The store might be classy - but their behind the scenes culture is HORRIBLE! I opened a Commenity BB&B card six months ago, choosing paperless billing from day 1. EVERY month, they would send me ONLY a paper bill. Since I travel, my mail goes to a drop box and its forwarded when I get somewhere for a few days. Every month, they would assure me I WAS on paperless billing. Every month, they would ASSURE me they had the correct email. And EVERY month, I would receive ONLY a paper bill - often 30 days late! I couldnt access my online account because the code they are supposed to send me to login NEVER CAME. They promised me they had the right emails each month - and its my business address, so I GET that mail. Never anything to spam. The end result was TWO credit dings, late fees and hours of waiting on the phone, which was usually disconnected just before speaking to someone or just after they answered and I explained everything! Ridiculous. DONT DO IT! Life is too short,

Its a Bed Bath & Beyond. If youve been to any other one in existence, youve been to this one. Nothing great. Nothing awful. Youll get exactly what you expect when you hear the name.

Purchased online, opted for curbside service. Fast, efficient, will definitely return.

The staff is above par. The management is great, as expected... theyre willing to bend or fold to give you a great experience/deal to keep your business. The only downside is they have quality products in limited quantities so purchase quickly. But this only illustrates the size and stature of their dominants in regards to competitors. They definitely have great deals. Take advantage... when you can.

I LOVE BB&B theres always great kitchen stuff at reasonable prices. I really love browsing their bedding and curtains section. Lots of beautiful items there. Although, I do find them to be somewhat pricey and they dont have enough bargains/sales for me to shop there as frequently as Id like to. Thats why I only gave them four stars.BB&B WE NEED MORE SALES FROM YOU!!!

Wow, Bed Bath and Beyond has improved quite a but since our last visit. We found everything we needed and then a couple of extra items too. We really liked the improved grocery area and found a couple of good snacks for the house. Also it was easy to find a store associate for assistance. The cashier was very courteous too. We will visit Bed Bath and Beyond in the future. A very good shopping experience!

Purchased a wedding gift from a couples registry. Was surprised to learn that BB&B DOES NOT supply a Gift Wrap Service anymore! But rather, the Customer CAN WRAP THEIR OWN GIFT from supplies provided in a Wrap Station which is located near the check-out aisles! Dont know about you, but I cant wrap a bandage let alone a gift package! At least, not well enough for it to look BEAUTIFUL and PROFESSIONAL! I ended up getting my VERY, VERY NICE CASHIER to wrap my gift for me! She explained that BB&B allowed the Cashiers to wrap a customers gift only if the Cashier had a break in their line of customers checking out! In other words, if the Cashier was NOT checking out another customer, he or she could POSSIBLY help you by then wrapping your gift which you just PURCHASED! It doesnt matter that YOU are the current customer being served in line. If there are other customers in line BEHIND YOU, they take PRECEDENCE over YOU who are technically ahead of them, if that makes any logical sense! You would have to WAIT until ALL the customers in the check-out lines are served BEFORE you might cajole your cashier or another free cashier to wrap your gift for you. I personally think that this is LUDICROUS! Why would ANY other Customer be more IMPORTANT than YOU at that moment!? Perhaps I am out of line, and am the ONLY UNREASONABLE CUSTOMER to think this way!? (???) Obviously I was VERY disappointed to find out that MY time was not so important to BB&B, nor was my VALUE AS A CUSTOMER!

Loved the store especially all the deals they had. Was able to find some great things for my new home at a decent price. They even have stuff on clearance marked down 90%. That might not be an all the time thing but worth stopping by and checking it out.

I give customer service a high rating however the store is very low on merchandise and no sale prices on old merchandise. I hope BB&B will come back to store it once was before the pandemic. I could always count on getting quality updated items with coupon savings.

This location was alright, didnt have what we were looking for but the store seems to be providing less than I remember. Employees were friendly and following COVID rules.

After I find what I want, I love looking at everything else. All staff is very friendly and helpful. Enjoy being around them as much as looking through the store!

Holiday shopping was ruined with rude costumer service. Lloyd the manager was unpleasant with several costumers asking simple questions. Very poor example of an employee.

We went in really late looking for a kinda specific thing. All the people we came across were very friendly and helpful. They even offered a free gift wrapping station. Very cool as we were getting a last minute birthday gift. Lol

Found exactly what I needed!!! I have looked for a beer can holder to use to make Beer Butt Chicken, a large magnifying mirror for my bathroom and a beautiful new table cloth! I also saw other ideals I want to return for.Great staff who was checking often to see if they could help. Another staff member, Grant, offered and ordered individual items for my friend since she didnt need a set. I always enjoy this store. Very pleasant shopping experience.

