Two weeks with broken pipes and Del Rio Home Depot disappoints. Shelves are still empty. I voiced my concerns and nobody seemed to care. Pallets blocking isles and I heard an elderly man complaining about it. This store is a disaster. Going to get supplies from Amazon.

Everyone is always so helpful! If you cant find something, all you have to do is ask and they will take you right to it!

Simply love Homie Depot shopping, a little frustrated when the aisle I needed to go on was blocked off on one end and palletized material was placed in the middle of the aisle, none tending to it with 5 employees working around that aisle. items placed infront of bay area, I needed parts from, like dominos.

People have no, none, nothing . friendless about that place.

Its usually very clean and the staff is friendly. The garden dept is quite limited. That is they have limited variety. What they have is well stocked. Also, plants are over priced by 20% on average. Tools are good! Hardware is good. Electrical is limited.

The store is generally a go to for home projects unfortunately not as entirely stocked with a variety of options but does have the basics when it comes to DIY Home Projects. However, it is also where the Customers know more than the actual workers themselves. But useful nonetheless. Great prices, too.

I am absolutely disappointed with the customer’s service of the store; I had a very bad experience with the person in charge of the painting department today, Saturday January 30 at about 12:15 pm, I am a regular customer who wanted to exchange a galón of paint that I bought at the beginning of the week because it is the wrong color, the little boy told me that he doesn’t do magic; I gave him the receipt from the original color that I bought when I painted all my house a few months ago; and he told me that he needed a name. I do not have a name for the color and He told me that he was not goin to waste a galón of paint If I was going to say that it was not the color. There was more people around, and I felt humiliated for this person’s attitude towards me; for his tone, his demeanor. I am a 66 year all woman and as a client I feel that I deserve to be treated with dignity and respect

So poorly run they literally cant figure out how to sell their own products. 😂I went by at lunch to place an order for countertops, waited around for 30 minutes and they legit couldnt find anyone who could put in the order. The lady that normally works in the kitchen area is out, and apparently no one else knows how to order countertops.

If you dont know what youre looking for, youre pretty much on your own. For now roofing materials are scarce. Got most of what I required. Except for tin roofing screws.

Nice place to go and find what you need for your home. I like to go and just look around. They have stuff that you didnt even know you needed. Take your wallet.

I just like walking up and down the aisles of this place. It makes me feel like I can fix anything on my house. Then I wake up. Go get what you need from here cuz they got it all.

None of the employees know anything, I find one employee stocking the aisle so I ask for help and they always say ley me get someone because this is not my department.. so then they call someone and I usually wait 10-15 mins just to see them scan THE SKU and they say we are out of that when Im staring at the item on the very top shelf......unfortunately went have very many options to choose from here in town so I have to go to Home Depot.....

Michael helped my family and I today. We went in to order a stove/oven and he was extremely helpful and courteous. He placed the order for us and answered all our questions in a very timely fashion.Definitely customer service at its best!!!

My online orders for pick up the same day are always ready with no problem. In store, I do like Home Depots selection of plants and outdoor decoration lights. I can easily find things with out assistance, it is nice the staff asks you if you need help. You can find some good discounts on items as well.

I ordered a dishwasher 3 weeks ago and scheduled it to be delivered and installed on my day off, I specifically asked 3 separate times if it would be installed and was reassured that it would be and that there would be no problems. Low and behold today is the delivery day and I now have a dishwasher sitting in a box in my kitchen. The 2 guys that dropped it off brought it in and said ok have a nice day sir. I asked aren’t you supposed to install the dishwasher? Their response was oh no sir we don’t work for free and installation is not on our paperwork. I called the manager and the only thing that she could tell me is we can have someone come out next Thursday that’s a week away. I guess I’ll just use my new dishwasher as an island in my kitchen for a week. The point of my story is just take the time out of your day to drive to Lowe’s in Eagle Pass they deliver and install here in Del Rio. I am very disappointed with our local Home Depot.

I went to this store for some lights. I ended up finding many discounts on items I have been thinking to get and took advantage of the prices. This place has the employees ready to help you. Look around and someone will ask you if you need help. Very Clean store and great variety of items. Also best prices in town.

The best in Del Rio. It isnt perfect but the employees try to help you with what you need. Prices are lower elsewhere but you cant beat the selection. It takes 2 weeks to get something shipped to the store so be prepared to wait if your item is not in stock. Full time employees are great. Part timers less helpful for custom items. Paint department is always busy every time I go. Would recommend to others.

I have been there to the buy paint and nobody was there to help us. We had to leave without the paint. Also we bought 6 siding sheets and I couldnt help my husband put them on the cart and an employee was just standing there looking at how we were struggling but never help us. It took a nice young customer to afford hes help.Right now we are back to buy the paint and a guy doing inventory really tired hard to get us someone help us and nothing he called and talk to the supervisor and again we left without the paint. I hate shopping here. Im calling the cooperation office.

Horrible customer service. Assistant manager was chatting with co worker doing absolutely nothing while i waited for help. They refused to refund a defective gift card.

So for 2 days now I have gone to Home Depot and asked for help for a custom sized interior door. Yesterday I asked twice at the front for someone to help me and no one showed up to the desk at the back where you order doors. Right now, I asked twice again for help and no one shows up. This is after I walked around the store looking for someone to help. This is not the first time that I can not find someone to help and I buy from HD a lot on a regular basis. My advice use your cell phone to find stuff in the store on your own, and if you need to custom order something do it elsewhere.

Almost had what I actually wanted, schedule 80, but I used what they had available, instead, schedule 40.

One of the Mangers at this store is a completely Inconsiderate. Ive been delivering Flowers for 5 years to all the Home Depots around the Country. Never have I ever been told we dont have anyone to assist with lowering racks of the back of a trailer. Not only that but I was told, no one here can run a fork lift! I right now see people running around on Fork lifts as we speak. They were still open and its the fact of the matter that he bold face lied. Home Depot shouldnt hire anyone like that. I hope he gets reprimanded from Corporate.

Best Service Ever!!!!I walk in the door, I am greeted by a man, asking how can he help me.He directs me to Water Heaters, and along the way I get asked by 3 other people, how they can help.I get help picking out the right size, and they even help put it on a flat cart, take it to front, and load it for me.

Do not buy any major appliances from Home Depot. You will receive it maybe within 20 days of ordering and it will be banged up beyond anything you would want... since you just spent hundreds of dollars on it. Save youself a lot of drama and order from Lowes in Eagle Pass. They deliver in a couple of days for free. Home Depot is a waste of time and money.
