Im giving 5 stars for the mechanic, Mike. Mike got my vehicle in quickly and made sure that he personally went over everything to be sure that its fixed properly. The previous mechanic that was there didnt listen to anything I had told him about the issues and treated me rudely. Not to mention, that guy didnt even fix anything I had asked about. Mike, on the other hand listened, and was very kind to me. He didnt roll his eyes at me when I asked questions. Instead, he treated me like a human being and that alone goes a LONG way. Especially with customer service. Thank you Mike for being amazing!

I just wanted to say I appreciate the customer service and timely service and understanding that superior car credit provides. If your credit is not the greatest they are your go to for assistance. Also helps rebuild your credit score.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE I too took the car only vehicle with warranty passed 5 months I have been there 4 times and they even give you attitude when you call to make an appointment I have children and need a dependable car they didnt care....also if you cant make the payment on time or a day late even an emergency the repo it that day and shut it off...!!!

Got a car from them I’ve took it for the service warranty and ended up taking it back 3x for the same thing. Idk who taught them to work in cars but they don’t fix the problem at all.. this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car lot !!!! I regret ever giving them any of my money!

After being turned away in different dealerships around the area. About two years ago. I came here. And the salesman was amazing. I did get a higher rate Bc my credit was so bad. But they were able to find a bank for the loan. It’s one of those places that even though it wasn’t part of his job he went above and beyond to help. I will eternally be grateful for that. I will continue to refer people to them.

Sold a car $2-$3,000 over blue book value to a group of 18 year olds (one of which was my niece) and gave her a $400 car payment to go along with it. The car already has problems and they are willing to fix the seatbelts which haven’t worked since she got it, but she will end up needing repairs or the car breaking down before she pays it off. And she will end up paying $16k by the time it’s all over bc of the interest rate. So unethical to do that to someone who doesn’t know any better.

THEY DO NOT REPORT YOUR LOAN TO THE CREDIT BEREAU AS PROMISED! This loan was predatory and did not do anything for my credit. Meanwhile, my car’s engine broke down 1 year later 🙃

Fraud alert. At the time I purchased the vehicle the salesman (Yamin) put a carfax in front of me (I had asked for one) showing me the vehicle was clear of damage. A year or so later I went to trade in the car I purchased and found out by a new car dealer that the vehicle had been in several accidents. They charged me clean retail (about 8k) for a vehicle that is worth about $500 on a trade. They did this knowingly. This is fraud. They are not honest. Do not, under any circumstances, buy a car from these people. Right now, I have an 8k vehicle that barely runs. Its a problem. It has messed up my financial life completely. Fraud is not ok. Ever.

Would rate a zero if I could. Absolutely worst place to buy anything. they will sell you a car with problems and then refused to fix anything. They will also drain your battery with GPS till the battery is bad and will force you to replace the battery. Not to mention the man Diego I spoke to was so rude and insulted me several times. Would recommend a junk yard car over anything they have.

The service me and my friend received was amazing. We worked with Ashley Salerno and her customer service was amazing. She was very thorough, extremely helpful, even though my fiance questioned her on everything. She was very knowledgeable of the process and excellent at explaining. My car is doing good. I have only had it for a few days but i did realize that the tire was a little low once I made it back into Aurora. And I need my back brakes done, but it is much better than being without a car. I have to say, Jason was wonderful. I test drove a few cars, I was not interested and he went above and beyond to get me into a beauty! I was impressed at his will to get me what I wanted. I will be picking up my new Volvo next week after they take care of a few things they said that they would take care of (new struts, and a fan blower). I was happy to know they are going to give me a 20,000 mile warranty. Being that it is a used vehicle, that gives me some peace of mind. I hope that this relationship with Superior continues and they continue to prove some of these bad reviews wrong. I know buying a used car, you always take a risk, but I trust that they know they are selling me a good car and fixing what needs fixed before I drive it off the lot. This place is awesome!!! They really do say YES!!! The staff is professional, courteous and more than helpful. Their inventory is thoroughly inspected and checked. If they dont have what you are looking for, they will go out of their way to find it AND make it happen for you. They are great listeners and want to put you in what you want, not what they think you need. Would HIGHLY recommend to all!!

This place is a joke. the staff is rude, and overall shouldnt be running a business. They knowingly sell vehicles that leak fluids, have wiring issues, and they pay no attention to recalls. They dont care about the customer at all, they just want your money. As soon as they get it, youre on your own no matter what happens after you leave! My friend drove 2 hours to purchase a motorcycle from them that broke down 45 minutes after he left. The bike was leaking oil and the battery swelled up, was leaking battery acid, and almost exploded! Then tried to hold his title ransom. Keep in mind he paid 3K CASH for the bike and they tried to keep the title from him for fear that he was going to go public with this. Do not buy from these people!

I was recently there and helped by Ashley. She was nothing short of AWESOME!!!!!! She did a great job of helping me. I have had a car repossessed and did not have a lot of money to put down. Ashely was real good explaining that the process was different then the new car stores. She told me that because they offer more unconventional lending that the process was in it self a little unconventional. I was cool with that considering that I have been to several dealers that offered conventional methods and lending and all of them wanted a cobuyer or huge amount down.... I didnt have either. Ashley was able to help me get a vehicle that works for me, and the best part is they report to the credit so hopefully I can get a house next year!!!!! Bought 2011 ford and nothing but problems we need tie rods the head lights keep blowing fuses the car leaks oil and thw Gen Mgr refuses call us back after 5 messages keep saying he on the phone lie some more. If this does not get fixed I will ride around with 2 big signs on my car saying lemon and I will do this asap. Dont buy from here these cars never inspected.