Over the years Ive had several exceptional experiences at the DentonTX BB&B. Home items are always a great quality but its the staff that make your shopping experience so enjoyable. This past week I purchased a large item and asked if someone could put it in my truck if I brought it around to the front door of the store. It was pouring down rain and when I pulled up to the door...there was the cashier...I think her name was Shannon...smiling and putting my new ironing board in the back seat. LOVE THIS STORE!

I am sure they have items some people enjoy. I rarely find anything. Most of the items can be elsewhere, better quality for less.

Ideal place to go for some cool gifts. Stocking stuffs galore also. Things there never seen any where else. Love there samples of teas and coffees. Place has got a huge variety of coffees, candy, spices, and wines. Clean and very helpful. I shop in Denton but happen to go to a ft worth store, and it was stocked perfectly.

They do mean Beyond. First time in and very surprised in all the items they have.

Terrible Terrible Place nothing good comes from bad management I walked in to overhear this blunt old man I guess who was the manager down talking one of his employees and making him feel bad with words that did not even seem appropriate for management even though I did not know what it was about but it seemed the boy was not in the wrong. But he could not say anything back because the old man was the higher up. I used to work retail and I understand how these employees feel when they get blamed for anything or something small because I used too get it all the time for small things. I might not know who the boy was but I hope you can find a better place soon because you deserve better hon.

As a customer in the store, it is very nice. Always up to date on stock, clean, and things are always changing or going on sale which make for interesting selections and good pricing.The staff members are where they dropped a star point for me, they are pretty subpar if not a little rude.

Determined to replace an oversized lampshade for a forty-something years-old floor lamp, my 94 years-old father-in-law was assisted with every courtesy, which included a wheelchair and an online search, by Diane. She wasn’t able to find the replacement,(apparently, they don’t make them like they used to). We were grateful for the time and effort she afforded us in the search.

This is a good place to shop for towels and kitchen gadgets. It was our first stop on the off to college journey. Got nearly everything we needed.

If they dont have it, they will order it.

I love Bed Bath and Beyond. The only issue I have with this location is that they have a World Market Grocery which cuts down on the inventory of items I actually go to the store for. However customer service is friendly, and its a relaxed environment.

Salespeople were so very helpful helping me explore options for a product that was not available anywhere.

As a customer, I registered here for my wedding in 2015. The bridal consultant convinced me to put many many items on my registry I wouldnt need. As a result, the majority of my wedding guests bought items from other retailers. The prices at bed bath are outrageous, and the employees always try to oversell you.As a recent employee, I have not had a more horrible time working for a retail company than this one. Management staff treats their employees like theyre not human beings. They constantly make rude remarks like, dont forget how to do your job, and, dont forget how to clean the bathroom.This is not a company where you can grow. You will not be treated with respect or given the chance to improve.They expect every employee to be carbon copies of each other. If you dont have a certain perfect personality, you will be booted out, made fun of, and gossiped about, literally directly behind your back.Part time employees gossip, gossip, gossip because management does the same exact thing. Please dont work here. This is a horrible, toxic work environment, and you wont enjoy a minute of it.

After asking one person where the item I wanted was and walking around the store twice I found someone to find it for me. Usually when I walk in there are several employees there to assist. Today not so much. I did purchase the item and it was a reasonable price.

Cool store, lots to look at. Unfortunately its hard to find someone if you might need help. Luckily I didnt need help this time, but several ladies I saw shopping did.

I had no problems with the store, but the staff was a different story. The problem I had was I was being watched hard ever since I walked in, like I was a thief. They followed me through almost all the aisles I went through. It was very unsettling and made me feel very uncomfortable. I really needed a neck supporting pillow and thought I’d browse a little to see what else they had. Luckily, I got what I came for, but I didn’t feel I deserved to be treated like this. I have money, a job and I’m a veteran and a student.

This is actually the first BBB store Ive been in of my own accord so sadly I thought others had the extensive international grocery, come to find it its unique to Denton since this store absorbed another. Well, there loss. I love giving someone a bottle of Ramune & some foreign chocolate then being able to say I got it from Bed, Bath Beyond! Their staff is pretty attentive too.

Very helpful and courteous personnel. A large variety of merchandise. I like their bed sheets.
