Best location if youre feeling suicidal and want to die because their negligence will kill you. I have gestational diabetes and they kept cycling between your insurance wont cover your medicine yet and everything is okay now so were going to order your medication! I started this process with 5 days of wiggle room before my medicine ran out and had my doctor send them updated RXs for my new dose. They kept saying theyd order it, I ran out of my medicine, almost fainted at work with a skyrocketed blood sugar. I was promised they would order it and it would be in on Wednesday. I go in and they say my medicine is actually in crossroads? It wasnt. Thankfully Flower Mound saved the day because my OB was about to send me to the hospital. So thanks guys for almost sending a pregnant diabetic chick to the hospital. My high blood sugar and ketones in my pee really appreciate how bad you are running a pharmacy.

Nobody knew where the COVID rapid tests were, and the new self-checkout machines were a nightmare to use. Neither user-friendly nor fast. The cashier had to scan his card three times to make it work. It would have been a lot quicker to have him scan the items himself. What a joke. The only redeeming feature of this trip is that after an extensive search, they did, in fact, have the items we desperately needed.

They are very unfriendly, slow and most of all unorganized. They lost a dropped off prescription TWICE. How can this be? 1st time I showed up for pick up I was told they misplaced the prescription but they gonna work on it. At my 2nd attempt getting it, I was told they cannot find anything in the system. That’s very frustrating when you’re in need of a medication. On top of that, the associate is the one who gets annoyed and does not show any effort trying to help you. No apology, not even a „goodbye“ as she turned her back to me while I was still talking to her and questioning how we can fix this. Only answer you get is „well I cannot find anything in the system. You have to get a new prescription from your doctor“ wow!!!

Pro-tips for using CVS: Dont try to call, they will NOT answer. Dont bother complaining to corporate, they wont do anything. When going to pick up a prescription, fill your car up with a full tank of gas and make sure you have food and beverage, otherwise you will die in the drive-thru of malnutrition and dehydration.Dont rely on them to keep up with your prescriptions, they dont even know why the system puts your medications on hold. Which you wont know until three days later when you go to pick them up (because going same day would be silly) and that ones not ready. But theyll say theyll have it ready! When you go back, it wont be. Because they wont have put a rush on it. Basically, plan at least four trips for each medication. And dont trust their app, it wont show medications you currently take, but will show the antibiotic you took for a week over a year ago. Dont call the people they tell you to call to fix the app, that will just get you where you cant see any medications. While they claim you arent you because your email address doesnt work. Until they look it up another way, and wow, theres your email address. Basically, unless your stuck with CVS Caremark for your prescription plan, go ANYWHERE else. Street corner drug dealers are more likely to get your medications right than CVS.

I cannot stand this CVS at all. If you’re trying to get your medication at this location be ready to wait. The Average wait time is 20-45 minutes regardless if you walk in or go through the drive through. You would think they would want to help their customers in an adequate amount of time but they don’t. They operate so slow you would also think they’re understaffed but they aren’t! These employees bring no life to this location it’s like they’re just zombies. I don’t understand why people are complaining about this location! They are constantly busy and could be the reason they don’t get to the phone. If your waiting in line they help those customers first. Be understanding people!I want to shout out to Asha and Beenish for their EXTRA efforts. The pharmacy had multiple people call in to not work. Beenish came in on her day off and found another pharmacist to help. Asha was to be off work hours before and she was still working to help all the customers! They had 3 people who came in to work and at 8:00 at night they are STILL working. These employees did not have to go out of their way to help all the people needing their medicine.I am a single parent and Beenish found me a much lower price than Good Rx so I could get my daughter’s medicine. So before you slam this location maybe you should actually go to the store instead of calling so you understand their situation! They did excellent for what they had to deal with. I waited 30 minutes in line for the medicine because they were so busy in the drive thru and inside.Awesome job Asha and Beenish! Thank you for all you do!!

They are so disorganized. There is always a line in the drive up to pick up meds. Average time to wait when we come is 20 to 30 minutes. We started going inside as it was a little faster. Today was the first time I visited this pharmacy. And they made a mistake on my prescription, either misprinting the DRs directions for use or not giving me enough of the anitbiotic to take as prescribed for the full seven days - which means that my treatment regimen is already in error.Check your prescription, directions, and quantity before you leave the store. This pharmacy is always the worst. I have had the displeasure of it being the only 24 hr near me for 2 years. They lose everything, never have prescriptions in stock, and take forever to fill your prescriptions. Do NOT expect the predicted ready time to be correct it’s always at least an hour off if not a full day. They are now putting Vaccinations above medications so if you are sick and in need they would rather you die because only the pharmacist can give the vaccinations and that’s who fills the prescriptions. The other people on staff run around and pretend to work while leaving calls on hold for 20+ minutes. Good luck..

I think the massive 1 star reviews and wishes for a 00 star review was enough to educate people on a pharmacy that needs either corporate intervention or they need to close and do the community a service. This is the most absolute worst example of pharmacy care. Never answer their phones, never have prescriptions ready, give out the wrong prescriptions, and they are horribly understaffed and what staff they have seem miserable and untrained. Will be trying to reach corporate to file complaints and if I can’tget them, then it’s time to call the state boards. Seriously was told my prescriptions could take 2 days to get filled because they are behind. Only a pharmacist and a untrained cashier on Tuesday night. You can’t delay necessary medication because pharmacy and store management are idiots.

