Went there for a BluRay player and out of the 5 available not a single one had a remote. In fact, there was one that didnt even have a power supply, so how the hell did they even know if it in fact worked before they put it out on the sales floor? Pathetic.

Went there to check on a 410 for my son because i was told they had reasonable prices.NOT THE FACT, they wanted over retail for the only youth 410 they had there USED Obviously.I was hoping to find a good pawn shop that wasnt like all the rest but sadly it is the same as most in overpricing everything.

With their great prices and daily specials, there is always a way to find that special something that you cant live without. That, coupled with their more than fair layaway plan, gives you everything you need to start your Christmas shopping. Hopefully you will find a way to stop in and meet some of the nicest folks around. I have truly found them to be more like friends and family, than just the people behind the counter.

Ive been a customer of this pawn shop even before they changed ownership awhile back. I recently spent 300 on a Movado Watch. I didnt buy the warranty because I had always gotten quality items there. Big mistake - the watch functions and then it will just stop - if you set it, it will start again. It was my mistake, but I guess I trusted them once to often.

Horrible experience at this place and would NEVER go back or take my precious items in for a loan. I lost two items of sentimental value at this place because of bad communication from them. Was over-charged and lied to about the amount I owed to get my guitar back. They only take cash for payment which is inconvenient. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere because there are many reputable pawn shops in the area that not only care about your items but also care about keeping your business.

Horrible customer service from the main manager!!!! It’s pretty bad when your associates are better to deal with than the store manager!!! I have been coming this this location for years my mom and I both have pawned Numerous items without a problem ever. But this last experience has been horrible somehow my mother shotgun got transferred into somebody else’s name with somebody else’s signature on her paperwork then my rifle I was one day late after the Pull date and he refused to allow me to just pay the minimum again to extended so pretty much I have to re pay on the whole thing for being one day late on top of that I called them on Thursday and on Friday letting him know that I would not make it into town until Saturday and they said that would be fine I get here today and guess what it’s not fine and they would not work with me at all. And the store manager even admitted to hearing from me he even said I remember talking to you and still will not work with me... This to me is just unacceptable especially after we’ve been loyal customers for a long time at both of you guises location I have lost all confidence in you and I will let all my friends know that you guys are not right And obviously you dang sure don’t care about your customers!!!!

They do not want to sell you anything buying a gun there is like pulling teeth! Went in four times to buy a rifle finally they handed me paper work and walked off stood there for 30min. Till a young man asked if Ive been helped .. said leave your number and we will call you ..before even running check takes 15min . Waste of time dont shop or pawn anything here you will regret it..

If you only have to pay on your pawn ticket, they will get you in and out really fast! Everyone is knowledgeable, but Evan isthe best.

I went to Cash America just browsing and wanted to check out the Ipads for sale. They had two nice ones. One employee told me they were both 128gb when I asked. I shopped around and came back with serious intent to buy one but asked to see the settings so that I could verify the size. I needed to know if they were 16gb or 128gb as they stated. The assistant manager told me that there was NO WAY to know. they do not get these devices past the hello page so you can see the settings. So you have to guess..... are you over-paying for a 16gb or getting a great deal on a 256gb? The managers suggestion was that I purchase a 10 dollar warranty so I could return the device if I didnt like it.I shouldnt complain about a pawn shop putting risk on the customers but when it is so easy to put a non-route-able network address in an ipad it is sad that Cash America didnt want to make the sale.Im sure they do great business. Good luck to them. Just not my cup of tea.

Have come in twice now, employees are not interested in selling anything. Today I came in, was the only customer in the store, I couldnt even get a hello. After watching employees playing on their phones and each other, I left without even being noticed. A thief would have had a field day. After trading at this location for many years not only will I not be back, but I plan on spreading the word not to wIst your time.e.
