I went to the NIU Hearing Clinic today and had my ears re-tested. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Safety measures and Social distancing are in place.

Dr. Kitner is a wonderful person.without her I would be no where. I have went to five different doctors she is the only one that help me. She did all the testing and told me what my problem is. She got me in physical therapy and recommended which hearing aid is best for me. If you have any problems with your hearing, she will get you in the right direction. Dr. Kitner is an asset to her profession.

Dr Kittner figured out the real cause for my balance issue after being assumed to be bppv(by a couple different ENTs) for months. Offers more in-depth testing, which is great when looking for inner ear damage. Thank you, Dr Kittner.
