Stopped here for gas the other day and the bathroom was outright FILTHY! There was no way I could use that bathroom in the middle of a pandemic being an old woman like myself. So I politely asked the young lady at the front I think her name was Tayler and she was very rude to me and said she couldn’t do that right now. At that point I said forget it and went to Buckeye’s a few miles down the hwy instead. Won’t be back!

Stevens customer service is a SOLID 10!

Went to get a money order done. Told the blonde lady just please make sure it two separate money orders, and she replied rudely I know what I’m doing. First off I told you nicely, so I don’t know why you have such an attitude. Second I don’t care how long you been doing this it my money and I do what I want and what I please with it. Third, don’t come here horrible customer service.

I regularly go here for fuel, cigarettes and refreshments. The staff and manager are always helpful, courteous and cheerful. Last week I stopped by to refuel. Unfortunately, I inadvertently locked my keys in the car while pumping gas with the car running.Initially, I didnt think it was a BIG deal because I have the APP on my phone to unlock it remotely. But when I checked my pockets I realized my phone, cigarettes and jacket were all locked inside my running car.I became stressed and reluctantly went inside to see if I could borrow a phone to call AAA Roadside Assistance. The store Manager, Devin was working behind the counter and cashiering. He offered me his personal cell phone to get help. He made me feel comfortable and he reassured me that everything would be OK. I made several calls from his cell phone and was allowed to hang out and wait inside the store until help arrived.AAA showed up and got me in my car in less than an hour.I GREATLY thank Devin for all his help and support. He even refused a TIP after I was able to get to my wallet. I wish all service related businesses had people like Devin!! He HELPED WHEN HE DID NOT HAVE TO and you could tell that it was just natural for him!!THANKS DEVIN...I HOPE YOU CONTINUE TO CLIMB THE CORPORATE LADDER WITH RACE TRAC, they need to make sure to keep GREAT staff members like you!!

Decently priced gas, a little more than a few of the surrounding stations I noticed. Convenient to get to and seemingly clean. Over all, good gas station

Best customer service ever!! My 4 year old son and I broke down and they were super helpful and nice, gave him a fountain drink and even let me use a phone charger. Made my day.

Not sure what I am supposed to say here. Its a gas station. The gas worked well.....service was good (cause I provided it).....its a good location.....

Customer service is ok, the ones that have seniority there are not very greet full, and that’s probably because the pay must suck. What I did not like was that their tacos, buffalo sticks, and corn dogs have flies all over them it grossed me out and I left to the donut shop.

I love their new design on their store. Always clean and great customer service.

If you are traveling and need to use the restroom and gas up. DO NOT STOP HERE

Nowhere near the lowest price anymore. They used a common strategy of undercutting other stations when they first arrived and then much later gradually raised prices once people had developed habits of going there. Now it can be as much as 20 cents over other stations nearby.

Went in for coffee saw a huge roach said something to cashier about it and all she said was what would you like me to do ..umm nothing at all ..left without coffee..nasiest place ever
