I order from Hearing Help Express on a regular basis. I received my hearing aids promptly, which is wonderful. However, in almost every order, there are a few batteries that have a short life. Sometimes they last only three days, but in one of the recent shipments, one lasted four hours. Other than that, they are a very reliable company.

I never thought I would find a company like Hearing Help Express. I bought my first hearing aid 18 months ago. Absolutely no sales pressure. They answered all my questions. I even suggested that I might need a more expensive aid than what they recommended, but they said I wouldnt need to spend that much! They actually refused to upsell me! And to top it all off...my hearing aid works great. Im 69 years old and couldnt understand my television.. It wasnt the volume, it was the understanding. Now I hear it just fine. I couldnt understand anyone on my cell phone, especially female voices. No problem now! To say that I would recommend this company is an understatement. This company is a joke! The hearing aids are not what they claim they are. I sent them back and they got them I have been dealing with trying to get my $1500 from them for a week now. I have talked to so many different people and keep getting the run around. They will be getting turned in to the BBB. If I dont have my money Friday! I refused permanent assignment to this organization due to racism in the workplace and unfair treatment. I was one of their top sellers and within my first week there I experienced flat out racism by a male Caucasian lead and two other co-workers. When I brought this to the attention of Upper Management they decided to brush it under the rug by making up a bogus reason relating to training then letting me go. Another contradiction of working here is that not only is racism, cursing, swearing and chewing tobacco allowed...but you cant wear a decent pair of jeans on Fridays.

This company is trying to say that my mother damaged the box and the hearing aides when sending them back because they did not work for her, so now the free trial is going to cost the original price. I am being told that she should have purchased insurance. This is their product, they should have insurance. I believe they are trying to scam my mother out of $300.00 beware of this company.11/22/17: Update to this post, I did get a call back and the company took care of this issue for us. They seem to be very concerned that customers are taken care of and he explained the situation and I am very appreciative of this.
