At Advance Auto Denham Springs today getting battery and alternator checked. Soto helped us and if all places had people like him, the world would be a nicer place. He is so nice!! He checked battery. Needed replacement. Checked alternator. It was fine. He even asked questions about what car problem we are having. Sold us our battery and put it in. Very knowledgeable and helpful and kind and opened the door for us. Spoke well and polite! He definitely deserves a shout out!! Thank you Soto! We will be back! Hang on to this gem of a guy!

Good but priced to high

Just had so much hassle trying to figure out my online order problems. Guy on the phone from this location was no help and seemed incompetent to understand my questions and answers. So i then i had to call the 1800# and get everything straight.Just to much hassle for a little online order...

They helped me by putting on my wiper blades.

Jim was extremely helpful and a pleasant guy to be around. He helped me narrow my problem down. I only wish I would have bought a battery from him because my truck almost left me stranded later. Thanks Jim, next time!

Friendly staff and good selection; but, they really need a dedicated cashier for people that dont need parts looked up or other prolonged interactions. It might take 10 minutes to check out if you just need something off the shelf. Its a gamble. Also, always compare prices with other places, as some parts cost much more than the local competition.

My Army Buddy from Panama had a dead ZTR Lawnmower Battery and went to Advance Auto got a new one, that battery turned out bad. So back we went to Advance Auto. They checked it gave him a new Battery after testing it and now Happy mowing.

We needed a new battery for our truck. The worker at Advance Auto Parts quickly determined the problem and installed a new battery very quickly. Also, it was a very hot day, and he brought us bottles of water and popsicles to enjoy while he installed the battery.

Good prices, good selection and helpful staff. If they dont have it they can and will order it for you. Better prices than AutoZone, in my experience

They were friendly had what we needed though it would have been nice had the item not been on the top shelf. We got it down anyway made our purchase and went on our way.
