They had the cleaner I was looking for and its now half the cost it was before. Purple power will cut any grease or oil stain even dried on. So glad the price came down.

Im not a regular Wal-Mart Auto Care Center customer, in fact this visit is only the second one in over 30 years of driving, but I am so glad that we found THIS specific Wal-Mart Auto Care Center! We had a flat on the interstate and it was less than an hour before closing. Ben, the service manager, was very understanding and waited for us (we got there at 6:53 PM) then Robert had us in and out in less than 15 minutes. Super service from this team! Thank you Ben and Robert for helping us get home safely.

Severely short on staffs (may be due to COVID-19) and waiting for more than 2 hours now just to test and replace the battery. Staffs are super stressed. This is sad.

Had full service high mileage oil change plus exhaust cleaning few weeks ago and last couple of days noticed my car was steering rough and making weird noises, I decided to check and much to my disgust realized they hadn’t checked/filled my power steering fluid.... I don’t have any leaks! I was also a qt low on oil. I called to “discuss” my find and was left on hold til I finally just hung up. If you decide to take your vehicle here just make sure to check all your fluids before you leave and/or pay.

Theyll get the job done, but they keep breaking the underpart of my car. I had just gotten a new car, went for an oil change, and as soon as I got on the road I started hearing something drag. I took it back, and they did a temporary fix. Really, they should replace the part they broke because it wasnt broken before I took it there.

Get a oil change on my 2014 zl1 chevy camaro 2 weeks ago. Oil filter and drain plug were finger tight. Air leaked in to my oil system, burned up my oil pump and trashed my motor. Customer service trying to pretend it never happened.

Long wait times and terrible customer service. All I asked was for a chair. To sit while I wait for my vehicle. And that was a bother to the employees do I need to say more? But i repeat do nit take your car here for your sake. They dont care about customer vehicles!!!! Took it in and left with malfunctioning headlight. Even after tgey put headlight checked on service receipt?? Then they told me they do not even check vehicles they just put check on receipt to hurry the procces? What the heck. Awesome, friendly staff, Great price! Im a very happy customer. Got 4 tires installed recently at this Walmart. Sure, the waiting room is lacking, but thats not a big deal, I just shopped around inside Walmart. Anyway, I stopped by other tire shops and Walmart was way cheaper ($12 per tire vs. $35). I didnt expect much going in, but I was treated so well, and the integrity of their work was just top notch. A technician even mounted and balanced a spare tire for me free of charge! With all the nightmares Ive been dealing with the vehicle since I bought it (from a Volvo dealer no less) I couldnt be happier with the Denton Walmart Auto Care team. Keep up the great work guys!

Husband took car to get an oil change the morning before leaving to Houston by the time we got to Houston the whole back of our car was full of oil residue. Husband checked under the car and saw that they had cracked the oil pan. We took it to Toyota where they replaced the damages and refilled the oil. The Toyota employees advised us to take our receipt back to Walmart to get reimbursed. The Walmart manager was not professional at all and not willing to help at all. Said we had to had bring the car back to them to further investigate, POINT OF THE STORY IS DO NOT GO TO WALMART TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLES, they do not know what they are doing. EVERYONE Ive talked to has had a similar experience. Save yourself a lot of cash and just go to a certified dealer.

Cheap oil changes and other necessary procedures. Approachable, fairly knowledgable staff. Relatively quick service. They do seem to do a good deal of messing around while they work which may be a detriment, but as long as the work is done well, it should be fine.

The men that work there are lazy. How do you mess up an oil change?

Can do a better job in the waiting room as it had only one candy machine and it was very poorly stocked. However in total experience it was just fine and customer service was great. Would recommend if you ever need some tires, that are somewhat expensive.

Come early or you will have to wait awhile. For every car in front of yours is equivalent to 45 minutes to an hour wait. Over all good price for the services provided.

Professional and Excellent Customer Service

We got new tires on Sunday and the auto service manager was very helpful and informative. Also, Ben the mechanic was extremely helpful and answered any questions that we had.

Had a serious leak in one of my tires. It was 15 minutes till closing I told them it was an emergency. It was because stupid kias dont come with a spare. They waited for me got me in got me a new tire. Wasnt outrageous. Great attitudes great customer service!

Very great and cheap place to get minor work done. Any complaints coming from here are from people who dont take care of their vehicles then want to blame others for issues that go down. Plain and simple. Take care of your cars. Its called preventive maintenance.

Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Every time I or someone I know has went there, theyve only given me problems. One time my girlfriend waited 2 hours for an oil change when they werent even busy and when she got in her car, there wasnt even oil in it. They take the most amount of time compared to any place Ive been to plus dont even do it correctly(why seal my oil pan and not even tell me?) dont let the attractive prices get you

My White Maserati GT was having some issues and needed tires the drive from Bakersfield California go Houston Texas probably did it to her so everyone here was helpful and great pricing and for her back in the road with no issues thank you Walmart

It took 7hits for them to change two tires on my car...like 3 or 4 years ago it took them 2 hrs 2 put on 1 tire, ummm idk whats up with that but Ig it has to do with how they get paid...but i go there for my discount and cheaper..but sometimes I go other places cuz of the long wait..l

Each time I have come here I have received great service. I have gotten my oil changed several times, and also had some tires replaced. The workers are nice and knowledgeable, and do not try to sell you things you do not need. I will say that you probably shouldnt come here if you are in a rush, but I usually do my grocery shopping while I wait so its not a big inconvenience.

Went to get an oil change and my tires rotated. 2.5 hours later they call to let me know my cars done. Turns out they didnt even change my oil and when I asked them about it was told I was lying and never asked to get it changed. Also, said they were closed now and couldnt do anything about it. Dont waste your time, go some place where they actually do their job.

Came to get new tires for my car. While in the waiting area, I continued to hear customers leaving upset with service. One person was not told until after an oil change that his tires werent in stock. One employee blaming another for the mix-up. One older customer wanted to know how much tires were with tax and was told they didnt have a calculator. My tires were suppose to take an hour and took two hours.Employees are not customer centric. They are not being held accountable for either acting professional or appearing professional. They are not educated on their products.I will pay more to shop somewhere else.

Can you say wow...horrible service. Wish I could rate this review lower than 1. Went in for a 10 minute oil change and was told it was gonna take 2 hours...are you kidding me? Customer service is on vacation at this place. I believe that everyone goes on lunch break at the same time that has to be why no one is doing any work. The management needs to be trained on people skills and how to take care of a customer from start to finish.

The young lady who checked-in my car was knowledgeable, courteous, offered several choices, and represented the department well. When I needed to add to my order later, she dealt with the interruption with grace and decorum. Her high standard of professionalism was not met by the crew working on my car.My vehicle was returned with the front right bumper area ripped off the screw, a missing valve stem, and a missing hubcap!Although the crew DID address road safety by NOT putting the old front car tires on the back, as I requested. Someone called me and told me of the condition of the tires and offered an alternate solution.She and the person who called me later are keeping this review from being a 1.

I noticed my tires were in really bad shape. They opened at 0700, earlier than anyone else in town. They showed me my tire after it was completed. Took great care in explaining everything to me.

The lady that took care of me was very rude and demanding. Yelled at me to pop my hood when I was trying to and made me so nervous I broke my nail. I asked if they could see what a maintenance warning on my dashboard meant and she just angrily said NO. I do not recommend this location. Ive never had good service here. Spend your money elsewhere.

They take a very excessive amount of time no matter what is getting done. Im assuming they have a minimum quota and aggressively try to barley hit it everyday. Multiple times I have arrived and have stayed an excess of up to 2 hours. They need new management that actually cares.

Told the lady to put my good tire they were taking on as a spare. 3 weeks later I had a blowout and found out the sidewall of the my spare had been cut. 2nd time this has happened to me with a Walmart tire store. And Im screwed out of another 80 dollars. Called several times to try and get help and was hung up on ever time. Ive been so upset I cant bring myself to go in and try to deal with these people. Never buying a tire from them again.

The service takes forever and ive taken my car twice to have an oil change its taken forever the first time i gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe something i didnt know was why it took forever. This time when i went they blew my drivers side speaker out by blaring the radio when working on it. Do not go here.

Big box stores are usually over crowded with narrow aisles, poor service and low quality items. Unfortunately, they are a necessary evil and hopefully scheduled for rapid replacement.

Went to get two new front tires. While they were changing the tires the mechanic broke one of my lugnuts and stud. He came and told me the person who put your tires on last year over torqued the lugnut. I hammared and hammered at it and then it snapped. You gotta go to that mechanic shop and tell them that they need to fix it for you. He told me that I would be fine riding around in 3 lugnuts (when I know that it can cause future issues with the tires.) After arguing with the manager they finally agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the broken lugnut (it cost 86.79) at the nearest Firestone. Once I got to the Firestone they figured out why my car shook so bad. Walmart was suppose to balance my tires, but didnt and decided to give me attitude when I brought it to their attention. Long story short, go anywhere else, bur Walmart. The mechanics are very inexperienced and rude. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Went in for tire installation. They left 3 of the hubcaps loose, lost one of them, and left the tire pressure light on. Went back in to ask what happened and was told it wasn’t their problem.

They are not helpful and very rude and once they changed the wrong tire which almost caused me to wreck my car (though they replaced the right tire at no charge so at least they made it right) but they are the only tire store in town that stocks the size I need. So what are you going to do...?

Was there for rotation and 2 slow leaks told a 1 to 2 hours was there 4 hours. Not enough sitting area and typical Wal Mart service. Will never get auto work or tired ever again for them
