The day before OLED switch release, I called the store, they said they have like 6 that are not part of pre-order, but turns out its just 1. Whoever works there decides to lie about inventory.

They are great when items are on clearance. Take advantage of that. Otherwise they usually a few dollars more than Target & Wal-Mart.

Jason was pretty good to me. Knowledgeable and gave me recommendations on 3DS games. His brutal honesty and salesmanship are quite exemplary. Rest of the staff doesn’t seem to want to be there, and most of them won’t after the holiday season. The store manager was also very condescending and didn’t seem to know a whole lot about video games.

Called supervisor who assured my game was available to pick up, showed up at the store and they blame it on... Somebody messed up and gave your game away. Poor inventory management couple of games I had to return because they did not have scratches however the film on the top of the CD was scratched. That created a disc error. None of their GTA V games work I tried them all until I went to the one in Boca Mall and helped me, even though they are Progressional! Hunter is awesome! But needs a little bit more control on inventory quality and availability

Sales person could not communicate with my friend yet I understood everything she said. All 3 of us were english speakers. Also they displayed a PS4 for $399 while best buy and brand smart and target etc have it for $299.

Worker named Hunter was awesome super helpful and knowledgeable. All of the workers helped me immensely will come again.

I rarely go to gamestop and this is one of my most favorite gamestops to visit. Its large, its part gaming boutique and the employees seem to genuinely enjoy their job and want to help you out which is rare for a retailer. I mean I guess the employees could just be really good at acting but if you hate your job, youll do the minimum amount of work.I was a little sad they didnt have the gamecube controller adapter but thats mostly on nintendo since its all backordered.Overall though I love this place!

Probably the best place to get games, new or old. Sometimes they might not have a Popular game which can be annoying but the employees are chill and polite. Lots of games and console accessories from headphones to controllers and other merch. They have lots of collectables, fan merch for things like starwars, Skylanders, five nights at Freddys ECT. Cool store definitely check this one out!

I have been trying to get through to there line for a week to see if they carried something!... Try it they will NEVER answer the phone. I go inside since I figured they must be giving stuff away they are so busy and the kids are sitting back goofing around. I was completely ignored upon asking for help was told to check on a shelf over there... and they continued goofing around. I called from my cell phone 1 more time ( in store) to see if they will pick up.. and no surprise they didnt. I walked out and decided to go to best buy where there are always people around to help you .. and they answer the phones!!!!!!

Worst ever gamestop people their dont care about customers and they swear they calk their district manager when their is a problem but then swear he does not care either so over gamestop gamefly is the way to go and for collectors editions ill just go to best buy look at youtube game stop is some crooks 👎Make matters worse i bought a ps4 god of war edition box was missing controller i told manager right away his name was john terrible person did not care so now i habe a system cant play and must wait 2 weeks to get one from sony who say i should have got it from gamestop then i traded my points to get a 15$ of any one item and the manager Katie made me loose my sanity i brought 10 diffrent items up and non worked and she said she was not sure of what it work on then tell me why she is a manager this place is the pits

DO NOT BUY NEW GAMES HERE! it is not worth buying new games here, if you want to exchange it after opening even within 1 day they will not accept it. Purchase from big stores, in which exchange is not an issue even if it is opened.

This location has the worst Customer service I ever seen. Dirty floors and very unorganized. What ever position Carlos has at this location he dont deserve it. Carlos, the worst employee in the store checks me out. I paid over $100.00 for games, got to the door no games in the cases. I walk back to Carlos let him know there is no games in the cases, he looks at me and says someone else will help me. But I gave him my money and he screwed up. The next guy could not find the freaking games. He asked Carlos where are the new games, this jackass ignores the guy. I had to say refund my money before anyone can find the games. I hope this was not a race issue, just horrible customer service. I also want to thank Carlos for tell my daughter that the game I got for my self GTA has nudity and bad words in it. Like she needed to know that... I will not recommend anyone I know to this store ever. For now on I will go to Walmart. Walmart lines arent as long as this crappy store. Game Stop just lost a valuable customer and all my friends and family also...
