These people have high quality options and products. It would be nice if they were open for a couple of hours on Saturday...They need more knowledgeable staff working the counter in the front.Other than that, I highly recommend them if you want to order and create a custom shirt. It cost me around $30 dollars for the shift and design, including 4 words on the front.The do heat press only

When you work in the service industry for over ten years, you come to appreciate great service. On the Cuff provided the best service I have ever had. I brought in two shirts to get a captain C put on them, expecting to return a few days later. In less than ten minutes, I was leaving with my shirts. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have forever gained my business!

On the Cuff was very difficult to work with. We ordered online with the intention of using the coupon from College Magazine.Communicating our design took a lot of back and forth communication and processing. And when we went to finally pick it up they told us the coupon doesnt apply to us because I guess you need to scan the coupon and attach it to the email when ordering.All in all it was annoying to pay more than expected and the customer service throughout the whole process was difficult. No one was very friendly or easy to work with.

I went for my first time last night. The service was good drinks were great and music was lit. I left, since I was bar hopping, and eventually made my way back with my friends to On The Cuff. This time things were different the bartender approached us and said, “what do you guys want? Your ready to order or what?” With a very ugly attitude. My friend ordered about 8 shots and we paid right away with no intention of leaving or no longer ordering drinks. The server comes back complaint about a small tip on such a large tab while at the same time we’re preparing a cash tip on the side. I don’t appreciate when a server has to tell me how tip them. I tip my 5% then more based off of good service. The server then told the manager that my friend threatened to fight him which was a lie. And we all got kicked out. First time there was horrible.

These folks always take care of all my uniform needs. Ive done business with them for over 5 years. Its nice to have peace of mind, knowing they take pride in making my uniform.

I had to get some stuff embroidered for school and everyone here was very nice and knew exactly what to do because a lot of students come here aparently. The embroidery was fairly cheap (5 bucks) and did not take too long. They are fairly flexible when it comes to picking it up and you can pay before or after the work is done. Ive never had a bad experience and would definitely come here again.

Staff was kind and patient as usual during my visit today. Even though I am behind the ball on Christmas presents, I know they still will complete jobs in timely manner. Glad to support their business!

So friendly and helpful! I needed some patches sewn onto a helmet cover last minute. After trying two other local shops, both telling me their machines could not do what I needed, On the Cuff came through for me. Definitely come here first!

Horrible customer service. Some ladies were nice, but the owner was just mean and didnt resolve my complaint. Unprofessional and inconsistent with their service. They did mine wrong and redo it, but left holes on my shirts. Also charged me for an extra shirt. Lastly, I dont like the embroidery.

I bought a wedding present that needed to be embroidered at the very last minute..as in the day before. I went into On the Cuff at 3:30 and asked them if the project could be done before the wedding. I was expecting them to say it was not possible, however they did even better than I had hoped! They got the project done the same day! I could not be happier! They accommodate their customers (even ones with terrible planning skills!) and do a fabulous job. I highly recommend this company!
