I never have an issue with Home Depot; EXCEPT, the curbside pickup. I only ever do this when I get something I need help with taking to my vehicle. In this case it was moving boxes. Granted it’s a large order, I’ve still been sitting here for half hour just waiting without a phone call after checking in… and it’s not the big order that’s the problem. I’ve had much smaller orders through curbside take forever as well. This section and service the store is offering is slacking to put it lightly. It seems ignored and no one is really prepared for curbside orders here. Whoever the managers may be, please please please, fix this! When we get a text our order is ready, that means we shouldn’t have to be waiting an hour for items we’ve already paid for. If you offer curbside, just do the curbside. It’s easy to say we’ll just go inside, but in that case why offer curbside, right? Just an honest review, I’m hoping after reading this employees will be more attentive when a curbside order arrives. I went there 15 mins before closing and instead of a cold shoulder which I thought I’d be in for the MANGER JAMES went above and beyond in helping me return a defective shop fan that I had bought the extended warranty on and replace with a new larger model.He made me feel welcome and appreciated no matter what time of day it was I’m sure he wanted to get home to his wife and family but yet took that last 10 minutes to help me make my life easier. These are the people that we need in customer service individuals like James—I appreciate you James!
Excellent shopping experiences but lately they are out of stock on many items.

This Home Depot does not have a lot of supplies compared to the one in Boynton and in Boca Raton. Also, I am realizing that things in Home Depot are not expensive. For example, I compared tile prices and it turns out they had about 40% mark up compared to the floor store in Boynton Beach. The delivery fee is the same so why buy at Home Depot?!Also, staff there is usually hard to get a hold of but I think this is normal for HD.
Very poor customer service. They lied. We ordered a product on-line for curb side pick up. They promised it would be assembled and ready in 2 hours. After taking our $, and 24 hours later, and 30 minutes on hold they finally advised that the person who does assembly, only works on Tuesday and Friday. REALLY? THATS FRAUD.
Its Izzy T. again ladies and gentlemen. My travels have me in beautiful South Florida these days.I really hate that this happened, and of all places too!I am a tower technician. In this industry there are many deadlines to be met. So when I go to The Home Depot I know what I need and how much time I have to shop.All I needed were 2 bandsaw blades for my Milwaukee bandsaw. Unfortunately there was absolutely no help in the isles. I asked 2 ladies at the checkout if they could get me some help in power tools I waited, for 10 minutes patiently. I walked back to the same two ladies. They were just chatting it up. I am not happy at this moment. I asked again, 10 more minutes still no help. In the meantime I am getting a few tools simply just to kill time. $100 later still no help.Never in my 30 years as a builder of all things have I received such attitude or lack of customer service from any employee of The Home Depot in all of North America.Not really how I wanted my Tuesday to begin. I am probably not welcome back to this Home Depot and I really dont care.To the two ladies yapping it up! Exchange nubers and do that on your own time, not at the expense of quality customer service.
Theyre always helpful even if they dont have it in stock which was the case. they called another store and made sure they had it in stock before I went there as I needed it for travel.
I went to Home Depot for a screw for my glass coffee table. This screw was flat on the top and bottom, it connects the table leg to the swivel glass tabletop. Long story short, there was an older employee who found a very long one that I needed to cut down to about 3 inches. Another younger employee stepped in and cut the screw to the length I needed. It may not seem like a big deal but to a single woman with no tools to cut a screw it was a big deal. I appreciate the help of both the gentlemen employees who made it their business to see that I had what I needed when I left the store. Chivalry is not dead, thank goodness.

Nice store clean had what I needed
Well, first off, I walk into the store and there is no sanitizer, no wipes, nothing to the cart with. Then, I turn into an aisle that a home depot employee has just walked through and there is a cart and pallet blocking the aisle. The employee couldnt have pushed the cart to the side? I also loved seeing another employee drivivg a lift through the store with no flag person and the employee at the register with her mask under her chin. You cant manage a store from behind a desk! Get down on the floor and walk around with the mindset of a customer!
A good store to get your hardware needs. Its a little disorganized but they are always extremely busy. Lumber prices are silly right now.
Went to buy paint, the only one sales person in that department was very helpful and gave me the right paint for my job.

The store never has anyone working to help you. I waited in aisle seven for about fifteen minutes for someone to cut two blinds for me and no one showed up. I had two employees paged another employee, No one came or offered me help. I hate having to come and spend money here and they don’t even want it! I’m so disappointed in this store!!
This store is always well stocked. Whenever Ive asked staff in various departments for advice on projects theyve been knowledgable. Their customer service make for hassle free returns. What more can I say...

I was going to home Depot to pick up a grill for a client. My office didnt give me much information but the lady who was helping me was super nice very helpful very patient and she got she somehow found the information and was able to help me get out the door so I could make a client happy until I could get there outdoor grill ed fixed. Also I had to go back in cuz I forgot to exchange the propane tank and I gave it to one guy and I said how are they going to know that Im telling the truth and when I went up to the line I told the lady the guys name and when I went back outside I saw that guy and I thanked him and he actually was the one helping me get the propane Im just honest I cant stand people who steal and everything else when I kill myself everyday just to put food on the table for my family!

