Terrible customer service. The employee didnt know about gaming PC. They manager is full of himself. When applying online at the location. The manager didnt sanitize the computer after each use. The employee rather have conversation with each other then the customers. A 1 star is too much

I knew there was a reason why I didnt rent from this place. I fell in between jobs and asked for a payment arrangement. I even offered to provide my debit card information to automatically take the payment out this day. Silva said she can come get the product and hold it until I pay the bill. If you come get the product I dont want it back. Aarons NEVER give me those issues. They setup my payment arrangement with no issue. Im sure they wont miss my business at Rent-A-Center because they have plenty of customers.

Have done a lot of business with them in the past and still going through them now great people and the willingness to work with you. Overall excellence.

These employees are rude i paid off 2 items in less than my time and still get the same rudeness. They really need to work on communication skills i would rather wait a lil longer an go pay cash then deal with these ppl again.

The individuals that work at this rent a center a (Jerry,Margie, Chase,David.), are some of the nicest people you could every want to meet, they are always smiling and make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in the door, They carry themselves very professionally and Margie is so very sweet and polite when she speaks to me, and Jerry is always on top of things when it comes to what you need, and the guys Chase and David are always on time and very polite when they deliver your things to you, So I would recommend this store to anyone that is looking for great customer service with professionalism with a smile then this is your store ...

This place is amazing. They have helped me at my lowest of times and the staff was very understanding and caring. The people on here who put the lowest ratings are probably the ones that dont communicate, dont keep up with their payments and keeps making excuse after excuses. I know for a fact that jerry, mj, chanse, elva, Eric the whole crew care about their customers!!! They deserve more credit then these 1 star reviews on here. Im so thankful for these guys and I will continue to do business with them.

First expiernce was awesome I was going in for a washer and dryer bundle but the ones I wanted were on back order for a good month but in the time being they set me up with some awesome Maytags in the meantime ! It was worth the wait since I now have my whirlpool washer and dryers now . Patience was key and the follow up with me was as promised ! Thank you for your business as well delivery was fast and quick and respectful men as well !

This place is AWFUL!!! They delivered a refrigerator that was infested with baby cockroaches, they spread throughout our house. Then they refused to do anything about it. After some irate phone calls they finally brought us a banged up fridge that was even worse! THEN, we threatened to call the better business bureau as well as the health department, they finally gave in and brought as a new fridge, they then promised to take off a months rent to help pay for the pest control to come out and spray our entire house to get rid of the infestation of cockroaches. Then later they refused to do what they promised.

I have been a longtime customer of Rent a Center. I have paid off over $5,000 in merchandise over the past few years. Was told that I was considered one of their best customers. So, when I decided to surprise my husband with a man cave, I went online to see what was avaliable. I ordered a 55 in Smart TV and was approved online with no 1st week’s payment due. I never received a call from the store to set up delivery, so I called and they did not have any of my info. They pulled up my previous accounts and said it would be no problem to get me a tv that day. They continued to tell me they had the exact same TV that had only been leased for 3 months and I could get it for $600 less. I was sold! I also went on to ask if they had any surround sound sets on the floor and they had a used one, that was still full priced, but They could deliver it with the TV. I was also told that no payment would be required since I had a credit from previously paying off my items. I was thrilled! I told them that I got paid every 2 weeks and that is how I needed my payments set up. So, they system was delivered. It was not a 55inch, but I was ok because it was $600 less. Then we tried the surround sound, the speakers were completely blown. I waited until Friday to contact Rent A Center because frankly I have 3 kidscand a life and was super busy! The extremely rude guy on the phone told me that my account required immediate payment or it would be picked up. I told him that my payments were to be every two weeks and that I was a longtime, in good standing with them, could they possibly fix the account mistake and replace the busted surround. He told me that he could not override the system, that he needed to talk to a district manager. 3 hours later I get a call that there was a truck on the way to pick up my merchandise for non payment. I was completely shocked. Not only did I not receive the quality of the products I ordered, but after all the business that I have done with them I was being treated with such disrespect. Even when the error was not my fault. Needless to say, I told them to come and pick up their junk and to have the district manager contact me. Still waiting on that call almost 6 hours later. Ended up ordering a better system and better TV total price the same as I was going to be paying for one monthly payment at Rent A Center. They are scam artists and crooks and everything they sell is junk.

This store is always in nice shape. Wonderful service and friendly people. Margie always calls me on saturdays and reminds me of my payments. Never been late. Wish my light bill did that. Also the manager jared got my product in within two days. Can i say fast service:) as well the guys who came and delievered my kids bunk beds believe their Names were chase and david we very friendly and nice and got everything set up for me:) could not be more pleased with the denton location

The woman merlene in the office at the Denton location is inexcusably rude. She calls for my payment the early morning of my due date. The payment isnt even late yet! I advised her that Im at work and can not discuss this at the moment. But that I miss calculated my due date and I get paid Thursday and I will pay a full month at that point. she says thats not acceptable, that I need to come up with 30.00 by the end of the day..... remember my payment isnt even late yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well the following day a family member passed away, my husbands grandmother. So we are not even interested at this point in talking to anyone. Today she blows up my phone, my husbands phone and my mother in laws phone. My husband answers and told them to please stop harassing us, that I had already advised I would pay thursday and he ended the call. She called back twice in a row after that, and he finally had enough and told them to come get it. Mind you the condition that we got the machines in were disgusting. We were promised that the machines would be cleaned out before delivery. there was still nasty grime caked in the machines. There was no attempt to clean them whatsoever. I will be sure to make all my neighbors to aware of this and to steer clear of this location!!! All because of this woman, who was rude from the very first day of leasing.

Honestly, some of the most depressing furniture I have ever seen. Most of the furniture has been used and is pretty worn.
