Went in last week to pick up some gifts for my son’s birthday. The employee by the name of Nick was extremely kind and helpful. Will definitely revisit this location due to great experience we had with Nick. 😊

Matt is a nice guy and really knew his stuff. I recommend this location.

Poor Customer Service. Employee should have told the person who called that they would have to be put on hold or call back, OR the employee could have multi tasked; instead the employee ignored us & just answered the callers endless questions.Also, ad a side note the only game stop Ive been too still requiring mask. Yes Ill keep using game stop, but NOT this location.Customer service for customers who are there buying stuff is #1...we were treated 2nd or even 3rd. Will not return to this location.

I know nothing about video games and married a gamer. Everyone was helpful, informative and patient with me. I had so many questions and they were very clear with how things worked and what I might need and what I might not need. they were even good with making suggestions for games for the whole family. Thank you so much Im sure Ill be back soon

I usually loathe going into GameStop, because normally I get to interact with people who are up tight about gaming. BUT TODAY I got to meet some of the nicest people who helped me figure out to get the best bang for my buck. To the two people running the store around 2PM on 1/26/2020, yall are wonderful.

Super helpful! I needed to exchange a game because I bought the wrong one (Persona 5 not royale) but lost my receipt and the employee with blonde hair took the time to look it up, find it and fix it!

Never had a bad experience here. The manager and his staff are very knowledgeable and seem to be a highly motivated staff. They dont push stuff you dont need on you, rather, they just recommend things that might be of interest. The store is always playing music or the latest GameStop News and is always very clean. They seem to pay extra attention to detail in maintaining their shelves and product facing. Special thanks to Jason, Austin, Craig and the rest of the staff for always greeting me when I walk in, having a kind word to say and smile on their face.

This GameStop is different, in the best way possible. The customer service is real and they are extremely helpful. The man helping me wasnt even on the clock, he was waiting for his ride to get there. Im shopping at this store exclusively now because the games he recommended me based on a conservation we had for 5-10 minutes was great. More stores need to be like this one.

A preorder item with special collectibles did not have them and their advice was to call other stores to see if they had any extra. It was a preorder and should have all been set aside for the number of people that pre-ordered it and maybe a few extras. It was treated as a first come first serve and not said before hand that it would be like this

I have had only great experiences at GameStop. They buy, sell and trade video games so its a win win situation.

I cant keep my son out of here.. Thats why he has the Membership with all the little perks that come with it.. Its worth it.. Very reasonable prices compared to the other game stores here.. Always get the warranties especially if you have kids!! Staff is really knowledgeable as I think theyre game players themselves..

Gamestop is your typical gaming needs place. Location is convenient to my house; as it is only 10 minutes from my home.The store seems smaller than most others. With its small size, though, makes up with the staff. I have known to become a regular now, coming pretty much every Thursday and/or Friday. The staff there is very helpful, and always help me find what I want. If we cannot it, they always offer alternatives to feed my gaming needs. This has lead me to some really good adventures in gaming.When the staff is not busy, they always make time to discuss other games and interests within gaming with me. That I believe is great customer service when one is trying to relate to the customer.This has been probably the best Gamestop I have been out of all in the area.

Sold me a REAL product that ACTUALLY EXIST. Ignore the naysaying solipsists in the one star reviews, they literally wouldnt believe there was a brick if it hit them. So let me be clear: There really is a GameStop at this address and they sell tangible goods (in exchange for abstract digital currency).

Ive been going to Gamestop for years. This one did something different. Am employee approached me and started a conversation about what I was looking for, made a recommendation, and sounded like he knew what he talking about.I took his recommendation and was very pleased. Actual customer service is refreshing.

Employee tried to guilt trip me for not donating to their Autism fundraiser. When I told him that I’m actually a special needs educator, and like to do my research before donating to such sensitive causes he got real quiet.Employees need to be taught that guilt trips don’t equal donations.

Will never visit again. Refuses my valid identification for a trade in. Had to drive to another location 25 miles away to trade-in because Kurt called the other local GameStops telling them not to accept my VALID drivers license from out of state. I have done multiple trade-ins at the other location on W University Dr with no issue until today.

Lots of cool games and I dont like when they ask if Im 18 even though I clearly am.

Good service. Most of the guys can give good recommendations. I dont recommend turning in any used or old games you will get more selling it on Facebook. However it is a decent place to buy new and used games as well as pre order games

I love this store. This one in particular. Every time i enter im greeted with smiles and Im always assisted on the sales floor. Kurt, Nick, Tyler and Matt leading this store is like a perfect clock where all the cogs mesh together and work in harmony. I come to this gamestop more than any other because of how i am treated.

Great service, Traded in broken xbox one s for a new one. They helped me get the game unstuck and made sure I got to use the coupons. Christmas will be great now. :)

Best GameStop in the Metroplex. If you cant find what you need in store the staff will help order it to you or to the store. There is always great deals on games and other stuff. Great staff and services.

Great place for grandson to get ps4 games!

Never buy a used console from them! Their used systems are hit or miss for just a few bucks less than a new one. I bought a ps4 pro from them in August, by November it was overheating, but sadly, no warranty.To buy the warranty with a used one, you get charged more than a new one. If you leave a negative feedback on their site, they delete it! Even if it is 100% fact based and not simply an irate customer.

I am so grateful to this store. I have made so many last minute game runs here because i am missing a controller or headset or accidentally traded a game in. Kurt, the manager, always takes great care of his customers here.
