I’m new in the state and just by reviewing the comments and the “owner” clearly doesn’t want to be there no matter what he’s done previously to this job!He’s clearly rude and I will NOT be spending money at a place that clearly does NOT want to be in business.Go at your own risk ⚠️ & the risk is being without a product and money. Can’t trust this place… bought 2 e cigs tried them out in store and they worked. Go down to east side and the pen is dead. Called and they won’t exchange it even though the device failed within 5 mins.

I went in looking for posters, and body jewelry. The guy at the counter kept saying he didnt own it. It was an older Arabic man. I asked for prices on body jewelry, he said I dont know. I dont own the place I asked for the poster I wanted and he said dont have it. I asked him to look and he pointed at the poster area behind the counter and said not there.. see? I told him to hand me the box and I would look through it, you cant see over the counter . He made it clear he did not want to be there at all. You can see him in the pic standing at the end of the counter hanging over the side looking at the floor. I was standing at the body jewelry display case asking for help

TLDR: This place sells fake carts. Stay away.I went in asking for a delta 8 cartridge. The person behind the counter was not helpful at all and seemed to get mad when I asked if they have any sativas. I was presented with a basket of Lifeline D8 carts all for 30 dollars. This seemed impressive as normally I find these for 40-50 bucks. After buying the cartridge however, I took it out of the box only to find that this was a blatantly fake product. Oil was leaking out of the bottom and the words “Mario Carts” was printed on it. Last I checked Nintendo hasn’t moved into the CBD vape industry, and if they did they probably wouldn’t be using the competitors packaging to hide their product. I went back in to get a refund and was promptly told that all sales are final. I wouldn’t be surprised if this breaks some kind of law.

I bought a $30 lighter, got it home and it was completely DOA. Went back the next day to exchange the lighter and was told all sales are final. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible business practice.Update to my reviews. I purchased the lighter and 2 bottles of butane. Issue is a faulty lighter not an empty lighter.The response to my review proves how terrible the customer service is at The Wild Side

The guy that was working the counter tonight made it a point to say Sir after every time he acknowledged us. Never once did he acknowledge my wife at all. I will not be coming back here if they cant show equal respect for all patrons.

My boyfriend bought what were supposed to be two new fully charged batteries. I put them in my new mod, and they were less than a quarter of the way charged. I called, calmly, and the woman said that all of the batteries are nearly dead when sold. Even if brand new. Ive never had this experience before, and will never spend my money here again due to the rudeness I experienced on the phone.

Their was a lady there and she was very polite. My 5 stars doesnt come down to the service though but from the overall environment,cleanliness, and organization of the place. It was easy to find stuff, also a huge selection. Very good place to check out with good prices.!

Good selection, that’s about all they have going for them. Avoid this place like the plague.First thing when I walked in, I get interrogated about my age while asking about a certain product (dry herb vape, this guy had literally NO clue what I was talking about, told me he had none). MAYBE it would help to actually know the product you’re selling. After talking with him for about 5 minutes, I decided it would be more worth my time to walk around and look myself. I found an entire section dedicated to dry herb vapes, however none were in my price range and most were cheap Chinese products.None of the employees are helpful, or have any clue what they are talking about. This shop also owns Nirvana, where I had the exact same experience. Rude, unhelpful, and uneducated. Go anywhere else.

Wonderful store. Store clerk at Nirvana Smoke Shop near by told me to go to The Wild Side even gave me directions . Very Nice Lady helped me. Her recommended product worked great! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will not go anywhere else now.

Wild side smoke shop is one of my favorite smoke shops in town. They have good inventory, great sales staff and truly great prices also. I also love their other location( Nirvana Smoke Shop) which is on Oak and Carroll Blvd

I had an issue with one of the employees here last week. I called the store the next day and left my number for the owner to call me. Within the hour he returned my call and assured me that the issue would be resolved and invited me back to the store in hopes of making up for it. I love this store and the companys other locations and will continue to return here. Thank you for showing great customer service!

Very disappointed. My husband and I went in last night to look around. We were greated at the door by a female employee and she asked if she could help us with anything. We told her no thank you, we are just looking around. She continued to keep asking if we needed help thing anything ( sounding very annoyed that we were just looking around) and we kept telling her, no we are just looking around. She stared us down, the whole time and followed us from the right side of the store as we made our way down the left side of the store. As if we were going to steal something. We made our way to the right side of the store and she asked again if she could help us with anything, again we said no. I reminded my husband he needed a new lighter so he was picking out a lighter, at the same time a guy came in the door so the employee quickly said just a lighter and before my husband could answer she had us checked out and telling us our total. I told the employee she should have more patience with costumers and that we would not be returning due to her making us feel so uncomfortable. My husband has been a costumer a few other times.

The prices are the cheapest I have found in Denton. The people and owner there are so so nice. Love this place

This is the most heavily stocked smoke shop in Denton. The staff is very helpful. The cute girl that works the counter most days named diptee I think is super nice. Any kind of papers you could want and every strain of kratom found. Awesome place and I cant say enough good things about them.

I was just in there the other day. I needed some coils for my e-cig tank. The man waiting on me was the owner. He was very knowledgeable about vaping. I had seen the reviews on here before I went there. The owner said that he let the long haired bearded guy go. This store is one of the nicest smoke shops in the metroplex,and has great customer service!

Dont go to this establishment, went in for a vaporrizers and thought, i was well taking care off not!!! Only to be greeted by bad costumer service and and a thievery, after i had been done looking and had chisen a pretty good item about 170 worth item, i go to pay and the clerk gives me discount for being a student it lowered to 144.99 after tax 152.84 so i was like(what he said), what a deal so i hand over 200, he hands over two 20 and 2 dollars and 50 cents, i leave so exited of my item didnt think about my change 47.16, but once home i had realize he gave me 42.50 he pretty much took 4.66 i dont care about the noney; it was the rude yelling once i called to clarify and the fact that he wanted to say i dont know what i spent that frustrated me after i had spent 170 at his shop that is why you should run from the wild side dont ever go to these thieves.

I have been everywhere looking for a really good quality e-cig flavors. No vape shop in Denton can compare to the e-liquid you can get at High Times. Not only that, but the service was fantastic. I was recommended to the Fantasia e-liquid and even though it has no nicotine in it I put a few drops into another bottle I had bought with 18mg nicotine in it and it really brought out the flavor. I have been in this shop time and time again, and every time has been a great experience.

Sells person, who is also the OWNER, intentionally sold defective product!!! After checking me out I had to return back into the store due to the battery he sold me was dead. The owner noticed the Kanger Topbox he had sold me had an error message, he changed the battery and it worked (temporarily). I later learned the blinking ohms light was because the tank had a short circuit and needed to be replaced. The owner knew it was defective and made it clear before rushing me out of the store with a free battery there are no refunds.

They have pipes, grinders, vaporizers and minimal knowledge of their products. What more could you need?
