Bought $170 worth of product but will find another B&B to shop. Manager was rude, stating they didn’t have a scent .. “alright”. Heard her use the F bomb behind the count and girl wouldn’t give me the 3 batteries in the $50 candle holder. Have a good day but doesn’t even look at me. Shopping should be a fun/pleasant experience. Left just very disappointed:(

Its good, not too crowed. They are letting only a small amount of people in at a time. This is great. It allows you to shop with more than 6 feet distance. Excellent move on their part. I was extremely pleased and felt safe shopping. I saved $102 with sales going on.

Wow this used to be my favorite bath and body works location and how the times have changed. Amy, the current manager is extremely rude and condescending making for a very uncomfortable shopping environment. I heard her speaking to an elderly customer very aggressively and rudely, cutting her off at every moment to state that she was wrong. The customer asked for vanilla bean scented lotion she very abruptly shouted that noel vanilla was seasonal and they didnt have it. When the woman stated she didnt think they had it last Christmas she again cut her off and shouted yes we did! Very clearly making the women uncomfortable along with everyone else in the store.The sales associates unfortunately have followed in her footsteps with the rude and snarky ambiance. I asked a couple of questions and was met with the same vibe made me want to leave immediately. I asked amy where i could find a specific scent of candle, she stated they were completely out of stock and there were none in the store… three seconds later i see two different displays showcasing this very scent and there were more than ten of them. This kind of attitude and lack of customer service/care will be a massive detriment to this location and i didnt get half of the things i wanted because frankly i just wanted to get out of there. Horrible experience hope they get rid of all the current employees and replace them with kind people like they used to have.

This is my favorite store ever... I cant get enough of all scents, smells, colors... I go there every month, for the candles, the wallflowers, body mists, hand soaps, antibacterial, lip gloss(Bigelow), body lotions(which are so much better now), body wash!! Even for men there is great perfums, mists, and more.Yes. I am addicted to this store! And on top of that they have the best deals!! Their staff is super nice :)

Prices are too high...I can get the same products at Maxx, Marshalls and Ross for so much less.

I don’t know if this would be considered buyer beware but today I went into my local Bath and body Works as I’ve done many many years in the past with my wonderful coupons and they’re wonderful deals especially the buy three get two free or buy two get one free bath and Bodyworks has always had my business due to it being affordable, of course the fragrances are great. Noticed prices have Raised not much but W Covid what are you gonna do about it we all are trying to make a dime extra they are now no longer giving you the one item for free but instead if you buy the three items for example if you buy two items back then you would get one item for free now if you buy two items that third item is not free if a all items are $15 dollars then Bath and Bodyworks now will be dividing the items so $15 x3 30 then they divide 30 by 3 you are paying $10 dollars for this “free” PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR Receipts . I Have been shopping at Bath and body Works over 10 years never have they ever done it that way I have always received the free item what irks me even more is that the girl trying to tell me that they have always done it this way so now they’re lying to their customers they have never done it this way the item has always been free it is not anymore you’r paying for those “free items” and I think this really really sucksm

Greeted on the way in and help provided immediately. products displayed well and I easily found what I wanted. Even with several people checking out in front of me, I didnt have to wait long and cashier told me I qualified for a special free additional item, which I was unaware of. very nice experience.

Fragrances and lotions in travel sizes are the most convenient to take in fun getaways specially in summer. Scents come very pleasant and last long time for enjoy at home !

I love the product.but the employees follow you around like your going to still items.its a very unpleasant feeling.i always just leave because i cant just walk alone with out being constantly harrassed

This is one of their best locations. Excellent customer service. There was a long line and the associates were efficient. The store had enough staff that customers were attended to.

Purchased 10 of something because it said it was on sale on a tag. Went to cash out and she told me no. I told her I would show her. She made me pay first then went to look at the tag. After she read the tag she said oh that was old. I told her I only bought this many because of the sale. She offered to return them..... Cool false advertising.

Closed way before the hours listed online. No hours listed on the doors. Second time I’ve been first time they said they didn’t carry a product and two shelves down the product was there. Sad, used to be a good store. Will no longer have my business.
