Denison has many specialty auto repair shops. If you can get an appointment since he is so honest and fairly priced, see if you can use DJs Auto repair on Crockett in Denison. I have been using him for over 20 years. One of the best diagnosticators, honest to a fault. The real way to know about a shop is how CLEAN and organized it is. DJ will take care of your car just like his shop, you can eat off the floor. He also has a web of others he will recommend if its work they can do better. He sent me to a specialty transmission shop which was less expensive and brilliant in performance. Good luck.

I honestly dont know how this place has so many good reviews. Ive never encountered a more rude person in this industry in my life. When my wife called for an update, she was ridiculed for not knowing enough about cars and was IN TEARS when she got off of the phone. I called to see what was going on, and they both literally LAUGHED AT ME when I asked what made my wife so upset. She doesnt get upset easily, and neither do I. I am shocked at how we were treated. Proceed with caution.

I was impressed with the server Dennis provided. I had a brake light issue from both sides of my 97 Silverado that I tried for 2 days to find and fix. When I took it to him finally, not only did he fix it in about an hour and a half but I had the opportunity to have it back the same day!! I thought the experience was awesome!

Extremely nice and informative

My beloved Passat timing chain broke and wiped out top half of engine. They fixed my car and the car runs perfect like nothing ever happened. Their price to do the job was significantly less than what I would have paid at dealership (as in 1/3 the price). They are obviously very skilled mechanics as VW engines as all German cars are very complicated.

Friendly service. Takes the time needed to do it right. I have had gas tank replanted, alternator, brakes always with out any issues. The only place I take my car.

Called to ask if they could remove a stuck 02 sensor bolt, they said it would be 100$ just to remove it.

Horrible service, rude and sarcastic receptionist and mechanic. Paid $90 to be told its broken with no information on why or if it was worth the $4,300 I was quoted. Was belittled for not knowing how much mileage was on my car when they asked. You have my car, why dont you know?? Had it towed elsewhere where treating customers decently is a standard. Sad that businesses become so complacent like this.
