I just received a survey via text. I read the first question wrong and gave it a 1 which meant extremely dissatisfied. I was not able to correct my error. I was extremely satisfied with my experience! Marco was amazing! He answered all my questions in such a polite and refreshing way. AT&T is fortunate to have him! I felt so strongly about my mistake that I called the store to find out how to correct it.
Ricardo was so patient and did everything he could to help me out. I would write negative stars for “asurion insurance” they absolutely suck. Not Ricardo’s fault though, he spent all day trying to undo what they have done
I was having the worst week ever, just one bad thing after another. My phone broke and I was so upset because I needed it for work. I came in after I got off work and this awesome customer service dude named Marco helped me. Literally every problem we ran into he fixed, even with my old phone not working and my apple account wanting my old number! He’s awesome at his job. Best experience I’ve ever had with any customer service ever! He deserves all the praise!
I will be doing whatever it takes to switch carriers after my frustrating experience here. Absolutely nothing could make me continue service with AT&T after what I have dealt with the past few weeks trying to upgrade my phone and plan.
Overall my trade-in experience was pretty easy, and the phone delivered to me fast (6 days exact from purchase) but when I go back to trade in my old phone they tell me it’s $350 off instead of the $800 i was told when I went in to purchase the new phone. It’s not a huge deal, but it’d be nice to know how much I’m going to be paying for a phone before I actually buy it. Annoying.
Staff is nice, wait times aren’t bad even when they are busy. Cameron helps me out every time I go and I’ve always had a great experience. This AT&T is my go to over any others in the area.

Avoid this place like the plague. They dont honor loyalty programs which means you wont get any discounts on an upgraded phone even if you qualify!! They just want the kickbacks!! I would drive 50 miles out of my way for any other carrier to avoid this place!!

To be completely honest, we had a rough start with At&t due to technical complications and Apple ceasing to make a certain model of a phone. We waited 14 days for a phone that was supposed to be delivered in 2 days.My husband really needed a working phone for work. BUT Enrique Perez at this location worked hard to make it right for us. Im pretty sure he worked through his lunch break to take care of us and get my husband a phone ASAP!He sincerely felt bad for our situation and bent over backwards for us. If Enrique didnt take care of us the way he did we would have switched over to T mobile for sure! So if you visit this store ask for Enrique! Hes the best!
I cant think of a worse ATT store. Every time we go, they are a mess. Stupidity, I am willing to work with, but laziness is the worst.These are the laziest group of people I have ever dealt with. It is far easier to simply say no, as opposed to actually making an effort to find a solution. Worst costumer service EVER. Seems like getting a SIM card is an impossible feat for this store. Good luck in life gentlemen! Lazy won’t get you far.
When I walked in at 6:30 on Saturday evening, a young man was immediately available. He was courteous and respectful of my time and wishes. My experience was exactly what I expect; so it was a great experience.
Short wait. Great customer service. Super friendly people. I got upgraded to att elite plan. For 35 a month per line. With my aarp discount. All features are awesome. Love my HBO max and armor. With my free vpn. So many features and goodies. Highly recommend att.

I was a walk-in on a busy Saturday and still received incredible customer service! I was greeted within minutes to have my name placed on a wait list. Within 20 minutes I was seen by Cameron. He was knowledgeable and professional! My old phone caused many issues with transferring data, but Cameron was very patient and had the experience to navigate quickly around all technology issues that arose. He also went above and beyond to look up where I could find an alternative phone cover and the brand I would need. Great experience! Thank you Cameron! This is one of many reasons I will stay with AT&T!

AT&T store has fast friendly service. Always willing to help you better understand your billing or service plan. I just purchased a new phone and even though I didnt get all my photos downloaded I cant say they did not afford me the opportunity to check my phone again. Thanks AT&T cell service!!
If I could do 0 stars I would bought my phone less than 2 months ago and it is over heating. Instead of helping my they pushed me off on to apple saying they would send me to Best Buy, when I asked where is Best Buy- he said “O don’t know google it but you need to contact apple first, they may send you some place else,” so I asked him how to contact - he said to “google apple support” really?? So he said he “has an android and mostly deals with those” so I asked if there was some that dealt with Apple and he said, “we sell them that’s it.” Cool so every other phone company would have called apple support and given customer service but the guys time can’t be wasted. I hope your manager reads this cause I KNOW this isn’t AT&at standards.

People are nice and helpful at this location. But the company commit fraud in business. When you ask for solution, they reject to get issues fixed. Please provide contact info to reach to report fraud in AT&T.After 4 months, AT&T still reject to fix the issues they created and keep adding fee to the bill. This is the most dishonest, cheating company that I have seen. They make money out of cheating and charging people illegally. I am needing to take legal action against this company.

