Rude manager/owner. Will not be returning, there’s plenty of better options in the area to buy things from China and will be treated with more respect.

Very rude staff, we come here every year and this was the first time i’ve had a bad experience like this. When I went to look at the shirts, I picked one up to look at it and an old woman who worked there snatched it from my hand and said “do not take these out of the packaging” with an attitude. Then when my aunt asked if they had bathrooms she said “HUH” very rudely. HOW DO YOU WANT US TO BUY SHIRTS IF WE DONT KNOW WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE OLD WOMAN!!!!

Was in town on vacation and the lady from Brooklyn customer service is A1. Will return someday

My in-laws were in town from Atlanta and we needed lots of beach stuff. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly. We ended up with swimsuits, chairs, swim shoes, souvenirs- all was priced great. We highly recommend Wings Beachwear. Thank you!

The woman at the register was extremely rude and yelled at my son for picking up a t-shirt to show me. She also scolded my husband because she thought he was unfolding a tshirt when he was looking for a hat. Two items which we purchased did not have a price on them so she made my mother-in-law go find the same item with a price. Horrible service and very disappointing.

I have been going there for years, I usually find something, just depends.

Immediately upon walking in it we felt like we weren’t welcome. The employees were extremely rude and stared at us as if we were bothering their slow rainy day or shoplifting. We understand that the mask mandate makes it more difficult to figure out who is legitimately a shopper or who’s not but regardless I shouldn’t feel your eyes glaze at me as I’m trying to buy something. Go somewhere else.

I walked in to purchase a Florida beach towel. I was met by the 2 of the most rudest women. The customer service there sucks find another place to spend your money on souvenirs. There are other shops. 0 stars

I bought a shirt and had a design ironed on. I tried it on the next day and the design was off centered. I did not remove the tag. I had my receipt. I politely ask if I could exchange it. I did not want my money back. I just wanted a shirt that I could wear!!! I had more items selected to purchase. They told me they could not see the mistake. They would not trade it! Needless to say, I did not buy the order items. So, I am left with a un-centered shirt as a souvenir!!

This place is phenomenal!!! We had 9 tshirts and hoodies custom made. Everyone there was super friendly, super helpful and super patient with all of our choices. We felt like we made friends when we left. We bought many other souvenirs to take home to our family also. We will go back here many times for future purchases!!!

You go there and spend money there and when you come out wings your car is either booted or towed so dont waste your time in that place

Horrible staff and experience I had here in the past. I use to love coming here as a kid, but dont know what has happen over the years, seems to me they dont care for customers. Additionally, dont even think of walking across the street to use the ATM, because if your car is in the parking lot they will come running out yelling not to leave your car or they will flat out just call the tow company to boot you. Never ever shopping here again.

Selection is okay employees have horrible attitudes. As if they are doing you a favor to assist you; especially on the floor. Need a major attitude shift. You’d sell much more.

They always have what I need. Get there early they shut down the machines about an hr before they close. I had to go back the next day for my shirt. Huge selection.

One of the biggest stores in the area for beach supplies. I have been there numerous times and they have almost always had what I needed. Good luck trying to find parking in the area though!

Way overpriced on most of their merchandise they do have some good clearance sales. and dont go there and have to go to the restroom they have one but youre not allowed to use it and I have diabetes and have to go often so I had to pee in the parking lot

Staff refused to honor prices printed on tags in an effort to get us to buy more merchandise. Overall poor customer service. Then they took an extremely long time fulfilling our requests. Overall poor service.

Great prices on shirts and different things

In my travels I have visited a few Wings stores. They have a great selection of souvenirs and clothing. Its a tourist haven. However, this location in Deerfield Beach was a poor testament. The staff and owner were very rude and thinking people are on vacation and not checking receipts, tried to rip us off. There were sale sig s throughout store but somehow didnt seem to apply to the items when you brought them to the register. Owner was quite rude and unaccommodating. Did he really think that just because I was from out of town I would just ok the adjusted prices at the counter because they were already rung up? Im sure he thought id spend the extra money on my child since she was standing right there. Well heck no! Just on principle I walked out. A poor older couple was having the same issue with what was supposed to be a buy 1 get 1 sale. Thinking the woman wouldnt notice he rang up both shirts full price. The woman noticed and he started yelling fine! Ill give you a refund! The woman said but sir I just wanted to get my grandchildren a shirt and they are marked buy 1 get 1. He walked away and the woman was left standing there. How can a business be run like this??

This is a review of the owners. .. not the products. my daughter and i were meeting my 80 year old father to lay out on the beach. apparently he walked into the wings and asked an employee if he could park there. .. they said sure. no rules... no conditions... the silly part is that he took them at their word. the place didnt seem to be doing any business and the parking lot was empty. when i walked back two hours later a fat gipsy looking woman came rushing our saying that she was the owner and that she had called both the police and a tow truck. my dad kept trying to explain that one of her employees had given him permission to park there (he knew there was a parking rule but thought they were doing him a kindness). each time he tried to explain she cut him off mid sentence yelling, 30 minutes. he was silly to believe that someone would do an 80 year old man a kindness by letting him park in their lot... shw was horribly rude. this review isnt about the products but u have to believe that how they treat people will carry over into their business practices. dont shop there

Shirt said 2 for $18 so my boyfriend and I each picked out a Boca Raton one since there was not a better souvenir store for Boca Raton. When we brought them up to the counter they told us the shirt I had picked out no longer qualified because it was part of a new deal. There was no indication of it before, they could have done something as simple as cross out the part on the tag that said 2 for $18. After that, the staff seemed very annoyed that we said they should honor what the tag said. We did end up getting shirts but the attitudes of the staff members were terrible. They also tried to convince me that black print on a dark gray shirt would look good so that they did not have to go find the white version of the decal which they ended up having behind the counter.

Very disappointed I bought a T-shirt as a gift. When I got home I noticed a large white faded area on the shirt. When I called the store they told me the only way to return it was in person, well I am back in Massachusetts. They instructed that they will not do returns by mail
