I havent had a problem with them so far, they always make my drinks good. This is the only time they failed me. They charged me .50 for the batista cocoa topping which they didnt even add. Guess thats their tip

Worst customer service in my life. I ordered food and attempted to order a drink, the staff said the drive through and mobile had priority and it was a 25 minute wait even for a regular coffee. I miss the days of first come first serve, app ordering is a cheat code and 30 seconds to pour a coffee is not an unreasonable request considering she was more than willing to cook the food we ordered.

The girl that took my order doesn’t know what a decaf coffee is.. so all she can say is just that they don’t make it here at this location. I also ordered a caramel macchiato but didn’t get any caramel in my drink and when I went in the store to let them know no one apologized for their mistakes at all.. plus the workers were giggles about it like it’s funny..Dear manager of this location,Please train your workers with better manners and customer service. Thank you.

Very friendly staff! The enthusiasm from the workers is very much appreciated. The menu is filled with a plethora of tasty options. Although the drive through is often full, we cant really blame that on the workers. The place is very popular so it is expected to be filled with many customers. No complaints from me. Excellent services!

This is probably one of the worst Starbucks ever.I’ve given them chance after chance. I have faithfully gone there for months daily. If I order my drink ahead of time it’s usually melted by the pick up time so I have to wait for it to be re done or they just forget the order was placed and it’s not ready... Customer service is none existent

Very slow service and they ran out of alot of stuff its been too long without Splenda and when I order Carmel Frappuccino with Xtra ice and I get a shake I pay top money I want too get paid what I order so I stop going and then they get mad when I tell them I am not paying for a shake.

This store should call no berry hibiscus instead of very berry hibiscus. There were hardly any berries on my very berry hibiscus. I was there on happy hour buy one get one. I think they made 2 drinks out of 1 with adding extra ice. On 1 cup it was literally 3-4 sips only. It was venti and on top of that I ordered light ice. Look at the amount of the ice.

Waited 40 for our order in the evening. They were out of lots of supplies, had luke warm old coffee served to us and when we asked to have it heated up, they said they would remake it. Waited another 10 minutes for the remake. Cant recommend

I always order ahead of time, so I just go in to pick up! But the drinks are always made right and the drinks are ready to pick up by the time I get there. There’s usually a line in the drive thru but it seems to move along as I get down.

So, my husband and I ordered a couple of drinks at this location. We got our drinks and they tasted nothing like they were suppose to. We went around and got to the window to let the girl know. She proceeds to ask what kind of drinks they were and I told her. Then she asked for me to hand her the drinks back and she threw the drinks away and used the same cup to put the remade drinks in. I honestly cannot with people. I hope that the day God calls her, starbucks puts all the money she saved them in her coffin. People are just unbelievable.

Order by mobile twice and both times my order wasnt ready. I had ordered 20 min. ahead BTW. Today, the attendant states she just clocked in but wasnt apologetic rather lackadaisical and had a, I dont care attitude. Management needs to clean house.

First thing they said to us when we walked in, “drinks are taking 30-45 minutes”. So we thought, let’s just grab a can of cold brew and a scone then. The person at the counter then said it would be 30 mins for food. Not sure how or why it takes 30 mins to reach for a scone and put it on the counter. Looking at reviews that are months old seems like it’s an ongoing issue.

Drive thru had a long line so decided to place a mobile order. When my son brought me my drink all the milk was sitting at the bottom. Even after stirring the coffee and milk together. All I could taste was milk. My drink is simple venti iced vanilla coffee w/4 pumps of toffee nut no classis and 2% milk. How they manage to mess this up time and time again blows my mind.

This Starbucks had an automated message that they were closed. I was line way before closing and 3 cars had to reverse out the drive thru. I called to ask the hours they said they were open still but that they can’t turn off the automated message. I just think they didn’t want to help anyone because it was close to closing. The employee was so rude.

So i happend to come to this starbucks a couple days ago and I checked the mobile app to see what time they closed and it said 11, i got there 10:30 went to the drive thru, as i go to the drive the machine says they are closed so they dont help me, i go inside and the lady who seemed to be the manager took my order with an attitude, the other employee asked her if she still wanted him to take orders on drive thru and she said Do whatever you want i dont get paid enough for this SH*T how embarrassing. I’m not one to complain but this can’t be avoided. This is the worst experience at a Starbucks EVER!!!!!! We placed an order through the app while on our way to LAX. We had checked their hours and they were supposedly open but when we arrived no one greeted us at the menu board. We pulled up to the drive through window and waited for a few minutes. We finally saw an employee but he completely ignored us. We tried calling but no one ever answered the phone. At this point we have already paid for an order we will not receive because we have to get to the airport on time. Very frustrating.

First of all, i was not welcomed to a friendly location... I walk in and the baristas looked bothered that i was there. Once being told there was a 45 minute wait, i go to the waiting area and watch them work to see how nasty the store is. There was a barista named Zayla wearing a BRIGHT ORANGE bandaid with NO GLOVE, what if the bandaid fell in my drink. ALSO the restrooms were filthy with liquids and toilet paper all over the floor and baristas wearing masks under their noses.

I would rate their customer service less if I could but one star is the lowest I can go. I was in line for about 9 to 10 minutes and with only 2 cars in front of me. It’s Christmas Day and they took their sweet time to take the orders and by the time it was my turn, they tell me “sorry we can’t take your order” despite the fact I was there earlier. Sadly there was about 5 cars behind me. So many workers to be so slow and to be so ignorant.

It never fails everytime I order from this location my coffee tastes horrible. Its always watered-down and not prepared to my specifications. Not only that on my most recent visit I ordered the vanilla bean scones and they were sweaty as though they were thawed then refrigerated. The staff was not helpful nor welcoming.

Friendly staff; depending on the time of day, you can be in and out quickly. No trash bins in the restrooms. My lady pointed out that this is a particular nuisance to any women who may be needing to rid themselves of feminine product and not want to...you know, hold it in her hand, walk clear across the entire Café lobby, in front of strangers, to throw away a bloody tampon applicator/ pad. Not something I WANTED to know, but something some lady may want to know, when considering which location has the more comfortable facilities to fit her need.The Starbucks on Cecil has trash cans in both restrooms...just saying...

Six people in here and they are SO slow!!! Ordered an iced coffee and got two pieces of ice in it....ordering your grande drink in a venti cup and asking for extra cold foam does not mean I want more drink! I want the extra room for the extra cold foam!!! They also forgot the third drink we had and had to go ask for it. There was some girl, Im guessing a manager, who was walking around pretending to be useful but was not managing her people. This is the same problem the other Starbucks location in Delano has, a manager who obviously does not know how to manage. If I can order the same drink every day and get a different version of it each time, that means you need to train your people on consistency!

We got in line at 6pm, and finally got our drinks at 730pm. I would’ve left but we were stuck in the line that wrapped around the parking lot.