Dean is really amazing. He went the extra mile to help my mom, Barbara, with a new iPhone 11. He is really patient, kind, and has sense of humor. He really built a lovely rapport with us both! I had to go to AT&T to get off of my ex-husbands account and create my own. This was a very embarrassing awkward thing to do. Adding to this I would have to see my ex-husband in person again. The employee that helped me was Marco; all I can say is he made all the difference. He was kind, understanding, proficient, and extremely professional. I left feeling like a got the correct plan for my life style and needs. Marcos great service made me feel that staying with AT&T was the correct choice.

We walked in for an appointment, and we’re helped pretty much right away. My mom was (finally) making the change to iPhone and Marco Lopez was super helpful! He walked my mom through all the different options she had to get the most out of her trade in. I always dread having to go in person but he was super helpful and patient with us.

I have been a customer if AT&T fir 21 years. The store on Loop 288 have always been wonderful. My last visit on Sept. 19. 2020 was my best service. This trip Chris wanted to fulfill my need. I was on my way out of town and Chris made it possible for me to leave on time. I am a pastor and I need to communicate while I am on the road traveling.Jordan stopped by during my visit and made me feel me feel I was a valued customer. They both laughed at my jokes. This was actually the second location I had been to. I went to University Dr. Rayzor Ranch location first. The customer service there was horrible the sales rep had the attitude of I dont have what you want so hurry up and pick something before I chose to walk out of the store. I said that to say that the 288 location was completely opposite. Friendly, patient and were willing to help at any cost. It wasnt just all business, the sales reps have fun crack jokes answered questions and gave imformative information about the device. We were there for a while but I wasnt aggravated with the process because the sales reps (all of them) did their very best to make the customers feel at home. Spectacular customer service and a spectacular experience. I will continue to go to this location, definitely!

I can not express how impressed I am with the customer service I received from Gabrielle Briggs. I have had to go into AT&T this past week more than in the past year due to phone issues but the process was made enjoyable and rather quick thanks to Gabrielles hard work. She went above and beyond to help me through this process and knows the true definition of customer service. She greeted me each time by name and with a smile. If it was not for her and her dedication to helping me I would not have had the same experience. I have never written a review or used google reviews but because of her I went out of my way to make sure she receives some sort of affirmation. I will be returning and using this AT&T store because of her! Thank you Gabrielle!Ethan helped me at the beginning of this all and was wonderful! He did all he could to help. They are the two people I worked with and I am very impressed overall by their service. :) If you ask for either of these representatives, I am sure you will have a great experience!

I am in Alaska. This store telemarked a call at 6am about my plan. If they took a few minutes to look at whatever call list the procured they could have seen my address was well outside of their area by 3700 miles and several time zones. I do not appreciate being called, especially almost 2 hours outside of the national telemarket hours.
I asked for a silver phone and there was no phones in display with that color. When I purchased the phone, the phone actually looks white instead of silver. I asked if I can exchange for a different color and I was asked to pay a stocking fee. Other then that everything else great!

It took forever to get anyones attention. After I was assigned a sales person, he moved like molasses only to unbox the wrong phone. After searching several locations in the area, he told me I could drive to go get the phone, or buy it at Target. NICE!! At&t. Sending your customers to Target! UPDATE: One year later and still nothing has been done. Manager John reached out to me. He fed me a line of BS about getting the phone for my mother. Never another call. Terrible example of customer service. We ended up disconnecting with AT&T and going with another company.
Sales floor rep was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about all products in the store. He was able to walk us through the upgrade process for the whole family in a short time. The curbside service was expedited flawlessly. Thank you for the wonderful experience and the professional service.

Ethan and Jordan made my experience this evening at AT&T incredibly positive. Wanting a newer version of the iPhone, not knowing what all that would entail, I needed every bit of patience and support from an AT&T representative. Jordan and Ethan both took time to help me set up my new phone and they shared money-saving options for my home TV service. They were friendly, kind, informative, and professional.
I had an excellent service. Things were explained to me very well. Had a few jokes here and there, which I like. Gives off positive vibes. I got a new phone out of this! 😝

This AT&T location is amazing! All the staff are very friendly and helpful as soon as you walk in the door! I would highly recommend Marco. He is not pushy and takes the time to answer all your questions. He is very knowledgable about the products. I’ve used him as my sales rep on several different occasions and he never fails to show great customer service!

Store NOT recommended!Personal Suggestion - pick a different store than this oneCame here to try pre-ordering the new s21 ultra and find out how much it would affect my monthly payments if so. First the guy was nice when i was talking about getting the new phone, but after i changed my mind based on the monthly premium and asked him what does my bill look like monthly, he became rude and didnt feel like helping me also didnt wanna tell me or show me my monthly payments. I cant believe a guy like that works there. Never felt unwanted at a store like that. Just asking for help doesnt mean you get to be rude, and just cuz you dont get the sale doesnt mean to undermine someone.

I came in and someone was already waiting in front of me. I stood there about 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged us standing there. I don’t mind waiting but someone could say “good afternoon, someone will be right with you” A third person came in and they finally said something. Not good customer service.

