This was such a cute little store. I was helped as soon as an employee saw me looking helplessly lost. And the sushi is great.

Best produce. Convenient for me. Been shopping there for years. Like the meat department where you can talk to the butcher.

We been giving injections for last few months til today. An injection, no new education that needles changed. We thought needle broke. Searched over an hour. Scared to walk barefoot in own home. Only to find out. Pharmacist didnt educate family on new changes. I will never step foot or buy again. Education is very important for any medical need. They blamed the doctor. It is the pharmacist job to make sure that person understand the new change which they didnt do.

Wish we had one of these in Durant, Oklahoma. Love shopping here. Good buys, great selection.

Great food choices in deli, Starbucks staff inside were nice and quick with making the drinks. The staff around self checkout were very helpful and quick with getting to all the customers who needed help.

Rude people here. They will stand in your way while shopping. When you go to customer service they look at you and and stay on one side when you need western union which they do on one side and the other. Stand there 15 minutes waiting on a rude girl that never came. Was so angry i left and came back the next day before I said something more than can i do western union please.

Prices are a little higher, but thats the I dont have to deal with WalMart tax which I will gladly pay.

Nice place just one of the more expensive places to shop unless you pick them coupons and use them I saved almost $30 with just coupons and clearance items

I love this store. I usually have to go late at night near closing because its when I get off work and they never flame me for being that guy.

I really dont have much choice, other than wal-mart there no one else in the area. Kroger was the best but we have to buy groceries some were? I dont like the way they make people think they are getting a deal whenever they use the buy 1 get 2 free gimmick . The 1 price is 3 to4 x higher than average. So theyre actually saying people are too stupid to figure that out...

Nice clean grocery store

My husband picked up my sons birthday cake today and it’s definitely not what I wanted. We asked for a dirt bike cake and with red icing his favorite color. It is blue, yellow, brown and happy birthday is wrote in red. I don’t normally leave reviews but this is just so sloppy. I realize it’s only a $18.99 cake. I’m just not happy with the finished product. I will definitely be making his cakes in the future.

It was the very beginning of the pandemic. I used a new self checkout. I was paying with cash putting the exact amount in. I put the bills in but then the machine display said it wanted the coins first. It was taking too long & at least 1 person behind me went to another machine. I was getting frustrated & then my coins all fell on the floor along with the ones in my coin purse, then an employee who was there in case anyone had questions appeared & began picking all the coins up & putting them in without a word to me. I was wearing a mask but she wasnt & she was right next to me!I kept asking What are you doing? Why are you doing that? She said she thought its what I wanted, to put the coins in first. It was so bizarre, She seemed upset by my getting upset, & then walked away from the area as though she was about to cry or something! I asked the woman who took over to get the manager because I wanted them to know how she acted was wrong, & maybe she wasnt cut out to be the employee standing there to help out because it seemed she was already upset just because I was taking too long. He said shed never been complained about before. That made me feel he was implying it must have been MY fault!

We stop and buy groceries on our way home, we enjoy the service and t he different items Albertsons has in their stores. We dont have in Ok9.

Albertsons is a convenient place for me to go. Their sales are not geared for single people though. They are also well mannered and helpful if one needs help and have a discount book box and a half price table and I take advantage of those things.

The Store in Denison has great prices. Sometime season food slaps u at front door.Other then that great.

Such a nice store, but I loathe going inside. No matter the time of day, expect a 20-30 min checkout experience. Typically, one or two checkers open, and two of four self-check lanes Closed! Such a shame! It would take so little effort to be a Banner store!

The store is ok. Selection isnt great. Example, theres an entire wall of chocolate chips but thats the only flavor. No reeses or other. Right after the pandemic i noted prices going up on every item by at least 20%. They are ok for quick pick up stuff but I cant afford full groceries there anymore. Best part of that store is the employees.

Half a star? 0 stars? I tried delivery for the first time yesterday due to a recent exposure to COVID-19. Im trying to do the right thing and not spread the virus, but my groceries were never delivered. When the time window elapse, I tried the website Live Chat which only gave me the same default message no matter what question I posed. I called the store and suddenly this morning, no one knows how to answer the phone to provide me with any answers. Ive tried to give them an opportunity to fix it before going this route. I only have so much patience with utterly inept customer service. Ill just dispute the charge with my credit card and pick somewhere else.

Only grocery store in town besides a super Walmart.

Very nice help from a cashier that went to an area and helped finding what was needed. Very good service from a young lady.

Nice shopping experience and would recommend. Only getting 4 stars because the entrance carpet was nasty, as in stinking dirty and needs to be cleaned. Otherwise the rest of the store was fairly immaculate and very clean. The employees were all very nice and efficient.

Attempted to work here. If you got any background history. Dont waste your time. After they made their decision they stopped taking calls. Had they let me know of their inability to hire. (only having a single class b) I would have not passed up many other offers waiting on their process to time out. How hard is it to respond to a call? They use indeed and while recruiting, were very responsive. After speaking to their HR dept when solicited for more information then they are allowed legally to ask, all the sudden Im not good enough to stock frozen overnight. Its a damn depression. Guess they can pick and choose. Still, fair warning to those that apply. Dont hold out on them. It aint worth it.

We when to get meat because they had some. They limited 2lbs per person. Which I understand, but they were charging like 7 dollars a pound. No way I will be back. We ended up going to a slaughter house instead.

I actually live in San Antonio when I got to albertsons which I dont have in San Antonio and was ready to check out I had a few technical issues I dont know the young ladys name but she was amazing she was also there to day. Its ok when i need something little but prices are too high to do my main shopping there.

If you want great meat sales this is the place to shop. We have been buying here for 10+ years and we are not ever disappointed in the sales they have on meat and the quality of their meat is hard to beat. I highly recommend shopping here.

They are a little bit more pricy but if you want good fresh cuts of meet and fresh seafood this is your place

Went to the Sherman location to get a sale item. There was a stench of spoiled meat immediately upon entering the store. It did not go away as I moved through the store. They did not have the item I went after (this is the 3rd consecutive time they have not had a sale item I was looking for). I did pick up a pack of ribs that were on sale from a refrigerated case. When I sat the ribs on the check out lane, I just happened to see a fly INSIDE the package ON the ribs.I will not go back to this store.

Used to love buying fresh meat from meat counter. Not now. When they had a sale on salmon, I used to buy 1 or 2 pounds at sale price. (I am a 1 person household). Now the young men they have behind counter are making new rules. You have to buy a whole filet to get sale price. When you buy chicken breasts on sale, they take them from back. Not what you can see. Hate buying from meat counter now. Not a pleasant experience. Not buying from them again.

Was great for me, cuz Im not able to shop due to the virus and my health conditions. Perfect for me until I can shop again for myself, but more than likely I will continue to shop on line much easier.

Everyone is so friendly. Parking is easy. They really try not to have lines at the registers. I love the new remodel! And there is a Starbucks now inside. I grab the deli sandwich for a quick lunch or the rotisserie chicken for a quick dinner.

As I was helping a lady who was disabled out of the womens restroom, she said there wasnt any toilet paper or paper towels. And the bathroom was a total mess. I told the girl at check out and she said I dont know who to tell.

Its a store. Great variety on items, like ice cream. Poor selection on spices. Perfectly adequate for maybe a quick trip but it isnt my number one store of choice. I have never seen more then two or three registers open so there is always a wait. Good fresh meat and seafood dept.
