The associate was extremely helpful more so than he should have been. Which I am greatful for. My AC was blowing warm in the car and I purchased a an of avalanche, which the hose was too short to reach low port on Kia Forte, but he was able to help and he charged the AC with no problem.
I just called about a headlight needing replacement. The lady I spoke with wasnt really customer friendly. Id advise she either fake being friendly on the phone/in person or not be put on the phone. Its not as if I was a rude customer calling either. I was very respectful, so for someone who sounds like she didnt want to be there, maybe you shouldnt. With an attitude like that, youd be better suited working for a fast food restaurant such as McDonalds where theyre known for rude behavior. I work on a daily bases with rude people in person and on the phone. Yet, no matter how busy I am or annoyed at something else, I never sound or act rude toward my customers. Nether should you. I just ask for you to be kinder to your customers.

Was very disappointed to realize even though I looked up the parts, prices and part numbers I wanted and showed them to the person at the counter, and even though I was given the parts I asked for, when I looked at my receipt I had been charged for the more expensive parts!!This was the SECOND time in 2 days this happened, once at a different auto parts place then again the very next day at AutoZone.I can assure you if Im giving you the part numbers and showing it to you online via my phone I know what Im supposed to be paying.Charged me $8.99 for a wheel seal that should have been $3.47!!Thats stealing you know, just saying.

If i could rate this location 0 stars i would. we stopped 8-10 minutes before store closing because i needed a specific fuse for my headlights and as soon as i walked in, because the doors were NOT locked, one of the elder employees counting money from the draw said they cannot help me unless i had a credit card because the systems were already shut down.i’m glad i wasn’t having a different problem because i would have been stranded at the store until the next morning for such a small easy fix. the employees were rude and i do not recommend this store to anyone. i hope the next person doesn’t have to experience this horrible customer service.

Had the best experience here. I wish I could remember the guy that helped us. He was so knowledgeable sand kind. He put the new battery in my daughters car for us because we had NO CLUE how to do it and it was a pretty involved job. Ford makes it hard NOT to use them for service. He then put our windshield wipers on for us as well. I will absolutely go back for anything I need in the future. I highly recommend them.

Store was being restocked or rearranged. Which ever the case. One of the employees got alittle up set that I just so happen to need 2 things on the isle that is about 40 to 50 foot long. That his stock was from one end to the other. Im sorry Mr. Sir Im there to shop not wait for you to finish stocking. MAYBE if u would asked if I needed help. I wouldnt have had to move ur stock out of me (the shopper) way to find items.Thanks Mr.Sir for ur help .

First time at this Auto zone location and I have to say Hillary was amazing! She literally went above and beyond and walked me through the store and gathered everything I was needing today. She had knowledge of all the products and even gave me a few suggestions on better products that I ended up choosing instead of what I was normally accustomed to. She informed me of their weekly sales ad and saved me some money by using one of the deals as well. Overall an amazing experience and this location I highly recommend. Thanks!!!

Stopped in to ask for help with a engine light on, the gentlemen who helped me was attentive and knowledgeable. After he finished assisting the customer in front of me, I waited less than 5 minutes, he brought the diagnostic tool to my vehicle and within minutes was able to tell me what was wrong, got the part I needed off the shelf and printed a diagram of where the part was located on my engine. He also did a deep se arch for my aftermarket air filter and was able to order it. Im very happy with this visit, the service I received and generally am happy with this location.

Went to this autozone because my headlight burned out. Above the headlight bulbs is says free installation. Now i know that i could have gotten it cheaper on amazon and that autozone charges a little more because they install it for you so i had no problem with that. My problem was when they grey shirt (manager) refused to even try to install my headlight bulb (which come to find out is the easier thing to repair in that car. Vw literally makes a handle to a) find it easier b) fix it easier) he also sold me the wrong one. But i guess what they say is true: real men don’t exist anymore. And this boomer was definitely not a real man.Is Ben Allo still the regional manager? Because i know this isn’t how the Covington autozone runs. That autozone was so good they changed someone’s alternator and this man couldn’t change my light bulb.Also a headlight bulb installation kit? If that’s not the biggest scam I’ve ever heard of. What do i need a kit to install a headlight for???

Been around this place for a loooong time,and its always the same thing! I didnt think an establishment would treat a customer this way! So here i am trying to open you guys eyes to this. If you go there expect...fast friendly employees,wide range of items,over-the-top help/service. You know shop (mechanical),so do they;from bumper to bumper,and all in-between. Great job.

Dont come here unless for some reason you absolutely have to. There is an Oriellys right around the corner. Employees wish you werent there. One time I patiently waited 5 minutes in front of the register for someone to help me while they loudly discussed drama of some friend of theirs. Along with wishing you werent there, they also dont know anything. I have been given the wrong part 4 separate times. And have gotten faulty parts twice. When I asked a question about a fuel pressure gauge and valves and the manager flipped over the package and started reading the packaging. Its okay to just say I dont know but please quit making stuff up. I spend a lot of time in auto parts stores for my vehicles and my friends. Autozone is by far the worst and least helpful.

Only because zero isn’t an option while driving with my young kids in the car my check engine light comes on so I stopped at the nearest AutoZone to ask them if they could run a diagnostics wow yeah it rained here earlier it hadn’t rained in probably 20 minutes the old guy kills me sorry we don’t do check engine lights when it’s raining because our equipment is electrical . First off it’s not raining And your electrical equipment gets plugged up inside the vehicle so this is nothing more than an excuse because you were too lazy to walk to help ...Thank you to the AutoZone in Watson that had no problem with running a check engine diagnostic not 10 minutes after I left your store if you are looking for great staff that are willing to help then don’t visit this store !!!!!!! .

The young guy who replaced it was very nice but not very knowledgeable But the manager, who happened to be a woman, seriously impressed me with her knowledge about vehicles. I will definitely use this Auto Zone again just because she is there. She is one badass lady 😊
