I normally am pretty happy with Home Depot, but lately I have been shocked. They have 2 of their front Emergency Fire Exits BLOCKED! As you will see in the pictures, one is blocked by a bench on the outside and the other by boxes on the inside. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed!

Lots of things to choose from. Only down fall is the wood is sometimes not as stocked as I’d like to see. There have been times when I’ve had to ask them to bring pallets of shingles down because they’re in stock, but out of reach.Friendly, helpful staff- who have no issues getting the items.

Recently came to make an outside welcome signAnd for plants to make a garden the picture isnt the finished product but is coming soon.

Bought a washing machine from them. The washer broke on the second day I had it. I called the store and a woman named Cindy helped me get a replacement ordered. I would of gave this place 2 stars if it wasnt for her excellent customer service. Will definitely continue doing business with this store.

Great place to shop for common household products, but if youre looking for something out of the ordinary, you wont find it in store. Thats probably the only reason why I rated at 3 stars

This store layout is quite different than most stores that I have been to. Overall though still a great place to get what you need to get the job done. They had exactly what I needed to take care of an odd job that had some unexpected problems.

It has good prices and good Selection. The reason I gave it 4 starts out of 5 is that everyone I go the worker don’t help everyone you ask them something there ethier don’t know or they make you wait for a manager to answer your question

Went in for chain link fencing products. Completely disorganized and nothing else. That area needs an overhaul in delano home depot.

I be at the homedepot 3 or more times at day and costumer service AT Delano is so bad. But we dont have options..every month I bought 3 or more aplains AT Lowes.they have on stock most are them.

Cashier named Miguel was surprisingly friendly and courteous. There are many places that need that nowadays but I rarely encounter them, so its worth noting when you do find a genuinely nice cashier.

Today was one of my best visits customer service people in hardware and appliances were very knowledgeable and willing to help please keep them

Take help for loading...every time my mother in law goes it takes 30+ minutes to get help to load her vehicle with heavier items.

Felt like I was In a different country. 90 percent of the people In the store spoke spanish. Spanish being spoken over the In store Intercom too. UNBELIEVABLE.

Had to buy a new washer. Received quick, efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful service!!!

Friendly crew..not like their advertisement though..looking for a particular type of light bulb..one that goes from dim to bright as you adjusted the knob..i brought the old bulb but the two boys that tried to help me said they had never heard of anything like that..one of the female employees gave my grandson some baloons that were on display..

F this place stood in front of the pro desk for 30+min and had multiply worker walk by without even asking me if I needed help. I dont know what they are thinking in the head but Im not trying to hang out at the homedepot I got work to do.

12/13/2019 around 6:55- 7:07 one of home depot costumer service personnel need more practice to greet people! Attitude is everything managers need to check your crews! Disrespect is what ive got! Not a good service!

Needed help with a few items and nobody on floor to help I figured out why when I went to check out they were all chit chatting with each other. Even after I pushed the button on the self checkout screen for help they continued their conversation. Definitely needs to be a manager who takes pride in the store.

My favorite store in the world can get anything I need for my any day project or crazy 😁 ideas I come up with to see what more I can build

This place is good. Probably the least busy Home depot Ive ever been to. They used to have great wifi outside but I think it is currently broken. Same shopping center as the chevron and Dickeys BBQ. Only bad thing about this home depot is that the city has made a mess of the center divider and so you have to enter and leave this shopping center on the far left as thats the only light that lets you go east.

My father and I went to the store to look for tomatos and for a fruit tree. An employee named Juan helped us find what we needed. After a few minutes passed, he came to check if we were able to find the tomato plants. My dad and I needed to confirm the price of a fruit tree and the employee Juan was nice enough to check the price. More workers should be like Juan.

Is hard to find someone who can help you and advise correctly. Staff needs lots more preparation to have knowledge of the tools, materials. Also I purchase some quarz about a year ago and is breaking. I believe it came out defective. No good quality. Then they want to charge me $300 for fix it in. Crazy! I paid $1800 to buy it.

It was okay, but the workers didnt where things were when I asked for them

So i went in to buy a vanity sink combo for the bathroom, Absolutely no one came to ask me if i needed any help. Fast forward i went to a register, none were open only self checkout. There was a Lady with a tag that said Kim I asked her if i ring myself up in self check out would i still get special financing. She said that it would ask me, rolled her eyes. Then I asked for help getting the sink down and into a cart, she said you dont EVEN have it YET???? she told me she would call some one . I waited and waited and waited hubby had to go to work. So i asked a nice worker MIKE if he would please help in calling some 1, and he did. While we were waiting, he decided to help us load the box unto the dolly. GREAT WORKERNo one

The main difference between this location and others in the area (Bakersfield), is that its not as busy or crowded. Associates are actually available and willing to help. All isles looked clean. Short lines. Good place for quick shopping.

The Customer Service desk is a joke. I wonder if they are aware the spot where they stand all day is called THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK?? I work in C/S every single day so Im fully aware of the perils of working with the public. Im also able to smile and treat people with kindness REGARDLESS of anything else happening around me or in my personal life. If you dont like your job FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GET ANOTHER ONE!

Bought a small pigmy date palm tree. Love it.

So I went in with my wife to the return counter “ NAYELI” was the one helping us. As she proceeded to give us our money back she said sign here, my wife signed and pressed accept like twice on pinpad when out of no where the cashier yelled out” ONLY PRESS ONE TIME “ you are pressing to many times!!Man it’s a shame that these young people that are coming in to work don’t come trained with how to respect people or should I say customer service skills. I think we we’ll just be making the 30 min drive to LOWES..