If you want a quick drive-thru experience, avoid this location. There’s usually about five cars backed up at any given time and they’ve blocked off the second lane so if it does move slowly, you’re stuck with no way to get out. This location is incompetent. My doctor called 2 separate times to fill a prescription and both times they said they had no prescriptions on file for me. After my doctor called it in the first time, I drove through the drive-thru and the pharmacist/tech working checked in the system and said I didnt have anything ready. When I asked if she was sure and told her I just had something called in, she said nobody had called anything in (in a condescending tone). Mind you, this is a new prescription so its not in the system until they fill it for the first time. So whatever was happening, someone was answering the phone calls from my doctor and then simply not filling my prescription or recording that it was called in. This was a week long ordeal. After the second time, I had my doctor call CVS on Hickory and within 2 hours my prescription is ready. Save your time and energy and just use the CVS on Hickory St, or another pharmacy all together. My Dr also warned me during my appointment that several of her patients had the same issue with this location and that she didnt like using it. I’ve had pretty negative experiences all around at this location. I got a prescription filled and waited in the drive through for and hour and a half because I was waiting on the results to a covid test and didn’t want to go inside. Only to get to the window to have them tell me they couldn’t add my insurance to the transaction unless I went inside. In a pandemic, this seems very ineffectual. I decided to cut my losses and pay out of pocket because I had already waited so long and didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for them to run it through insurance. The employee took my card and said he would put my insurance on file for “next time”. Well, went I went to the pharmacy at the beginning of last month I got to the counter, to discover that my insurance had never been put on file. I had already waited 30 minutes, and the medications I was getting were expensive so I asked if they could run it through insurance. The employee helped me out and I waited another 10 minutes, understanding that mistakes happen. For some reason, rather than reprinting the prescription slip with the insurance, they re bottled my medication. I thought this was weird at the time. Now here I am 20 days after that, and I got to counting the medications I received because the math wasn’t right.. the quantities were 30 and 60. Medicine A is taken once a day and Medicine B is taken twice a day, meaning I should run out of the pills on the same day, correct? However I counted the pills based on the day I started taking them and it turns out I only received 25 pills of Medicine A and 60 of Medicine B. Now because it’s almost a month after the fact, there’s nothing I can do but suck up the money I paid for pills because I have no tangible way to prove I didn’t receive the pills. I would take the other negative reviews on this page as a record of the poor practices of this pharmacy and pharmacist. I’m calling tomorrow to transfer my prescription. I wanted to give this location the benefit of doubt, but now I don’t have the pills I paid for and nothing to show for it.UPDATE: I transferred my prescription to Drug Emporium down the street. For my prescriptions at CVS I paid $58, just now at Drug Emporium I paid $14. Save your money and time, go somewhere else.

I, just like many others, have experienced all of the hold ups mentioned above. This does not take place at just any one specific pharmacy b/c its normal things that take place outside the hands of the staff working so diligently to fill our orders. On 7/21/19 (sorry, I dont recall the name) a female pharmacist at this location went beyond what is expected of her and resolved an issue I had encountered when transferring a script from a competitor. A med thought to not be in stock the day before, and difficult to locate elsewhere, was in fact available after discovering in wrong location. Again, things just happen, easy human error. But this pharmacist wanted to help as much as possible and before I could call them to verify whether filled, she had called me to attempt to resolve. Luckily, she found it on neighboring shelf. This med was VERY important to not miss following brain surgery done on a friend. I am so thankful for this wonderful pharmacist that I am aware was not required to go the extra mile but did so anyway. Thanx SO very much!! A++

Why are the employees at CVS so rude and lack customer service? We are 4 people deep in line for scripts when another girl shows up to check. The 1st checker says “She will now get you all on that register” and walks behind the large counter with the pharmacist and starts filling scripts. It would have taken her maybe 3 minutes to help check us out. It’s called customer service which CVS is Not known for.

For the love of God, so not use this pharmacy. It takes way too long. Average wait in line after 3 pm is an hour. Are they understaffed? What is going on? Terrible.

I called to check the status of my sons prescription and was on hold for 25 minutes while on hold I was doing errands with my husband and still no one picked up. Got to the CVS on University stood in line while still on hold and can hear the phone line say 2 calls on hold. As I walked up to the counter I asked the girl do they not answer there calls because Im still on hold and her response was theres only 3 of us and I was like it only takes a minute to answer a call and she was like patients name....No apology nothing...They need to train these staff members on customer service. If it wasnt for my insurance I would take my business else where.

The only reason I am giving one star is because it is open 24 hours. They are always too busy without enough staff! Nothing like getting a text saying that your prescription is ready, driving to the store, waiting in line, and they put it back, or gave it to someone else. Moving my prescriptions soon, considering going to a place with better customer service and with scripts in stock!!!

Ive been waiting 7 days for my prescription to come it. This is something I need every day and is a VERY common medication. 7 DAYS is unacceptable. They have some serious issues, not to mention the unprofessional way the employees talk behind the front checkout counter - actively badmouthing management. But after this experience I can understand why. Can I give 1/2 of a star??

Staff is always helpful and polite. During the daytime this is a very busy location! I try to go by the pharmacy when the store is not packed with other people, this is how I avoid the long lines and waits. If I have to go when its busy, its just a matter of being patient; they do stay well staffed when they are busy! Great crew and store.

Very rude people in the pharmacy! Im definitely going to transfer my rxs. First of all I have been trying to call the pharmacy for three days and hold up to As Long As 30 minutes each time but nobody ever answers. I finally drive over to the pharmacy to see if my prescriptions are ready and I have a very rude pharmacy tech named Angel tell me that Ill just have to wait because theyre busy but people in the lobby and Im at drive-thru. So when I questioned as to why Im having to wait on the lobby when Im at drive through she tells me in a very rude tone of voice that Ill just have to wait because shes got to wait on the people in the lobby first. Terrible customer service and terrible attitude!

This place never has the medication I need when I need it. I do really like the staff and when I use the drive thru I love to bring my dog because they have treats and are always so nice to him. But I just can’t go here anymore because I am always late on my medication because they are out and waiting for a shipment. It makes me sad.
