Im not exactly happy with metro pcs this is my last try with them. My screen saver is not on the phone right, I have been constantly having issues with phones loosing data Im now on my third phone under a years time. They were only going to give me $20 for my three month old phone. Im thinking they were to make some good money off a customer that is having trouble with their service already. So you get two stars and if I have the same trouble in the future and you see me again you will see my New Yorker side. Merry Christmas to all

I have a huge love/hate relationship with this place. They routinely screw up my plan, my card never works to pay my bill, and some of the representatives there... Well they suck. BUT management ALWAYS makes up for my crappy experience by making it better. I have so much respect for the management of this store that I keep coming back regardless of the crappy mistakes the new kids make. The positives DEF outweigh the negatives in this case but be forewarned the negatives are many.

Super nice guys work here. But the service sucks. After a month of trying to get help from MetroPCS I got rid of my service. Cant video steam most pics on Facebook wont load and absolutely no Netflix. Dont waste you money.

If youre looking to get a phone go into Metro T-Mobile in Deming talk to Xavier he is the best manager that Ive ever dealt with that store is heads and toes above everything else that company in Deming is way above any other cell company on the market today make sure to talk to Xavier the store manager you wont go wrong.

Very clean environment. Store is always clean and smells nice. English and Spanish speaking reps. My rep helped me out so much! He knew so much about my phone. Today I WALKED OUT with a FREEEE phone. I just had to pay my first month service and activation fee. I did not know much about my phone and bamm he showed me how to use the pen to note things down. BTW I got the Stylo4. I was looking for a big screen, because I love watching movies on my phone when im at home. He got me on the best plan they have. Which comes with Amazon Prime!!!!!!!! Say what!??? I dont have to pay $100 a year for Amazon prime. Plus it comes with Google1 that has 100GB of space for all my pictures!!!!! Google 1 also comes with discounts to hotels up to 40% off since I travel alot.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So yea go in to Metro by T-mobile guys, they will totally help you out. Bad customer service they forgot to charge me and upgrade fee the girl texted me hours later to let me know they wanted for me to drive 45 minutes to the closest store and pay $15 they forgot to charge $15 My car was going to wade n here mistake I didnt go to the store the manager keeped disconnecting my lines and making changes to my account without my authorization had to make 3 reports all 3super visors i talked to in customers service said what they were doing was illigal.

I took care of as quickly, transfer phone information. Only problem was there was no service in our area.
