Doug was very helpful in working with me to find the best mattress for my budget, and had it delivered the next day. A few weeks later I happened to be in the same plaza and my car battery died and Doug helped me re-start it so I wasnt stranded. Great guy who you can trust!

I had been shopping for a mattress at a couple locations prior to Mattress Xperts, and chose to purchase from them. Not only was the salesman, Mike, very knowledgeable and professional, but he took the time and was patient to help me find the perfect bed. The process was by far the most exceptional and thorough, all questions and concerns were answered. Also, was made aware of details that I wouldnt have known to ask or consider. Truly felt heard and understood. Thank you Mike!When it came to the delivery, it was flawless. They called with plenty of notice and arrived as expected. They were kind, but more importantly, were in and out quickly. Definitely white glove service.My recommendation would be to start and shop with Mattress Xperts for your bed. They are also a family owned small business so knowing that also helped me decide to shop local and support our community.

Excellent experience purchasing mattresses for my home. Great selection, extremely accommodating with delivery schedules. Went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed at a great price.

Purchasing the mattress was a very good experience. Knowledgeable and helped us make the choice. No complaints there. BUT we purchased the bed on Monday set up a Thursday delivery. No phone call came during the window so I reached out to the store to discover our bed wouldn’t be delivered until the next day. Waste my afternoon waiting on the bed but more irritating was I took our old bed apart.

Mattress and furniture shopping. Daniel the sleep specialist was very professional and knowledgeable after a few question he immediately found good, best and better options to choose from he knew my comfort level budget and style able to fit my body frame perfect. And my husband. Very happy to referral my friends and family to mattress Xpert but to deal with Daniel to find the right fit even with furniture.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review regarding three standouts representing Mattress Xperts. My initial point of contact was with Roberto at the west atlantic store. Roberto was the very definition of quintessential good will ambassador for the company. My time with him was extremely informative and pleasant which led me to purchase a queen box spring for my new home. Roberto is a true gentleman. Topping things off were the delivery personnel Jonathan and Lee who were nothing less than assignment pure professionals with five (5) gold stars following their names. Quite frankly, there arent enough positive adjectives to describe the delivery experience. Kudos to all involved.

We purchased an all natural foam mattress from this company. The last thing we wanted to do was buy a mattress during the height of cover-19 over July 4th weekend! It was an absolute pleasure working with the salesman. He was very helpful, directed us to the type of mattress we needed, answered many many questions we had with patience, and made a great deal with us. Several days later the mattress was delivered and within minutes the old one was taken out and the new installed. The delivery men were also very punctual and courteous.

Great clean store. The salesman was very professional. Helped me the whole way through from picking out the bed that was right for me all the way to the finish line when it was delivered to my home. Delivery crew was punctual, efficient, and polite. All around great experience.

Today I received a phone call from Sam Cavallaro the General Manager from Mattress Xperts on West Delray Beach, this was in regards a complain I made a couple of weeks ago about a product that was not properly refunded. Sam not only called me but invited me to talk to the store and offered me different options to solve the issue and apologized for not being more helpful before, in the options he offered me he offered a discount and even a refund. I only have words of gratitude for that customer service and Professionalism and I invite anyone to purchase in this store. I am amazed how a bad customer issue was corrected in a very professional way. Thanks a lot Sam.

Sam Cavallaro was my point of contact of course I had questions as a customer spending money I wanted to know about quality and compare things however he was so rude, put so much pressure and me as a women made me feel very uncomfortable, I don’t know how any store has a man who can be so rude to customers work, I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t use this place the salesman was so unprofessional!
