I’m very satisfied with the quality of the hail repair as well as the paint matching of new parts. They operate very professionally and keep you updated throughout the entire process. Let me just say that Orlando with Advantage went above and beyond for both my fiancé and I after $20k collectively in hail damage to our vehicles after this years storms.After initially filing claims with our insurance, Orlando did everything. From insurance claims for our cars to even arranging the rental cars - he did it all! Not to mention we never had to drive to Denton to drop our cars off, arrange picking up a rental, picking up our repaired cars, nothing! Orlando drove all the way from Denton to Saginaw to pick up our damaged vehicles, drop the rental off, and do just the same when our vehicles were ready. This entire process has been seamless, and we never had to go out of our way for something we thought would be a huge hassle. After receiving my vehicle back today when Orlando dropped it off, I couldn’t be happier. I’m sure Orlando thought I was crazy by how excited I was to get my car back!! But every dent was repaired and my car looks brand new!When moving to the North Texas area last year, my fiancé and I were not prepared for the weather that 2021 brought (not sure anyone was!). These guys are AWESOME!! They did all the leg work to get my car repaired after a nasty storm with golf ball sized hail. It even knocked off the molding on my luggage rack!They gave me a free rental to drive around while my car was down. They kept in contact with me the whole time, giving updates on where we were during the repair process. Ray and Monica were very accodimating. They even came to my house to bring me the rental. I was skeptical in the beginning because Im new in Texas and I never had hails storm where I was living. Orlando came to me and gave me his business card. We scheduled the pick up for 3 days later. Easiest and best service I’ve ever had. My vehicle looks amazing. I was recommended by a co-worker (whom they also did awesome with his vehicle) and Orlando contacted me, took care of filing the claim, dealt with the insurance company, and made sure it was the smoothest transaction. The team at Advantage Hail Repair is very professional and make the dent repair process fast and painless. I took my Maserati to several repair shops to remove a dent on my rear next to the light and all of the shops refused to touch my car. One of the preferred shops that was referred by Boardwalk said they could fix it by painting the entire panel, but not dentless repair. I scheduled it with Advantage and they fixed the car during my lunch hour. I would highly recommend this shop over any other shop.

Great customer service! Ray noticed the damage to my truck when he drove through our neighborhood. He stopped to see if he could help. He assisted with calling our insurance. Christian was very polite and helpful. I brought my 2018 Explorer with a good sized crease on the fender and a small ding on the hood. By the time the repair was finished you cannot even tell they were there! His work is excellent! Ive already reccomended this shop to others for some hail damage repair.

Where to begin... the absolute professionalism through and through. Jeremy helped me through the process of repairing my vehicle when my car was severely damaged by hail and updated me at every step of the process. He showed up and inspected the vehicle (at the time hed say he was going to arrive... this is BIG for me), provided me a loaner, and had the damage appraised and repaired in no-time working with my insurance provider. He even sent me pictures of tiny dents circled that I missed because the car was a little dirty when I gave it to them. These guys do the job right! Hamp Porter is great! His professionalism and courtesy are wonderful. The work that Ivan and Son did on my vehicles was amazing. Very good. I have taken a Kia Sorento and a Chevy Silverado to them. Both with bad hail damage. They worked with my insurance and made the experience as painless as possible for my wife and I. A couple months later, something fell on my Camaro in the garage and dented the top. I called Hamp and he had me in the next day. Ivan had it back to me 4 hours later looking like new.These guys are for real. I will recommend.
