Loved it. But man, I cannot go to this place if I have to be anywhere or do anything within the next 2 hours! Long checkout lines? you ask. Well...they could use a few more checkout lanes. But no...It is just that if I go in that place, I cant drag myself out with a two ton wench for at least two hours. Thats because I have to look at everything in the store. So many cool things Id like to have... Thats my 2 cents.

Didnt have what needed.. little to no customer service.. would recommend going somewhere else like home depot. Easy place to get in and out of though if youre into that.

Great place for the average person who likes to do odd jobs or crafts at home. The items they offer are inexpensive and good enough for the average person. If you are looking for high end professional industry tools. I dont think these tools would be good for you

While I have nothing to say about the very low quality of products offered here that hasnt already been said before, today was a new experience. I needed an orbital sander and this location had the model I wanted in stock and on clearance, according to their website. Upon arrival however, I was informed that the sander in question was their display model and even though it was a close-out item and there was no other quantity to display for and never would be again, they couldnt sell me the one that was left and they wouldnt remove it from their inventory either. They also refused to honor that price on another model. The end result of this trip was, we lured you here with a low price for an item that doesnt exist, now that youre here, you must buy something more expensive!

First time there. Great selection of tools. Friendly and helpful staff.Upon checking out I was asked for my phone number, address and email to enroll in their customer database and I didn’t mind providing the information to the cashier however I do wish she would’ve been more discreet about it instead of having to tell her my information verbally and having everyone around me hear it.

Very small store when I compare it to the one in my hometown in California.In fact my friend and I drove by the entrance because the store front next to it was empty. (They went out of business.)This made Harbor Freight look abandoned too. I had to use the GPS to find the store only to find it was surrounded by vacant stores. Oh, the had a ban er that said Big Sale but you wouldnt see it until you passed it by.I took my friend there to purchase their 9000 generator.I took her to the back and was shocked to see that the wheel cart boxes were damaged and crushed. There were only four of them. The batteries for the generators were on the top shelf. Good thing Im tall enough to see them and get them down for my friend. But the fuel stabilizer and oil was missing from their slots on the shelf. No one bothered to refill these items.I asked an employee for some assistance, but, he wanted me to shout across the floor as to what I needed. He wouldnt come to me to assist.I got an electrical extention cord and a few moving blankets and headed towards the cashier. It was then that I told the cashier that I needed the fuel stabilizer and oil. The cashier had to go to the back room to get it.He rang us up but forgot to charge us for the generator.After bring it to his attention he corrected his mistake. I asked him to get two employees to help load it up to the back of my pick-up truck. Which the did.What would I suggest this store do? Have the employees walk the store to assist the customers, see if the shelves are stocked properly, and not hangout in a group up front like they did when I arrived.

How can you not love Harbor Freight? Great sales and discounts. Gadgets galore. Tools. Outdoor items. Everything you need plus some. And the friendliest customer service around. Also, thanks for asking folks to wear a mask. My immune compromised husband is grateful.

Clean store and polite staff. Prices have been going up and when nitrile gloves cost more here than at Walgreens thats not a good sign. Seems like HF has been gaining notoriety and now the stuff cost more. Its becoming less of a savings and more of just another tool store.

I love this place. Cheap tools and nice people. They have a lot of odd tools that arent easy to find. I have bought quite a few assorted tools there and 95% of them did the job as well as a more expensive tool at a big box store would have... sometimes even better.This shouldnt matter but in the world we live in, I guess it does... just about everyone had masks and distanced each other.

I love this place but man I could see my wallet going here to die. So many great deals, great prices, and cool things. I went there only looking for a set of files, but I came out with a sweet waterproof case, stud finder, and set of picks. Yeah I love this place.

Decent enough tools for home jobs, and a great price.

I love harbor freight and typically the staff is helpful and cordial, but on my last visit Melissa was very rude. If people are ever able to show their faces again it will probably cut down on the rudeness currently displayed behind a mask. Maybe management should have a little talk with her and explain that if she is so unhappy working there she should leave and work somewhere else.

Wish I could leave zero stars! During our recent winter storm, we lost complete power, so we went to the Denton, Texas location in search of a generator. We had one, but needed at least one more, if not 2, to keep 2 senior citizens, 3 children, 2 adults, and 22 baby chicks from freezing. We offered to pay full price for the 2 they had left, because we knew other families suffering, but they wouldn’t sell them to us because they were floor models. Appeals to the manager and district manager resulted in the same response that it was COMPANY POLICY! So, I want to be clear: It is the COMPANY POLICY of Harbor Freight to let people and animals freeze before selling them life saving equipment sitting on a shelf in their store. I would love to receive a plausible explanation from the company, if there is one.

Dont get me wrong I love harbor freight, its affordable and lots of things to choose from as far as basic tools go,but something like screws is not an option, and thats what you went for, well I guess you could just say this is a vary inconvenient and unnecessary inconvenience and its not just screws Ive looked for and couldnt find because they dont carry it, oh and the people that work there could star paying more attention to people wondering around looking like there lost, I would think yall would at least help the elders out and ask them if they need help finding what they are looking for....

