Nice store did not see what I wanted there but my uncle was very happy .

This is one of the worst chain retailers Ive ever come across. I am making this statement after dozens of visits to this store over a 25-plus year period. Somehow, they are scoring a very high overall rating which I find truly hard to believe. I guess that anything is possible in this day and age.BB&B used to mail local residents two coupons; one for a $5 discount and another for a 20% discount. Theyve stopped doing this and instead, they are now trying to sell you for $29 a year a so called membership which only then entitles the member to a 20% discount. Since everything they sell is usually marked up to more than a 20% overcharge (compared to Walmart and other major retailers), I decided that its not worth my having to PAY for a discount. They should rename their chain as Bed Bath and Beyond Belief.

Decided I would just skip the whole online ordering process and pick up my item in store. I knew exactly what I wanted, found it with ease and brought it up to the line. Im with my toddler who is getting impatient in line. An older woman with a nurses aide sends her aide to go grab more bathroom stuff while in line. When its finally her turn 15 mins later she decides shes gonna complain about coupons and asks to put items on hold... Two employees are at the register helping her and the other one walks off leaving 1 employee at register while the lady continued to complain about the coupons and spends $16.. I was ready and waiting to spend $229. Other employee should have acknowledged me(a simple Im so sorry for the wait) and opened another register if possible...

The lady that helped me was very nice and polite. I got what I needed.

Bed & Bath is a place that is conducive to All Temptations. Every Home Necessities are provided with quality. They have the best incentives to shop with hefty rewards. You feel like saving for your next trips.

This store is a home gadget, useful household item and organized persons paradise. I love going here to see what else I can buy to help keep me organized and efficient. This delray location is very neat clean. The associates are attentive and helpful. A definite must visit!

At the time of my experience they were getting some upgrades. The store was very clean even during construction.

To start with I understand there is a pandemic going on & its the holiday gifting season.After waiting on the long chk out/return line, wishing to exchange a gift, I was told No Receipt, No return or exchange . I called a manager the next day and was told the same thing, Its our policy . I pointed out it would be nice to have that on a sign at the beginning of the line. I was then given an insincere & short sorry if you were inconvenienced, you should read our return policy .So if you buy a gift from BB&B make sure you get some sort of gift receipt, to give as well .Yes I know most other stores just scan the item, and give a gift card, but the Delray Beach store does not. Good luck.

The first time back here in person since the pandemic. The merchandise is not fully stocked and Im hoping it will get back to capacity soon.

They try hiring Doordash drivers to deliver their stuff for $3 or less to save on shipping. Don’t order online from them.

This BBB like I said before not much on shelves. And sometimes really helpful people andodt if time not so much.

Inventory was low. Guess they want you to use the internet. Looks like brick and mortor are a thing of the past.

Bad customer service over phone. Some lady sounded like she was black act like she ain’t wanan assist me. And was made that I called, I called because online order was out of stock. Her: response if it’s out of stock on line than we don’t have it. I said well that’s interesting cause online said available in store. Her: hold on let transfer you to a computer where I can look it up with a deep breath sounded like I was bother her and was mad that she has to go look it up. I called in about the American heritage Amelia swivel counter stool in pepper

I always enjoy my visits. Store clean, staff helpful, HOWEVER, could you man more registers when there are more than. 6 guests in line? Especially when they have fewer than 5 items? An express line perhaps? Saw 3 customers leave.

The stores keep changing. I use this store so much that instead of saving coupons I invested in their plus deal. At the front of my local store there are now aisles of beauty, cosmetic and pharmaceutical needs. I am grateful for seasonal offerings like this 5 inch multi option decoration that does not use traditional candles.

BEWARE this store is selling used soiled pillows and marking them. AS IS. COVID 19 is rampant in South Florida, Throw them out. I will never shop in this disgusting store again.

The store is top of the line nice, but my purpose was to return an item. Two days later and my checking account isnt seeing the credit. Aesthetically, all Bed Bath & Beyond stores are always fully stocked, clean and have SOME decent employees. 1 out of the 2 older ladies that was a cashier was delightful and the other one acted as if she owned the store and hesitated in trying to allow my refund.The older lady that was polite was an engineering major in college and the rude one was also well educated (I can tell from our conversations) so its not a matter of lack of education but of ettique.

Nice store helpful staff

Older woman with glasses working as a cashier is very rude. We were there just looking for fall items since its our favorite season and she was shouting over other customers very rudely asking if there was something she could help us find as if we were there for the wrong reasons. Giving two stars because we have been coming for years and other employees have been great. I decided we were leaving and not purchasing a dimes worth. I felt embarrased. Working in customer service you should not act in such a way. Needs a talking to by her manager or find other employment because she apparently hates her job

They have wide variety of inventory, helpful staff and lots of coupons for price reductions. Coupons can be found in newspapers and mailed brochures.

Only give it 4 stars because of the overwhelming smells in the store. I try to get in and out as fast as possible. Other than that its a great store, employees are always nice and helpful.

Pretty overpriced store, sometimes has good sales. Last time I had a bad experience where they sold me something that was opened and returned and had missing items. And I even asked for them to double check everything and I was assured everything was there. So I had to make another trip to return it and was given a hard time, because I am sure they thought I kept the missing items. So be aware, open everything and make sure everything is complete before you walk out.

The store I was in was out of stock on a fan I tried to exchange. The west Boca store is the best. I went to Military &Atlantic in Delray, wrong choice. No one to help me. Two people at checkout, 15 deep line. Not a fun time

I return something on Sunday and today is tuesday afternoon and my $$$ is not there after I presented with unopened merchandise, the receipt, my credit card AND MY DRIVER LICENCE!!! Went there today and seemed like only 6 employees were working. You’ll think there would be more people working since it’s the holiday season. The item I needed wasn’t out so it took me 30 minutes to find someone to help me. Nice people, but understaffed.

Not the best BBB. I went there today. Customer service wise, not great. Very rude older woman (named June? with some black wrist thing on). She was unhelpful and condescending as she spoke. If your life is so miserable and you dont like your job then get a different one. Sad that customer service can really ruin a place.Stock wise, they seemed to not have as much inventory as many other BBB. The only reason I went here was for convenience - it was not recommended, nor do I recommend it.

Terrible charger experienceThey send you an email in the afternoon, you try to use it the same day in the evening, they tell you it has been redeemed (even if it has not) and they would not honor it.
