Buyer Beware. Management is woefully unaware of how to resolve any issue If you buy tires here, my experience is that will not stand behind their work. Store is not clean, in order, and appears to be running on a shoe string. The manager offered me $10 to resolve. I know these are tuff times, but when you spend in excess of $700 for set of tires. you should expect they will be installed correctly. If not, the store should make it right. To not do so is not the way we should treat people and do business - esp in a small town with plenty of places to buy tires. You have been warned- you take your chances if you buy here.

They repaired my cars bent controller arm and ball joint for a reasonable price in less than 4hrs and I was back on the road and will definitely recommend them.

Proud that Goodyear is finally taking a liberal stance against Trump! These seem like good liberal people that will continue to give great service! Hard to find in Texas! Will definitely be coming back as long as these people continue to support Goodyears new found liberal stance!

Horrible service passing through and needed my tire replaced stopped in and the first thing I notice is the strong smell of pot, the guy who greeted me was stoned out of his mind, I went to talk with what I assume was the owner and let him k ow a mechanic shouldnt be smoking illegal substances and was told by the owner aw hes OK not on my car he isnt. Not to mention there were kids and what appeared to be someones wife running around the shop like it was a playground very unprofessional and dangerous. Make sure you never break down in a hick town like this will be calling BBB to make a complaint.

They were extremely patient while I went to the bank. The price may have been a bit high, I am 50+ yrs and final cost was nearly 2 weeks pay, not their fault. I go there every few years when I know I need the job done right! Thank you

OMG! The owner began taking the piss when I started speaking! Made fun of my accent! I turned around and walked right out.

A little high for services but the price is upfront and they are polite and respectful.

I do not know why others had a bad experience as I cannot say enough good about my experience. John, the tire technician, was fast, efficient, and treated me professionally. He fixed my tire and replaced onto the car in about 20 minutes. I was greeted and pleasantries were exchanged when I entered the store. I feel sometimes people get what the give.

Had a flat just as we came to the tire shop. so i pulled in to get a new tire.I went inside to ask about acquiring a new tirethere was a sales men there with another customer. that soon left after being quoted a overwhelming price for four new tires.I asked if they could fix my flat the answer was they didnt have my tire size.So I ask if they could put the spare on for me he said he couldnt until 2hrs later and by then they would have been closed.I was confused he had enough time to try to sale tires but not enough time to help put on a spare tire?🤔I would have paid him.So sense I was going to have to change the tire I ask if I could Barrow a floor jack and he said no due to insurance reasons.Me being on their property changing a flat with a tiny scissor jack is way more dangerous and also an Insurance liability. Seeing I was on their property trying to get service at their TIRE shop. Really this is just bad business.i suggest going elsewhere youll get a better deal and better service.So I put my spare on and went down the road to Bi-Los and got a good deal on a tire.They didnt charge me for putting it on YaY 🤗🌼

Yesterday I sent my teenage son there to buy 2 new tires and a front end alignment. He was told the alignment could not be done until they replaced 2 tie rods, 1 ball joint, 1 idler arm to the tune of $500.00. Now after going to my regular mechanic I am told he only needs one tie rod. My son might be young but not stupid. Being a single parent fighting cancer is hard enough without a local business trying to take advantage of me. I am not impressed and will never use this tire company again as long as I live, nor will my son who is just starting out in life. My next call is to the BBB.

In town on business and my new, two-week old car had a nearly flat tire. They pulled out the nail and patched the hole in a matter of minutes. More than reasonable on the cost as well. I highly recommend them.

I called and got a quote for some work I needed done on my truck and clearly told them the two seals I needed replaced and they quoted me $180.88 and so I make arrangements to have someone follow me up there so I can drop it off and get a ride back home and then when I get there they tell me well we were only quoting you for one of the seals and then I ask well how much more is to get the other one put on and they come back and tell me $425. Im beyond disappointed with their service. I suggest if you need any mechanical work done on your car take it to texoma service center and ask for Denise he quoted me $190 for the job that they wanted to charge me $425 for.

Prices are great, and people are nice...but the last two times I have taken 2 different Lincolns in for an alignment, I have gotten my car back with a broken air shock. 😭

I came in yesterday, and they got right to work on my vehicle. I brought my van in because of shaking in the steering wheel and it was two tires that were bad and they found a knot in the other. I was in and out with in an hour with two tires replaced and front end aligned. Thanks guys!

The guy was rude. He knew we were there for our appointment at 8. We go back into the store & hes just roaming around the store. Even though he told us he would come get the car.
