Bought a car there with extended warranty. Nine months later and 37k miles, the motor blew. Their cost to fix was over 17k on a 27k purchased car. Warranty was for only 30k miles that cost an additional 5k. No help whatsoever, not to mention the first oil change they performed on the vehicle, they didn’t install the filter properly which blew oil entirely over the motor and nearly ceased the motor. Left myself and my 4 year old son stranded on the side of the road. When I called, their answer was “oh well” because they had closed. They did come tow the vehicle and admitted their fault. But at no time took ownership in the final result that blew the motor just months later.Not saying this place is a “racket”…. We bought the car on Saturday and today the battery died in the fob, locking me and my two kids out of the car. Sign it Drive it service talked me through getting into the car and had us come in immediately so that they could fix the problem. We were back on the road with new fob batteries and air in the tires in less than 15 minutes. I’m so glad we bought from Sign it Drive it and I really look forward to the superior customer service that I experienced today in the future.

Worst place. Stay away. According to the carfax title was clean. Looks like that was a lie. Previous damage on rear bumper they cant say they didnt know about it. Prior to taking the vehicle home they had to change out a rear sensor rear bumper was removed in the process. They zip tied bumper instead of fixing damage. Ever since purchasing this vehicle I have had issue after issue excuse after excuse. The same excuse I get they just dont make vehicles like they used they dont make them to last famous Charlie line. Oh make sure to read the fine print on vehicle warranty coverage. They still expect you to pay.

Their front office as well as the body shop manager Ronnie were absolutely top-notch! And, they have this awesome tracking system like Domino’s pizza that sends you periodic progress reports of your repair. They can even uploaded pictures which they did on my repair of my bumper after it was painted and the details I needed to know. When the repair is complete they send you a link with an easy to read color-coded breakout of the repair costs and your total so you can know what you’ll owe before you even show up. Excellent 5-star service from start to finish. Highly recommend their body work!

My servicer Charlie Francis was quick & efficient to get my car checked in. I figured it would be a couple of hours for multiple tire changes and inspection. Everything was done in less than an hour and a half. Clean facility. Espresso Machine as well. Highly recommend.

Bought my car and my service contract from Sign it Drive it with the understanding that their service department would honor the terms of the service contract. My AC went out and I called the service contract company to see if it was covered they said it was covered in full. Sign it Drive it would not honor the $85 labor fee they had contracted with the service company. They told me it was going to cost $900 extra dollars to fix my car. Then charged me $115 to pick up my car and my AC is still out!!! Would not buy another car from them or have my car serviced from them ever again.

My car broke down in the middle of the freeway and the guys at Sign-It Drive It Service had a tow truck to me within 45 minutes (with heavy traffic). I was given full communication as to what was wrong and what needed to be done in order to get my car back up and running. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. If I could rate it a 0 I would. This was a horrible experience. When i purchased the vehicle and drove it home the engine light turned on. When i purchased the vehicle I was promised everything was going to be fixed. The following Monday they contacted me to let me know that I had to sign some papers for them to start on the repairs. So I arrived at the dealership and they wanted me to re-do the contract because the bank that had given me the loan said the truck was not worth what the selling price was. As I was re-signing the new contract they were selling me the truck for a higher price than what the ad had it for. As I caught that higher selling price I asked the loan officer why they were selling it at that price and he tried to give BS. As I signed the contract I asked them for a contract stating that they were going to fix my vehicle. I left my vehicle there to get repaired. And It was not repaired all they did was erase the codes/check engine light. I took it 2 other times and it was no fixed either! They had me back and forth driving from fort worth. I had to contact my bank letting them now what was going on and the bank had to open a case. The bank determined to terminate the loan. This went on for a month. I ended up returning that truck. The manager did not even have the courtesy to apologize or refund me my down payment when i arrived, he sent one of his employees to do all of that when he personally said over the phone that he was going to take care of me when i arrived. The staff is nice at first, but as soon as you purchase the vehicle you are on your own. When i would try to reach them the sales person was never available!! They gave me a lot of run arounds!!! People be very careful when going to this dealership!!

One whole day to diagnose what I had already told them the problem was. Also, lack of communication. Unfortunately I will have to deal with them again they are the only ones that can work on my car and it be covered under the extended warranty be ware even if its covered you will still pay 25.00 in labor fees.

This company is a complete fraud and a rip off. I purchased a truck from them December of 2016 and came to find out that the truck that we purchased a year later had been in an accident that was not reported on the car fax by this company until a year later. Hmmm I wonder why. Do not do business with this company. Less than a month after getting the vehicle we had serious issues with the motor. We came to find it that this was all due to the accident it had been in.

Anyways they were very nice and helpful with getting my car back up and running. Also when I bought my car the people at the dealership part were very helpful and nice and got my payments where I needed to be.

What I thought was going to be one of the best car buying experiences of my life turned out to be the worst experience. First of all, thr truck that they sold me broke down 2 weeks after I drove it off the lot. I found out that the truck wasnt serviced and the oil had not been changed since April. I called them several times telling them the truck had a bad oil leak then days later the drive belt broke on the truck because of the oil leaking on it. Then they tried to charge me $900 for the repairs it needed and told me none of it was covered by the $2400 service warranty I purchased. When I tried to trade into another vehicle on their lot they told me I would have to pay $2000 down to get a different vehicle. Then when I tried to cancel my service contract they told me I couldnt because it wasnt in effect yet and said it might be prorated and the full amount of the contract may not be refunded even though it hasnt been used. Dont buy a car at Sign it Drive it. The customer service ends as soon as you drive the car off the lot.

I had a horrible experience with the sales department two months ago when purchasing my car and vowed never to return to Sign It and Drive it. When my first oil change was due I went to a place that specializes in oil changes and was told the oil drain plug was cross threaded and the technician was unable to remove the plug. Since the dealer did the last oil change I called them to express my displeasure again and was referred to Marc Perry. Marc explained that he has only been with the company for a few weeks and would like the chance to look at the problem. He told me that he stood behind his work so I gave him the chance to fix the problem. Upon arriving, Marc patiently listened about my previous experience with the company (which was not easy by any means), pulled my car in the shop and had me back on the road within 30-45 minutes. As far as Im concerned, Marc Perry and his team has earned my business for all my car repairs. OUTSTANDING JOB TO YOU AND THE CREW!!! Thank you again for making things right.
