Richard was great. We had an idea going in of what we wanted, but we did not feel pressured to buy at that time. The labor day sale going on made the price unbeatable for the purchase and financing was a breeze. Recommend the location in Denton on University for anyone in the area looking for a new mattress.

I ordered a mattress for the 18th, the checkout said 18th, and even the confirmation email said 18th. Here I am, with my back lying on a hardwood floor, because apparently the real delivery date is the 21st, and I only found that out by calling.0/10 Would not reccomend

Chris Coleman was AMAZING! We had no intentions of making a purchase today, but he made it so easy! He explained the differences between all the beds and helped us find the right mattress for us. Neena was very helpful and thorough. It didnt take us long at all to get what we wanted. Shes knowledgeable and kind.But the bed we bought keeps breaking. Its an adjustable bed. Going through warranty help is a pain. I had to call 5 numbers the first time it stopped working.

Thomas was very friendly and helpful in buying our new mattress. He gave us plenty of information on several different mattresses of all different styles and features. He also went the extra mile to help us find deals and discounts for our purchase and delivery.

First place we went and had a great experience. Didn’t need to go anywhere else. Great value option and a great deal! Wont need a mattress for a while but if you do go here!

Inventory for quick delivery was sparse. All the mattresses we wanted (Saturday visit) were not available or were scheduled for 2 weeks or more out. Finally settled on a twin king xl and 2 m600 adjustable bases. Still 2 weeks delivery. Asking the salesperson about a specific set he would always continue to give us information on purple and tempurpedic although we told him we were not interested in those. It was a difficult process at best. If it wasn’t that I needed an adjustable bed for my back we would have left. Thomas was a bit of a loose cannon as he repeatedly had to return to his desk to get info. Did not know if he was new or just not organized. An hour and a half later we purchased the beds.I will have to say the pricing was better than NFM or Living Spaces. Hopefully the delivery will be quicker as well.

Sales associate Thomas was very professional, xetremely nice and very forthcoming with any questions me and my wife had about the mattresses, and helped us to pick the perfect bed in our budget!

Awesome experience, Thomas’s knowledge of all of the inventory was impressive. Customer Service was impeccable and the price was the cherry on top.

Great experience today, just as we had the previous two times we bought mattresses there. Anjeleet (sp?) is the manager and was lovely to work with today. She went above and beyond to find me “that one mattress that was right there a few months ago”. She knew what I wanted and tracked it down. I like this store in particular because they have never been pushy to make a sale.

The store was very clean and the manager was our sales rep. He listen to what our needs were then took us to the exact mattress we needed. He did not try to sell us more than what our budget was nor did he focus on one brand over another. He was very knowledgeable and kind and I will recommend others to go see him.

Mike was polite and very helpful. When we went in we knew exactly what we wanted. He was not pushy and didnt try to talk us into purchasing something more expensive to up his commission. I would definitely do business there again!

I had done research and had a good idea of what I wanted. Mark received me with open arms (its nice to have a sales person that does not bring his/her life angst into the customer relationship) and was very helpful and knowledgeable answering my questions without underhanded cross or up selling. He made me comfortable to spend as much time as I needed trying the bed, including demoing the adjustable base. He gave me a great deal, combining two already good deals. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Went in today seeking a new bed after having spent way too much time reading information online that all seemed pretty useless. I was helped here by Amy who took lots of time and intentionality to ensure I found a mattress that fit my price range and needs. She also was very intentional in approaching financing options, as well as super friendly, personable, and witty. I admit I wasnt looking forward to this process, but today was much easier and more enjoyable than expected!

Me and my husband walked in to purchase a twin mattress. And i have NEVER been so rudely talked to. She couldnt find us in the computer even though we purchases from the other store about 1 year ago. So when i said we are not here for a warrant just wanna buy 1 box spring so cont. To be rude to us. I believe you need to teach your employees customer service and how to talk to customers that are paying for your next paycheck!! She doesnt need to be in retail at all!!!! I will NEVER purchase from any of your stores and you better believe i will tell all my friends, family, and co workers. Its sad to have someone like this representing you considering of all of the businesses and corporations that are going out of business due to a financial loss.
