Rent a center has an amazing helpful manager who is always ready to assist and answer any concerns. Great merchandise available and the early payoff price is unbeatable! Definitely would recommend this location to friends and family! I miss their old staff. We will get to know the new staff soon.

I was shopping with my parents for furniture and appliances a couple of weeks ago for the holiday season and the manger answered all my questions and concerns. My parents are excited with the new furniture. Absolutely recommend this location.

Terrible people. I bought a bed and when I called to give the last payment I was told I had to come in. Turns out I spent $15 on gas just so they could try and sell me something. They gave me $100 certificate towards another purchase. Turns out it has no value but will let you use the product for a month. They tried selling me a 360W soundbar, out of the box, used, for $400. The same LG bar with 1000W is at Walmart for $399. What a joke. Theyll treat you like a child and waste your time. Oh and when I asked to set my account up online they wouldnt help

There always threatening us by telling us the same thing they tell everyone that their gonna take their stuff. thats BS

One day late & they come knocking at your door everyday. Threatening to take your devices away. Tvs are new and glitch a lot. & they charge you for extra fees without you knowing like tv insurance if your one time late on the payment.

I set an appointmeny to get this new sound d system and they had said they were coming from 2-4 pm. They came @ 12:30, I wasnt there, and I had knew they came bc they left a note. I called and they had said sorry. they told me they were going back that same day from when I called (2:30), till 5. guess what? They never came.

They still come to my house saying they are there to pick up the couches and bed set they already took like that harassment
