The man (I didnt catch his name), but he was of Indian descent.He was a really honest guy. It could have screwed me for 350 bucks easily. But, he was honest, and straightforward with me. Really good person and Ill bet he works there most of the time....Wouldnt even accept a tip... Reallly good dude.

I can not recommend this place enough.I brought them my Blackberry Key2 which is a pretty rare phone these days. Being an unorthodox repair, I figured theyd tell me they couldnt fix it, but they researched and had my phone back to me in no time. Good as new!It was a difficult repair that I knew I couldnt do on my own so Im just grateful to have my phone back. This is the place I will always recommend now. I love that they are very professional and make sure that the imei number is clean before servicing you. It speaks to their honest character and work ethic. They did a great job and were also quick! I definitely would recommend them, as I went to the other phone repair place in the mall and they had cheap parts and did a shoddy job(it broke right away). I somehow managed to ruin my iPhone XR screen with water. I called to make sure they were open and had the parts. Which they did. They were courteous and explained the process and the cost clearly. They Did not try to sell me on repairs that I didn’t need either. They Promised the repair would be done in one hour. The repair was completed ahead of time and with great care. My phone is once again working great. I left with a perfectly functioning phone, an added phone protector and a new case to better protect it. I highly recommend them for your mobile repair needs! Very positive experience. Also he made sure to remind me to say I am a returning customer if I need to come back.

The owner is an absolute scam artist. They give themselves 5 star reviews on Google and fraudulently remove negative comments. If youre unsure of how suspicious it is, pretty much ALL of their reviews EVERYWHERE are either 5 stars or 1 star, Im willing to bet they pay for good reviews (and/or have friends and family do it for them). The whole business is a scam as well. They buy cheap products and sell them for a ridiculous markup. If you search for the brands of phone cases they sell online you can find them for 8-10 dollars, but almost all of their phone cases in store are 30 BUCKS!!! I got tricked, being told he was giving me a good deal by reducing the prices on what I was buying but I still paid TWICE AS MUCH as I would have if Id just gone to Amazon or Walmart.TLDR: Not worth your time. Not worth your money. Dont let them fool you.

We brought my moms phone to this place. They had the phone about 15 minutes. Told us the problem. Told us they couldn’t fix it. And GAVE IT BACK TO US WITH A CRACKED FRONT SCREEN THAT WASNT CRACKED BEFORE HE LOOKED AT IT. They are refusing to fix the screen when it was their fault. They aren’t taking responsibility. I would absolutely not recommend going here. Go to CPR across the street and not here. This place is absolutely awful. Dont go here. They are cheap scammers.
