Update: Adam is an amazing business man and called me even after experiencing a death in his family to assist me. My bed and mattress are great and my daughter enjoys climbing on it daily! He is even working before and after hours to assist me with an issue that has nothing to do with him or his direct business but the manufacturer, and I greatly appreciate it. This morning I had a sudden and unexpected need for a box spring. I called Adam (before all of the competition was even open) and even though he was on his cell phone outside the office he didn’t hesitate for a minute to help me out. I’m still in shock that when he had every right to think I was being unreasonable and say no, that he worked it out professionally and quickly. That as we all know is very rare.