Do not use! I bought my car there over three years ago and while the car has been a typical buy here/pay here as in old and overpriced, thats been ok. The salesman says they report to all three credit agencies, they only report to one. They will not give you your payment history unless you have a fax to send it to. Also, I am now on my third last payment and I keep pressing for my payment history and they say they will only fax it. Also, once you pay it off, you will have to take your car and pay for a mechanic to remove a GPS device that is somewhere in your vehicle. They do not cover it and then, once this GPS device is sent back, they will send you your title close to a month later. This has been a pretty bad experience and the few glimmers of awesomeness from some of the staff is overshadowed by arbitrary company policies and a lack of transparency. Do not shop here unless no other choice is available.

Got a loan for a car here when I was 19. I was totally taken advantage of. Paid 15,000 dollars after interest for a 10 year old car. That’s including the new engine I had to put in it after it broke down during my second year of having it. This place is a great way to learn how not to acquire a vehicle. Thanks for nothing Supior

Had the car for 30 days. It’s been broke down half of those. I call to have them tow it and they blew me off and never returned my calls. When I finally reached someone she told me my attitude was bad and hung up on me. Called back really upset and the manager told me “Welcome to the real world” about paying for a car that isn’t running. It’s the same part that keeps breaking because instead of fixing it, they rigged it together. I understand having car repairs but would rather walk than ever have to deal with these clowns and their POS cars EVER again. Good luck to anyone who wastes their time here

I wish I could give 0 stars.First off, the service was terrible. The seller (Ashley) had an attitude, was impatient, and had no knowledge of any of the cars. And kept saying how she gets off at 3 and it was 20 minutes past. I have over 3 years of customer service experience and one thing you dont do is rush the costumer. Dealerships are supposed to have car facts: cost, past history, miles, ect. They CHOSE a car for us and caught an attitude when we wanted to view other cars. They wanted a $400 car note for a 2007 for a Ford Edge that had high miles and holes in the bumper and was dirty, which cost over $9000. (Mind you: we came for a car, not a truck) I recommend going somewhere else who actually know their facts and have a lower car note. They just want to make a quick sale and do not consider the consumers opinions or options at all. P.S I dont ever write reviews . This plane was that horrible.

Horrible! I Purchased my vehicle over a year ago. Nothing but problem after problem! 4 times in and out of the shop for master cylinder transmission repair several sensor repairs too. They wont let me trade for something better more reliable and dependable and paying wayyyy too much.... Poor ass customer service too

They sold me a car with a cracked head... Now I see why they could not fix my thermostat. I wish i could put pics on here i would show the full prove. Had my car 4 months and its had the same problem and I keep bringing it back to them every 2-3 weeks and they claim they fix it but they dont they make my appt. a week out then Im stuck with out my car they have my car more than I do and I still make my high car payments to have a messed up car. If I could go back I would NEVER go here. A friend of mine I referee got a truck around the same time and the trans is going out... do not go here

Bought a vehicle here at the end of April 2017 & have had to bring the vehicle back monthly for the same issue each time. Had to have it towed one time by Accurate Towing in Dekalb (this company is supposed to be their partner towing company & Superior customers are supposed to be given a discount). When the rep from Accurate Towing came to tow my vehicle to Superior, he said there was no discount. Tried calling to make a service appt for over 30 minutes just now & did not get an answer. After 30 minutes of listened to phone ring, go to voicemail & hanging up to call again, finally someone answered. Apparently there’s no service dept employees there today & I have towait & call again tomorrow. I definitely will never reccomend this place to anyone & do not plan to ever buy another vehicle here again. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

I really wanna put negative one star. This place needs closed, like NOW.First of all, when i went up there I had no income, so i had a co-signer who did have income and was gonna pay my car note. But she didn’t get approved, i did by myself. Which was odd because i told them my situation and how i did not have a job yet. My first payment is December 15,2017. Today is the 11th, I’ve had the car for two weeks now. They shut the car off. I kept telling them i don’t have a payment due until the 15th, they threatened to repossess the vehicle. Then, the lady from the finance decided to get smart with me and say “well if you wanna get technical, you got this car using fraud” when i asked her how, she said i used someone else’s pay stub (whom i was going to use as my co-signer). You would think if someone didn’t get approved, their information would be discarded. I then called Superior back and told the manager the situation, of course he found it funny and said it has happened before and there’s nothing he can do. So i spoke with Janna, who did my paperwork and sold me the vehicle. she pretty much found it funny as welll and said it’s out of her hands. They did the paperwork, they should’ve known that THEY committed fraud. They need to put an end to this company today.

Scum bag alert!!! They sold a vehicle to my best friend... a single mother 1 year ago... She still owes money on it and THE FRAME IS LITERALLY RUSTED OUT AND UN DRIVABLE. They knew they were selling a faulty vehicle and now unfortunately she is still trapped with payments.

They were generally positive and we felt better because of the fact that this was a personal referral and not a cold call.

Really bad service.... I bought a used 2008 Mazda 3 for 10000$ Total... And they told me will be covered big part fix for 6momth... And for the first day there are big noise ... Im living in Chicago... I came down for Dekalb 4 times.. And they didnt fix anything .... And they told me thoes are not there problem anymore.. Which is they just try to sell their car.. And dont care how much you spent ... I already spent a lot of money for for fix Wiper model and simpsor.... So disappointed what thier reaction is..now Im still have to take somewhere elso to fix the E break.. Which will be cost me another 500$ more...

The sales team would not give me a price for the vehicle I was inquiring about. They said they didnt even have access to the price, that I must first submit an application before I could get the price. How are you going to run a business in sales and not have prices . Unbelievable, I do not want to run my credit before I even know the asking price. Waste of time
