I had visited a Verizon store in Las Cruces to have a phone number ported over to a new account setup a few days ago. The representative in the Las Cruces store really missed out because I was just sizing up their customer service for my phone before opening up a much larger account. The company I represent has over 1,600 mobile devices issued to employees whose unlimited world wide plans are paid each month directly by the company.The representative told me that they did not port over numbers in the store anymore. I was polite and said o.k., and I left. A few days later I visited the Deming location that represents Verizon and Yaneli, the Deming store manager/representative was the most attentive and patient customer representative I have dealt with in a very long time. She is the ideal individual that you would want to have dealing with your customers. I can not say enough good things about the most impressive service I received in porting over a phone number to a new Verizon account. Because of Yanelis attention to detail, I will be definitely looking at moving my business account over to Verizion at her location here in Deming. So, I want to let everyone who reads this to know that the Deming, New Mexico Verizon location is where you want to conduct your Verizon business at.

I went in search of a case and screen protector for a phone I bought in Las Cruces . The two employees were helpful and kind but didnt have what I needed.

This Verizon concessionary tries to overcome the Verizon Organization failures. Verizon Wireless is best characterized as malicious incompetent. Apple clearly termed the attempt to activate a new iPhone without A SIM card via the memory eSIM as technically impossible. Corporate Verizon left the store without SIM cards; forcing us to go to T_mobile.

They are always so very kind + knowledgeable. They have always answered my questions.

Took my phone that wasnt working right and Nate spent a lot of time trying to find the problem. Eventually he got it working again. Nate is pleasant, patient & knowledgeable. Recommend him & the store to everyone.

If your looking for the slowest service and getting ripped off this is by far the best place to come. Ive given it many chances and its the same outcome every time. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to Las Cruces for Verizon services.

I was very upset. The $4000 screen protector that I just bought cracked. I just bought the phone there a few weeks ago. They were unconcerned and said too bad. Their attitude was uncaring.

Absolutely love this store! Everyone is super friendly and they treat you like family when you walk in the door! Its super clean on the inside and shelves are fully stocked with a great selection on phones!

Yanelly was very professional helped me start my new account I switched from sprint over to Verizon she made my first experience with Verizon great! She was very patient and explained everything as a exact as possible still getting used to my new phone but already loving it.

Small storeIf Youre paying cash they charge you a few which is rediculous!Not many phones are on display which is unfortunate too because I like looking at new phones and thats what drives people in to buy their products! Not much I can say workers are friendly!

The girls working here were friendly. But we bought a jetpack and found out later there were some hidden insurance monthly recurring costs we were not told about. So pay attention to your paperwork while your there and when you get home.

Always new staff, never know how to do things, gave me the wrong cell charger & wouldnt return for correct. Im mailing my payments now

We were promised free tablet covers to go with our 2 tablets but never received them. I called and went in and they wouldnt honor the promotion.