I was in search of Zep grout cleaner and brightener which was sold out on Amazon and two local Home Depots said they were carrying it. I went to the one in Boynton and wasnt able to locate the item, even with plenty of associates offering to assist me. In their defense, they were in the middle of a floor move, so a lot of items had been shifted. When I went to the East Delray store, Tiffany was the manager helping set up with stock placement. She had a team of about 5 or 6 guys that she was directing in restocking and shifting with their floor move. She could see that I was intently looking for something specific and was able to help me, her associates, an associate who was meant to be at the West Delray Store, and another customer in the aisle without skipping a beat. With the help of the team, they were able to locate a pallet of product that had not been placed at the very top of the aisle with the item I was looking for. Initially, I was going to let it go, but this was officially the 3rd place I had searched for this item and it was literally just out of my reach! Tiffany and the team worked to not only get me one bottle, but 5 bottles from that top shelf with the help of a very large machine, and even got me a cart when we all realized at the same time I didnt have enough arms to carry my order plus what I had already gathered while waiting. The gesture alone was amazing from the team and I left fully satisfied with my experience tonight. Thank you so much to Tiffany and her team for working so hard to make sure I left with not only one bottle of what I was looking for but all 5 that I was hoping to get!

Unsuccessful. Wanted to give my bed frame more support. This store didnt sell the levelers that I need. Employees were helpful because they helped me look for them before we all just gave up.

The paint department is great. Julie helped me find a color that I used 20 years ago. It was a shade of white that was common back in the day. She actually knew which brand of paint and which type. I tried it at home and it was an exact match. Many thanks to Julie and to all who work in that department.
Staff are extremely unhelpful and disorganized. They watched me drop items in the parking lot and just kept walking by with zero help. Beyond rude.

The staff here is friendly and most of the people are wearing their masks properly. The garden sections has a huge selection and the staff helped me get started with my own balcony herb garden. Their parking lot is also decently designed and no huge jams.
August is NOT the month to buy plants at Home Depot. Never is the time to buy herbs and vegetable plants at Home Depot. But there is a man who works in the nursery at home depot on Linton Delray Beach I didnt see him couple days ago but...he knows the best plants that attracts butterflies..and I do...everyone should have milkweed attrarcts monarchs but Im not crazy y about Home Depot. But serves its purpose...I suppose
Everything for the handyman, gardener, housewife.....etc., etc.. Sometimes nit easy finding someone for advice but eventually you can spot someone!

I was super impressed with the full process. I received 3 quotes and did not understand why Home Depot was a little higher. After reading the other contracts and quotes. I called and read Home Depot’s details. We ended up going with them. After 6 weeks the windows were installed and we love them. We had one small issue, but it was addressed. Great workmanship and product. I went with the PGT ProtecSure.

And inside there was only one other person at the pickup customer service desk...also waiting!! There were 3 cashiers...they were busy...they dont know what busy is!!! WILL NEVER do Curb side with HomeDepot again....

This is a great Home Depot with a very good staff. However, it is busy at certain hours. Best to come here at off hours and not have to deal with a crowd. The location is great, right off i-95.

I dont think anyone that gotten their shots should be wearing a mask especially the workers Im sure they got that card they can prove what do they got the shot or not they should be exempt of course their choice at the end of the day but I dont think Home Depot should dictate anything about wearing masks the people choose to do so Im going to Home Depot I wont be wearing my mask thats for sure oh by the way go to Lowes they dont require you to wear a mask

Went on a Monday morning hoping to avoid crowds. Madhouse. No one I approached could assist me with what I was looking for. I showed the person at the PRODESK that the website indicated it was available. She talked to 3 people and no one knew where it was in the store. The check out lines were hideously long and they had very limited self-service check out stations available. That said: the store was tidy and the staff was very friendly.
Met Witt, she was a big help to me and my friend as it turned out. Miss Witt is a credit to that HD store!
They say is open until 10 pm it is not true. I went and a black woman was yelling at me. Real bad attitude. I think was a manager or something. Every body just look at her even the other employees.

This HD is just absolutely useless. Staff needs to be trained better and managed better as they walk around aimlessly. I had to load 1 plywood by myself only to get to the saw where of course, the saw is not working. I find it intriguing that it seems all the saws in the store are out of service at the same time. Even better this happens today with a possible storm looming where people might need some plywood cut.
A great place to help with projects. And for those house owners little problems.I texted with a representative and we discussed my problem and Jane suggested a solution. I went right to the store and purchased the item and am trying to use now.

I cant give it a 0 star, I think that there should be a 0 rating because there are some places that need a 0......like Homedepot.Simple things like a hand rail or a banister I asked 10 employees of Homedepot 1 out of 10 knew what I was talking about. And 9 out of 10 told me that they dont carry it......

Very convenient location with in-store pickup. Takes time if they are busy, but usually its fast enough to make it worth it since you dont have to find the item(s). The pickup lockers were a great addition! I love it when the items I order can go inside them, I don’t even have to go inside to get what I need and get right to the project!
Parking lot was crazy but store was surprisingly not. Some of the store staff need to have a refresher course in, #how2speaktocutomers. But, social distancing was being maintained, (as well as can be). Lines were short and barriers up to protect cashiers and customers.

Home Depot at the Delray Beach location is a well kept store. Easy access to I-95 makes this ideal for getting what you need and back to the job. Well stocked and staffed. Parking is a little awkward and store is in back of plaza. Near many eateries banks and gas stations.
Home depot is home depot lol... this unfortunately is not one of the better ones. Store is stocked haphazardly, and hard to navigate.
Im a fan of both Home Depot and Lowes. Clean well organized and straight forward. Whats not to love.

Please hire people that know what they are doing! Put them in a department that they have knowledge of!!!!!! If I bring in an item and I need an exact duplicate of the item I brought in and they are insisting multiple times to get a different size and that it will fit they obviously have no idea what they are doing. This is very frustrating and not the first time that this happened. They have done the same thing with a light bulb. They are never helpful and never know what they are doing.