Great service. Found all the items I wanted. I was standing in line and the cashier asked me to change lines so I could check out. Was able to use all my coupons that I found online.

I needed to return something for my husband, and I didnt have a hassle with the return. I didnt like to Supervisor as he was extremely rude. I would have liked a sign or arrow or something pointing me in the right direction to make a return.

Great store for cheap tools. Not pro level tools but perfectly fine for the occasional tool user. Not overpaying for something I will use once or twice a year is a huge plus.

Was looking for a garden tool (tree pruner) and found for LESS THAN HALF of what Home Depot asks for the same tool. Highly recommend start shopping here for any tool and only use HD or Lowes if Harbor dont have or cant order for you.

Found all but one item which they were out of stock on and the cashiers are just rude. The item was jack stands which I found out were unsafe. The next time was completely different. Very good service.

Went in to buy a sheet rock lift. Needed it today. Said they where out but had one on the floor. I don’t understand why places fill they Connor sale what’s on the floor. They know they have more coming. It does not make any sense.

I love harbor freight. They have really bucked the system when it comes to tools. Yeah some of their tools arent the best, but others are amazing. This store makes doing your own projects affordable for once.

Good deals on tools. Disposable tools are a big part of their niche, but they have been upgrading many tools and keeping price points below competitive brands. Their return policy is great. Yes, occasionally you get a dud tool, they look it up by your phone and swap it out no problem. Never had an issue with items like sandpaper, grinding wheels, saw blades, hammers, screwdrivers wrenches and so on. Had a couple of bad grinders that burned out while stripping house paint off a 80 year old house, but they replaced them no problem.

Had everything we needed. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

This location is one of my favorites, Very spacious compared to some. I have never experienced a line here, the checkout process is usually pretty fast. I have picked up a tool box here, and they were able to load with a forklift. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.

If it’s not in the store and you order it online you may never get it. I tied to by a transmission jack and the local store (Denton, TX) refused to sell me the display model, tell me another store that had what I needed or even have it shipped to the store. I have been trying to contact customer service to find out why my delivery was not delivered when promised but they have yet to respond. Order is 2 weeks late and tracking number says no delivery is scheduled.Again, if it’s in the store buy it, if not just go somewhere else.

I love Harbor Frieght but this store has the rudest cashiers ever! Ive been to multiple Harbor Freight stores in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas and the is the worst store. My wife refuses to step foot back in this store because of how rude the cashiers were to us and other customers.

They did not have some of the tools I needed to fish wire through walls (wet noodle & 6 glow rods) nor did they have the particular drill bits I needed. Still, I was able to pick up some things and the prices were reasonable.

Workers fairly nice. Dont give discounts on everything when they hand out coupons or you get them through emails. Which is a bummer! Have to watch out for that with big purchases. Pretty clean, very organized. Great prices and always sales and clearance items. Almost every tool and manly job item you can think of! My husband shops here every weekend regardless if he needs something or not. He works on every project in our home and on our cars and he LOVES it here! He has to go up and down every isle every time he goes, something new, or something on sale for an awesome price every weekend!!

I ordered 2 items (2 of the same) online. I got the first item then followed up as I didn’t get the second. They told me it was on the way. Then told me it was going to be delivered he next day a week later. The next day it was canceled and my money was refunded. Poor customer service.

My family and I shop at this store a lot. They have decent tools for very decent prices. They are beginning to carry better quality tools at good prices. The staff at this store have always been polite and helpful, when we need it.

What can I say? Harbor Freight is where you go for a tool that you either can not afford or need for a once in a while project. This store is always busy with at least a dozen customers. It would be nice if it was a larger store (expansion to a much larger store would help with expanding the availability of products, such as taking over the fitness center that is up for lease). Their membership is a rip off however, rarely can one purchase a qualifying product with the membership and not get stuck in the brands that are excluded or already on sale. The staff is hit or miss even the store manager who can be a bit cold and argumentative. Every once in a while they get an employee that is helpful and knowledgeable and that is the only reason I give this location 3 stars. I really wish they carried an expanded selection of products and that coupons and memberships worked on all products not just those not on sale (hint all products are on sale all the time) and those that are certain brands.

Amazing prices and specials. Quality has improved over the years based on my experience. Still, for mission-critical machines and tools, I buy elsewhere. For infrequently-used stuff, you cannot beat Harbor Freight. This location seems to be well-stocked, well-managed, and staffed with knowledgeable and friendly folks. Very convenient location. Product quality still has a ways to go in order to earn 5 stars.

What is not the like about Harbor Freight except the weird tire smell. Great goods, cheap prices, helpful personnel.Make sure to sign up for coupons before you go in. They will (e)mail you coupons, depending on your preferences, which will give you a free item with almost every purchase. On top of the already cheaper prices, they constantly send out 20% off coupons.There has never been a time that someone who works in the store hadnt asked if I needed help at least once during my visit.
