I wish i could give a zero. I was unable to pick up my sons glasses because Lori was unable to give me patient teaching. I asked a simple question and the most sweet little passive aggressive tone. Theres no reason for it. Weird how my family treated completely different than me there. Hope to update the review.
This has been my vision center for 18 years. Dr. Weston is the Best, and All of the Staff, Fran, Milton, Jonathan and Grizele are top notch! They help me getting and out quickly with courtesy and kindness and good humor.
Milton helped me with my glasses tonight before closing time. I am so thankful for his knowledge and help. Thank you Milton!
Very disappointed with the Quality of customer service. I had an old prescription set up in the system, and I wanted to place the same prescription for a new pair of glasses. The lady in the front was very rude and mentioned that they cannot make a new pair of glasses with an “expired” prescription in the system, and that the person who retrieves a prescription from a pair of glasses, was not there to check the prescription of my current glasses, so she told me to come back a week later. We waited in the line for 20-30 minutes to get rejected.I am only mentioning this because I went to the West Boca Raton Walmart vision center, and the person who assisted me was able to use my previous prescription in Walmart’s system, without checking my glasses, and was able to get the transaction done in less than 10 minutes. The staff were much friendlier and got the job done in West Boca.I suggest the Delray Walmart Vision staff works on their attitude, or tries to put effort towards helping patient customers. Especially since I was able to get my desired request from West Boca, that Delray said they cannot do. Very disappointed.
This has been my Primary Vision center for years. Milton has always taken exceptional care of me, my mother, and all our vision needs.Sometimes things move slow. It took me a visit or two to realize that the extend time comes from the staff taking their time, providing great customer service, and methodical solutions. When it comes to your vision patience goes a long way and an amazing optometrist is worth the wait.
I have never had a problem with any of the employees in the Vision Center. They have always been very helpful. Ive known Milton for many years and have always gotten a smile from him when he sees me. I was helped by a young girl named Sandy a couple of days ago, she knew exactly what was wrong with my prescription as soon as she saw it and we faxed the place where I had gotten my eyes checked to advise they had left the reading part off...my new glasses should be ready by next week.
This Walmart doesnt deserve a star. Its always short of staff. Customer service rarely has 2 people. Last time the clerk took over 30 minutes with one person (ahead of me). 5 people got to the line after me. I asked a man with the radio (some kind of security guy) to please call for back up and he refused (twice). The workers are sooooo laaaazyyy. They walk by and pretend to be doing something else. Theres no supervision, EVER. They all should be fired!
Online it says they close at 8:00pm which I was very excited because that meant I could go after work. However, I just went there and they closed at 4:30pm. Please update because those are two very different times.

I give this literally ZERO stars, but had to give it one in order to write this review. I will NEVER give them my business again. I went in to get a box of contacts, and the man working was named Milton. I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service, he was extremely rude and condescending and told me I would have to wait twenty minutes before I could get a box of contacts because he was helping two older people who were simply browsing through the glasses. I asked him why he couldnt just ring me up while he stood there waiting for the people to finish trying on pairs of glasses, and he then spent about five minutes giving me a nasty attitude for absolutely no reason. In the five minutes he told me he couldnt help me and that I had to wait, he could have given me my contacts. I will NEVER GO BACK, Milton should lose his job for the way he conducted himself.
Employees are rude, not accommodating, unhelpful, pay you no mind, and ignorant. I had a 12:30 appointment, no one even spoke to me until about 1:15 - they were standing around talking to each other. Told me they accept my insurance, then it wasn’t until 2:10 that they told me they don’t actually accept it and I needed to go elsewhere and just walked away from me. I would NEVER recommend going to this location. Absolutely awful and horrible.
