When people ask me where they can sell gold or silver, I always tell them about these guys. They are always so nice and i learn something new each time i go see them, they answer any questions ( and thats a lot lol) and not made to feel odd because when i took a bunch of stuff in none was real. They are just genuinely nice people!! Highly recommend

I went in the store on a Thursday and soent a lot of cash on a purchase, the owner said he could have it here by Friday. Of course I had to wait over the weekend and finally received my purchase on a Monday. I dont like being told one thing, and then doing another.

I went into this store with a mens gold ring, which had 1 smalll diamond in it. I was told by the salesperson that the diamond was worthless. They always get damaged trying to remove them. Therefore having no value. He did offer it back to me if i wanted to take it to jeweler and have it removed myself, but i chose not to because i needed the money. Ive found out since then, that the diamond has value no matter how small & jewelers are always removing diamonds from a setting without damaging them. SO THESE PEOPLE LIED TO ME! This seems to a tactic that this kind of establishment uses to screw people. Ive had another place try to tell me the same. BEWARE!

Came to this store couple of months ago and show this young guy 2 coins that I have value at $11K and $2500, both coins graded by PCGS, was looking to get between $5,500-6,000, when I gave them to him, he says they are worth $1100 and that PCGS is not a good grading company, I really dont know why this person is working here, Ive have been collecting coins for over 20yrs on and off, so I sold them on ebay and got $8,000. I did not feel welcome from the beginning when he did had a firearm on plain sight on the desk, I asked him why he got it there and never even made an effort to put it away

Poor. I also dont like how the owner responds to reviews. The responses are impersonal, also ripe with incorrect grammer. Very unprofessional staff inside the store and online. I recommend freshening up on your launguage arts. I decided agaisnt selling my family coins here simply due to lack of professionalism and crude behavior displayed by employees in the store, in front of my young child.Do not recommend this dealer. What a waste of time...worst staff ever.