The associate really couldnt have been bothered to help us. We had questioned and he wasnt able to answer any questions. I purchased glass protector fir my phone. I asked for help to install and he told me he would try but if he needed up there would be nothing he could do. Maybe the stores shouldnt sell products that they cant back up and help with!!
I’ve got to say I don’t leave too many reviews but this one was worth it. As a manager of a team myself Marco was the epitome of what I look for in a representative, he was down to earth never lost interest and answered any questions I had. The only reason I bought a new phone and two pairs of galaxy buds was because of him, even though I was there and took up about an hour and a half of his time he never stopped being a huge help as I am not as tech savvy as many other people. Thank you Marco for the excellent experience he is the only reason I would go back to that store

Have you ever been somewhere that they messed everything up so bad that you assumed they could only be doing it on purpose? If not, you should go visit David at this store. He managed to port my number before discussing any pricing and then threw a AT&T sim card in my phone only to tell me that they could not get me a new phone for 30 days unless I wanted to put 30% down on a phone. I would like to stress that this was not due to credit at all. Currently I have a completely useless phone as it is locked by T-mobile for up to three days...
I am at the ATT store in Denton Texas. My Wife’s iPhone 10 screen locked up and we could not do anything with it. We were told by several other people she needed a new phone. Well my wife has never got extra iCloud memory or other services to upload her photos. She has never used iTunes. My wife had lost her father back in August and had a lot of pictures from the funeral of her extended family she did not want to loose. The Manager Drew worked a miracle and got the phone back alive to retrieve all of her pictures and contact. Thank You so Much for all you have done to save precious memories that we were told couldn’t happen. The Manger Drew and his staff are awesome. Thanks for all y’all have done.
The staff here is really personable and they were fun to talk to while I was waiting to get my phone set up. They were all very friendly and helpful! The manager, I believe is name is Josh?, definitely has great rapport with his team.
I have worked with the same salesperson at the Denton store for over 10 years. As always, Chris was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in providing me exactly what I needed. The store was observing good Covid-19 protocols, masks, 6ft social distances, and the store was set up to accommodate those restrictions. The sales rep met me at my car, & gave me the option to do business inside, observing the above protocols.The selection process for my new phone was simple and seamless. As always, Chris helped me to set up the new phone (I transferred the data from old to new on my own, following his instructions). I couldn’t be more pleased and will continue to do business at this store.

Waited an hour stayed in same place. I just wanted to pay for a screen saver and could not return phones for rebate Was told that had to stay in line. No customer service no interaction!!
I personally dealt with Jordan the Store Manager who lied to me and lied to my boyfriend when we tried to transfer his AT&T phone Line to my AT&T Phone line account. I have been with AT&T for 10 years plus and was told I would have to close my existing account that has 4 lines and create a brand new account, and every line would have to get all new numbers. In addition to this my boyfriend would have to get a new number in order to transfer his current line. Then he proceeded to tell my that the 611 Customer Service representative that was supposed to add my boyfriend as a user on my line did not do that and the person I spoke to was a temporary hired by AT&T and that they provided me with false and incorrect information and again stressed to me that I was lied too.... also Jordan stated that I was speaking a temporary employee that only had 2 days of training. EVERYTHING that Jordan said was all lies and false information. Jordan was only interesting in meeting his numbers for new accounts. When I left I said this was the worst Customer Service from a Manager that I had ever experienced, his response the rules are the rules, and I’m Manager I only abide by them. On a positive I called back and spoke to Customer Service and was taken care of and they were very apologetic for his false information and unprofessional actions . Do not deal with Jordan he does represent the Company or the Customer. Go to another location or call Customer Service directly.
Curb side. Great idea but lady took my information went inside and never came back. Waited 10-15 mins. Had to leave. I appreciate they are open, but they need to work on this process and optics a little.

I had a wonderful experience here a few months ago when I got my new iPhone. I purchased it online and went to the store to pick it up. I was helped immediately. The color was correct and the employee helped me get it all set up. I havent had any issues. Highly recommend this location!

Be careful from this store!! They don’t know how to handle their work. I’ve been here to move my prepaid phone number to my postpaid account after the customer support informing me to go to the nearest store to do so. They said sorry we cannot do it your numbers are from different market!! You need to know some one in that market Luisiana to do it for you!! WHAT A SOLUTION!!Doesn’t make since to me. I left the store and went to other authorized store. And the numbers got transferred and issue was solved in less than 20 minutes.I rather go to Authorized stores than corporate offices.
Cameron did an awesome job with my upgrade. Took the time to make sure everything was setup on my new phone before taking my old phone as a trade in. Answered my questions and made sure my account was setup for international travel next month.
The store is located at Teasley exit as u exit off Teasley exit. It’s close to the mall. There are two guys in there that will help They don’t get in a hurry and if it a long time they will keep helpingpeople likpeople until it’s all done. There names are Cameron and David.
