This is our second fantastic experience with Accessories Superstore. I wanted a set of leveling shackles installed on my Silverado. Pricing was very fair and installation was does quickly and conveniently. They had a cancellation so they called and fit me in sooner. Im very grateful to have these guys in our community.

Guys installed a base plate and wiring to tow my explorer. Install looks very clean and professional. They were able to schedule me within a few days of calling. Job was completed on time and under budget.Great group of guys to work with!!!

Awesome experience! I had read about Line-X being a superior bed liner so I had my ENTIRE F-250 coated with it. Bumpers, grill guard, Nerf bars and the entire body. Completely changed the looks of the 20 year old beast. Brent was straight forward and came in within budget and ahead of schedule. They also lowered my rear end a bit with lowering shackles. All in all, a very positive experience. Will definitely do business with them again!

Had them spray Line-X in my new Silverado truck bed and it turned out great. Looks fantastic and was done very quickly with no other mistakes (which is rare anywhere). I’m very picky especially with anything car related so I give my 100% recommendation.

I have been shopping for a Bakflip truck bed covers but I could not find one that was somewhat affordable until I contacted accessory superstore. They were able to sell me my cover and to make things sweet, they offered to install it at no cost. I will continue to make purchases here for all my truck accessory needs.

This place is GREAT!! Went to them to replace my front bumper cover on my jeep and they did such a great job! Seriously could not recommend them enough. Wow!! The Accessory Superstore is a SUPER place to do business. We just dressed our new Nissan Titan with their help and we are extremely pleased. A few months ago I took my 19 F-150 to Texas Tires in Lewisville for a level kit wheels and tires. The next day my truck was making a clanking sound. Took it to Texas Tires twice and they told me it was the brake dust cover. Took it to them a third time and they told me it was my lower control arm bushings. Took it to Brent at Accessory Superstore for a second opinion. Within seconds they found the issue and addressed it right away. My lower control arm was loose.Any time you need suspension upgrades or accessories take our vehicle to the pros! You will not regret it! Top notch service!

I own a Leer topper that I bought from the Accessory Superstore. It is a great topper. I had a minor problem with the T-handle. Took it by the store and they fixed it up right away. Nice folks and always helpful.

Always a good experience. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have previously purchased LEER toppers here now Im looking to get some running boards added. Dealership was too expensive but these guys were half the price with installation.

Brent helped me with several things on my truck. After doing tons of hours of research on my own Brent was able to help me and he was extremely knowledgeable and made me comfortable with the customizations on my truck. My company purchased a of grille guards from Accessory Superstore and was charge $100 to have it installed. I asked them to ensure it was tighten correctly because the last one they installed was loose. 3 weeks later and Im in another shop having it tighten because I can move it by hand also to find out 2 bolts on the driver side were not ever installed.A good place to purchase equipment but wouldnt recommend their installation.

They did a great job on installing an exhaust system and they were almosthalf the cost the dealership was going to charge me.

You can’t ask for a better and more down to earth person than Brent. If you need a spray in liner or any accessories for your truck or Jeep this is THE place to go.

Ive been coming here for years and have always had great service. I got a new truck today and they were able to squeeze me in and get my 5th wheel and electrical all done, and they didnt even have the 5th hitch there when I dropped it off. Fast friendly service at a good price. Cant beat it.

Did a great job spraying Line X on my new truck!! They sprayed a liner at least twice as thick as the dealership was spraying and for about $200 dollars less!! Looks great!!

They did a good job at installing my Line-X liner. I would certainly recommend them as they are one of the only dealers open on the weekends.Update: After a year and a half, the bed liner has held up great through heavy abuse like hauling concrete blocks and other heavy stuff. They definitely did a great job installing the Line-X liner for me.

Great place to get the Jeep outfitted. Brett was very helpful with my wife and me showing us plenty of pictures and explaining things, unlike the other chain 4 wheel parts places. We were very happy with the friendly sales and fast service.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I brought my Jeep to this shop to get a quote for the tub to be sprayed and was quoted $800- $900 very clearly explaining that i would bring it in stripped to a specific point. I made the plans, took the day off work, stripped the jeep the night before, and arranged for people to take me back and forth to get the jeep. It was dropped off at 0900 with the quote still the same. At 1130 i received a call saying that it would be $2000 to do the work and that they had not even started it, to include the fact that they wouldnt be able to have it back by 1800 as promised. I spoke with the manager who told me that he doesnt know why his employee of 12 years would quote the job at that price and that he would not honor it. I offered to pay up to 1300$ knowing that it was not likely i would be able to take time off again for some time... The people at this store do not care, they are dishonest and i will be sure that non of my jeep clubs, fellow military/veterans, or railroad brethren ever use this shop.

I have had two experiences with accessory superstore of Denton and will not be back. The first was several years ago I had a Bedliner sprayed in and came to pick up my truck to find a dent/crease in the panel from what appeared to be where a hose had slapped the the metal or from a knee. I knew it wasnt anything I had done (highly noticeable dent on a very nice truck that was inspected by me prior to dropping off) but the owner told me it wasnt his problem and its nothing they could have done. So forgive and forget and fast forward 3-4 years later...several weeks ago I shopped around to get new tires and a 2.5 inch leveling kit on my now newer 2017 F250. The company had GREAT prices and was very helpful prior to performing the work on my vehicle. They installed the leveling kit and tires and when I left I noticed a very intense vibration from 58mph-70 on my 2017 platinum F250. I took the truck back after a phone call and they told me it had to be a balancing issue on the brand new tires they had recently mount and balanced. They rebalanced the tires again to find out that one tire must have thrown a weight and was an ounce off and this would surely fix my problem. I leave the place to find out I still have an very bad vibration at high speeds and return to the shop for now a third time where one of the employees road with me and ensured me that I did in fact have an issue not to mention when I brought the truck to them before spending several thousand dollars it road fantastic. I was ensured by the salesmen that the leveling kit wouldnt hinder factory ride. So I went on my own to diagnose the problem because they couldnt figure out what the issue was and didnt seem to want to help figure out what the issue was. I was very frustrated that I the customer was having to do the investigating. I then thought maybe it was the tires which they gladly ordered a new set and mounted and balanced. This was now my 4th trip to this store to try and get my truck fixed. Upon leaving the store and being told jokingly that they hoped they never saw me again unless it was me walking in to purchase something else I still had the horrific and dangerous vibration. After feeling hopeless that they were not going to help at all and I had exhausted all opportunities to make an 80,000 dollar F250 ride like it did prior to them working on it I decided to visit a local competitor who within 90 seconds diagnosed the problem in the parking lot. I preceded to call 4 wheel accessory superstore back and was told to bring it in (now this is my 5th trip back) because I was wanting to give them an opportunity to make a clearly unhappy customer a happy one. The front desk guy looked at the truck and said yes thats most likely the issue (Drag link) and I didnt think of that because how new the truck is but we couldnt have caused that even though the truck road perfect prior and its within inches to work that was performed. He calls the owner upstairs and the owner doesnt even care enough to walk down the stairs to speak to me just says he will remove the leveling kit if I want to and thats all he is willing to do. Thats clearly not what I wanted since these tires will not fit properly without the leveling kit. I realize things happens with vehicles but this company in my opinion is lacking highly in customer service. This is the very first poor review I have ever left a company, I find myself highly reasonable and am in a customer service oriented industry myself. Now I am going to have to pay out of my pocket another mechanic to fix a problem that I did not have prior to showing up at this store. I will never recommend them and I will never ever step foot in the store again after 2 horrific experiences and giving them MULTIPLE MULTIPLE chances and opportunities to make it right which they did not.
