy going in this place over a good dinner.

Emils attracts an international and knowledgeable clientele. When I was there today, I spoke French with a two year old, German (badly) to his mother and another shopper, and English to everyone else. The sausages, sauerkraut, head cheese, wursts, and everything else I have tried is excellent, and consistently so. Their weisswurst (a veal sausage) is pillowy and delicate, while the head cheese (not cheese at all) is satisfyingly full of meat. They sell a superb very hot mustard as well as other German products in bottles and cans. The owners are kind and friendly. On a recommendation, I will try to pot pies for dinner tonight. This store has an amazing selection and the food is always fresh because they have a loyal and frequent clientele to assure constant turnover. Ist zer gut!!

Spot on, you need to try their merquez, make sure you get it with harissa in a french baguette (not your typical german but rather your typical southwest german bbq dish). owner is cool and funny, all the stuff we tried was amazing. congrats.

I am usually apprehensive when I read anything German in the ad. So I thought I give it a shot. Wow what an experience and thus far the only legit place for Weisswurst or Leberkäse. Really a treat with great quality. I also love how clean the space is.

Very clean shop with most items showcased. Great pricing and patient customer service (I ask a lot of questions). A few times a year we crave Brats and I went here because of the reviews and it was closer than my usual stop in south Broward. Im glad I did! The shop specializes in all types of sausage from multiple regions. I purchased the German Bratwurst, the Beer Bratwurst and the Polish Kielbasa. I also took home the sauerkraut and 1/2 dozen pretzels. We cooked the sausages in accordance to the directions the shop owner told us and they turned out amazing!! The spices in all sausages were perfect with the Kielbasa having a touch of pepper - Delicious! You can not buy this quality in Whole Foods, Publix, etc - Emils blows them away! I suggest you cook the sausage in the sauerkraut as the shop owner told us. It brought out the flavor of the sauerkraut but also retained all of the juices of the sausage and allow them to cook tender with a perfect snap! They also offer potato salad, mashed potatoes, pork chops and a lot of other fresh alternatives to the super market. I will be returning to try the other items in the future. Its nice to know that we still have friendly, local, fresh places in our area. Thank you!!
