I needed an upright freezer with measurements of 28 inches wide because that was the only space I had available. . In less than 2 hours I received a call from the store letting me know that they had one. It was delivered and installed. Wonderful service and friendly people.

I went to Sears Outlet the other day and the sales person Sonia was very helpful she helped me get a lawn mower and washer and dryer with monthly payments. Excellent customer service. Went in one day to look was helped by one associate and I returned two days later and another associate helped us finalize our purchase. Both associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get my appliances on less than a week. I would definitely recommend this location.

This was a great sears when I was looking for a washer and dryer for my new apartment since it only had hookups in it. I was asked to leave feedback and I really like to do so when I feel a store provided really good customer service. Definitely recommended as my experience was great!

We went in and looked at a fairly priced washer and dryer. Sales associate kept trying to sell us an as is floor model. Even though we had told her we didn’t have a vehicle to move the floor model and we didn’t want an as is (warranty would not be good) she pushed it. We finally ordered what we wanted. She garunteed is it would be in by Tuesday and they would give us a call and let us know they were coming. We’ve sat at home almost all day now and even with a phone call at 3 pm they are “waiting on a truck”. Bit of advice since I work customer service....unless you know for a fact that a product will be delivered that day, do not tell customers that unless you know that for sure! Do t push something continuously after the customers have told you more than once they don’t an as is product.

Came into the store looking for a refrigerator I had Seen at a local Home Depot.was able to find it had to be ordered but was offered installation one thing home Depot did not offer. Also liked the fact that I was able to it alot faster. I had to wait 2-3 weeks at home Depot but in Sears Hometown Store in del río was able to get it within 3 days. Would highly recommend this location.
