The sales person(s) were great, the product is great, my problem was from over 3 years ago I bought engagement ring / and 2 wedding rings for myself and my wife. We bought all the coverages offered along with the rings. Recently my wifes engagement ring lost one of the sapphires in it. We took it in. As it turns out the coverage we bought ONLY covered loss of Diamonds in the ring and not the Sapphires. This really caught me off guard and was not conveyed to me when I purchased the warranties. My wedding band has Black Diamonds, Hers Engagement and wedding and additional anniversary band were all purchased from Zales. My Black Diamonds are covered if one falls out. If she lost one of her diamonds it was covered but the Sapphires from hers are not. This is very misleading and on the edge of fraud in my opinion. How do you offer We will only cover Diamonds and not other gemstones without pointing that out.We are forced to stay with Zales because this is the original purchase. However I dont think we will buy any more from your stores
The gentleman and lady that were working at the time were very pleasant, kind, and helpful. They opened at 12pm and had us out of there by 12:05pm. We came there to get my wedding band resized. Thank you for making the experience pleasant.
Purchased a new ring from here and beyond the initial payment things became a total disaster. for starters they sent the ring out to be resized, I was told up to 3 weeks max. after 4-1/2 weeks she finally gets her ring. here we are a month after and stones are falling out. I expected better quality then this. the store is terrible about answering calls and had to escalate to corporate and even they are terrible about responding. I will never purchase another item from Zales EVER again.

This older lady resized my watch. I paid $10.83 to have this done. And she dropped one of the connector pins for the links on the floor, looked for it on the floor for like 15 seconds, then gave up and said Ill never need it (I was making the watch tighter). Super rude and made me feel like I was a burden to them. Never going back.Since the older lady had no patience with me, the watch ended up being too tight!!! It left an indent on my wrist after a few minutes of wearing it, so shortly later I went to the JCPenney watch section where the woman was really nice and made it the correct size for me for free!

Sydney provides horrible Customer Service she has failed to get back to me on 2 different occasions now...Once was on a $4,789 item I was looking to acquire and she did not follow through with what she said she was going to do and call me back which amazes me considering I have purchased at least 6 pieces of Jewelry from Zales...Then again yesterday I called and spoke with her about another item I was looking to acquire and I was supposed to receive a text from her with a picture of the item and she never even sent it to me? I am not understanding the logic here if you are trying to meet a quota of sales by the end of the month and this is how you make your money...This is why I will only deal with Sherri I have been purchasing Jewelry from her for years and have never had these kind of issues...Sydney needs some serious Customer Service training
Went to Zales tonight 10-12-19 to look at engagement rings and the sales woman Hope was EXTREMELY helpful. Helped us for over an hour straight look at different styles and figure out what we wanted. Provided excellent customer service and wasnt pushy to make a sale at all.Very impressed and will be placing our ring orders here simply because of the service we got and her helping us find the perfect ring. I wish I could give a higher rating as our night was made because of this experience.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, but they seemed slightly under staffed.
Called the store, they said my ring was ready. I told them im on my way. 20 minutes later i arrive and theyre closed and saying we open tomorrow at 10 why couldnt they tell me when i called they were closing rather than me driving all the way here. The lady i spoke to i would give it to you but we just closed. Next time a heads up would be nice, unless wasting peoples time is the new way of customer service. Then again the money was already paid so thats what matters, right?
By far the best place to buy jewelry in Denton the sales team is amazing especially Sydney she is so nice and will do everything she can to make her customers happy. I will only buy jewelry from this store they have amazing prices and a great selection.
The store has no idea what is going on. Had a terrible experience at the Frisco location so i brought my brand new ring (had it 30 days when a diamond fell out) for repair. Called a couple of hours ago and was told if it was sent off because a diamond fell out they have no idea when they would get it... i couldnt hear the rep on the phone so i called back just now and was told it was shipped. But they dont know when they are going to be able to open the boxes to see if its in and they had to take care of customers in the store first. Just like my other experience they only care about you when you are dropping thousands of dollars on jewelry but if there are any issues GOOD LUCK. And they are only allowed to answer the phone when no one is in the store so you have to call over and over to get someone on the phone. I have never been so frustrated with a company before and to think we trusted them with one of the most important jewelry purchases of our life. Lesson Learned. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Sherri is a con woman. She told me I could lease to own but never told me I’d pay 450$ in fees for a 300$ item. She ran my credit without telling me and lied to my face about the quality of an item. What a scam! I’m planning on setting up some legal action.
The corporation had system problems recently (not their fault) that could have created some complications for us, but they went the extra mile to find work-arounds that got the job done for us. Thanks guys!

I have never had so much trouble with my ring. I go engaged last year and the diamond fell out. Thank goodness I had insurance. I sent it in to get another diamond set back in early September 2014, it is now January 2015. No one can tell me when i would get my ring back or where my ring was. 1 month after i dropped it off they called me to bring my ring certificate in because they said they needed it before they could do anything with my ring. (They have had my ring for 1 month and had done nothing with it). I brought in the certificate and another month went by and they contacted me to see if i could bring my certificate up again. They had either lost what I gave them a month ago or just dont have a clue what is going on. (Now it has been 2 months without any progress with my ring). Zales has had my ring more than i have. I do not recommend Zales to anyone.I have also had diamonds fall out of my wedding bands on two different occasions since i got the rings in June 2014. This also took forever to get back. They even sent one of my rings to the wrong place and didnt know where it was for a while. I will not be surprised when or if i ever get to pick up my engagement ring that it will even be the same ring.
