Quality Workmanship and fair prices A+

I brought my much loved vintage ceramic TV lamp to DaCosta to be rewired. Wonderful customer service and although I knew it wasnt going to be cheap, I dont mind paying for quality work. I have several other lamps I plan on bringing in to be rewired as I dont trust just anyone to work on my vintage lamps.

Very experienced Lighting Company and they absolutely no their product very nice people

I purchased two identical expensive white lampshades from this establishment. Within a year one shade discolored to a dingy yellow while the other remained white. The owner took no responsibility, was dismissive and had the nerve to try and sell me another of the same shade. I was told the shades were made in China and she had no control of the quality.A very unpleasant experience.... go elsewhere where they stand behind their products and treat their customers with value.

Family run business that knows their craft. Good work isnt cheap, but they take time with each customer and want them to be happy with their work. Really nice people!

Overpriced, poor quality and no customer service. Better quality products easily available at numerous big-box retailers.

Unfortunately I had to experience poor and unfriendly service.

We dropped off two lamps for re-wiring on march 11, 2016. they said they would call us. we went in over 4 weeks later, to pick it up, and they rudely told us it wasnt done. when i questioned what had they been doing with it, they said they were very busy. they said they had ordered a part, and it hadnt come in. so i offered to order another part for them, on line, to expedite the job. these are my mothers lamps and she is 98, and has macular degeneration and glaucoma, and cannot see well without these lights. the owner was extremely arrogant and rude, and told me he would give them back to me if i was un-happy. i said that after all this time, it was too late to start all over with another company, and that i would wait for him to do them, but could they please expedite the job. i think with his poor command and understanding of the english language, he misunderstood that i wanted the lamps to take elsewhere. he then threw my lamps on the front counter, and told me he wasnt doing them! i have never been treated so rudely. i would not suggest doing business with these nasty people, who ignore an order too small for them, of a 98 yrs old senior.they do not even deserve a one star, but i had to give them something or the review wouldnt post. they deserve a minus 5 star review for their extreme nastiness. i would never suggest doing business with this company.
