Theyve never been great, but usually at least passable. This time Ive just returned from my second trip up there this week (about a 20 minute drive) to purchase MIG welding gas. First I went to Lewisville, which told me they had just sold their last one, but that Denton had one. So I drove the 20 miles to Denton, only to find out they apparently dont know how inventory actually works and they didnt have any. But they should get their truck Thursday morning and I can try back.Thursday morning I called at 10am, and their truck hadnt come but it should be on the truck. I called a little afternoon and they said they had it, so I dropped everything to go. Sure enough, I get there, and the truck said they had it, but they didnt actually have it, I thought it was a different size.I dont care how far the next store is, Id drive 100 miles never to have to deal with these guys again.

Theyve been ok in the past when it was 3L Welding, but seems to have gone downhill since changing to Airgas. Customer service is important to me as a business owner and it was just too much wasted time when I tried to go in and make a purchase. I use Praxair for most of my gas, but I was hoping to have a backup.
