Love how they have a sign saying masks required then the employee comes out from the back with no mask. Asked about getting the power button replaced on my Galaxy S9 and he says thats not possible because its hard wired to the motherboard. Called another store and got it fixed there instead. Thanks for wasting my time.

I changed my screen here some time ago, today I came back because the touch screen of my phone stopped working. I asked for the warranty and he said is over. So how often do we have to change the screen? Phone is with no scratches and in perfect conditions. He didn’t care of what I though or how to help me .They sell products of bad quality.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! They are trying to rip people off. I paid to get my screen repaired through my insurance. When i arrived i was told that because there is a little crack on the back camera lens (which i didnt notice because it works fine) that i have to pay over $100 to them to fix it. I already paid for my repair, but he insisted that he cant let my phone leave the store with any defects. Even my insurance, Asurion, says that is not how it works. She is sending me elsewhere. Wish i could give them zero stars

UBreakIFix did an amazing job with my IPhone 11, for no charge. I dropped it into the pool and the charger wouldnt go in. With a quick call they said that they could easily fix it, and they did! When it was time to go pay they did it free of charge and now I dont have to pay $1000 for a new phone. Great work done!

I took my Xbox here to just get a small dent fixed, when I got it back the dent was fixed but all the buttons and the usb were broken, my Xbox was working 100 fine and now it’s all messed up, the power button is broken and the buttons to connect to a wireless remote and the usb is messed up, I called them and brought it back but they told me that it’s not there fault and I need to pay them to have it fixed again. I tired to get ahold of corporate but they have me on hold for hours and don’t have any answers to my questions, the people are nice and gave me a refund but don’t bring your Xbox here unless ur trying to make it worse.

I would give a one star review but they did try to refix what they broke but I took my Xbox there and they tried to fix it but instead of fixing it they broke it more then instead of fixing what they broke, they just gave me a refund. Disappointed and i just wish they would have handled it more professionally.

First I called 2 other uBreaks and asked if they had the battery needed to repair my phone. Both told me that the battery was in stock. Neither had the battery and said it would take a week to get. The technicians were a bit sketchy too.I called the Coral Springs location and asked the same question. The technician put me on hold while he checked. He returned saying he confirmed that the battery and the adhesive were in stock. I went to the location the next morning and the parts were in stock. The repairs were promised in 4 hours. I returned 4 hours later. The repairs were not quite finished, but close enough. Clearly the 2 technicians I worked with had had customer service training. Very professional. They explained everything. I recommend this location.
