Very happy with my hair and experience at this salon. I usually do not like to get my hair done. This place actually made it a great experience. Nice people and nice place. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Ginny is a miracle worker. They have completely revived my hair with Armorplex mixed with a recent treatment. In the midnight hour she cries more, more, more!!!!!! Whooo with a rebel yell...

I came into this place with a Groupon for my daughter to get her hair done from the minute that I walked in the young lady that was that the counter who claims she is the manager of the place asked me what I was there for and I told her that I had an appointment at 1 and that I was early so she went ahead and she said oh perfect I can go ahead and take you when we proceeded to communicate what I was there for from the minute that she heard that I had a Groupon she made a very big deal because she wanted to know how much I paid for the actual Groupon I am not very computer literate but I went ahead and I figured out how much I paid and she told me that it was going to be an extra $20 because of the amount of hair that my daughter had which I dont have a problem but then I proceeded to tell her that I had also purchased a keratin treatment for her and thats when she went off the deep end the woman called another person who she claims is the owner of this bar and told her that I had purchased to Groupons for the same exact person which in reality is two people of the same exact person cannot use the coupon I could have gifted it to somebody or I could have given it to somebody other than my daughter this woman has made such a big deal over $20 that it is ridiculous and then because of the fact that I told her that I felt that she was very disrespectful in making such a big deal over 20 flipping dollars that I was going to walk over to Publix and get her the $20 and be done with it so that she can go forward and do my daughters hair when I was coming back she says were not going to go ahead and service you because of the way that you treated me how did I treat you because I told you that you were being a cheap s*** for $20 you didnt even greet me as a customer you greeted me as a dollar sign that is no customer service if your so-called a manager ridiculous ridiculous no wonder the salon is dead and has no customers
