Horrible experience. We ordered propane about a month ago and still havent received our order. They took our money and never delivered. Weve been out of propane for weeks. They keep promising to deliver, but never do. Weve been waiting since Feb 6th. We have to heat water in our microwave so we can fill up our sink to give our kid a bath. This is absolutely awful. I hope they are held legally liable for putting their customers safety and well-being at risk.

Ferrell Gas is not reliable. We are going to run out of propane during the worst winter storm in Texas (Feb 2021!). Ferrell has not shown up to deliver our propane TWICE! We have proof that our order was deleted from their system. They say they have no idea how it happened. The last time we were expecting a gas delivery, the driver was not given our gate pass number, so they skipped delivery. Our phone number is posted on our gate. A simple phone call would have done. The company had our security code on file. They’ve used it plenty of times prior. I cannot recommend this company. They are incompetent on the phone. They are unreliable.

Ordered a refill Jan 31 due by Feb 14. On Feb 10th I check status of order since bad weather was coming. My order had been deleted in their system. I have the confirmation email. They had no explanation, but that they would have to place a new order with a new delivery date of Feb 28th. Winter storm hit Texas Feb 16. I got down to 6%. I called around and found a local gas company that ANSWERS their phone. An actually human. Told them my story and I had gas the next day. Goodbye FG, Ill tell anyone that will listen how you left us in the cold...

Called the service line on hold for 20 minutes. Finally opted for call back. I guess they have all the customers they need currently.

Horrible service - Been calling daily for propane delivery since the 14th of February knowing that the storm would create a backlog. I requested emergency delivery since the 25th after my propane was down to 20%because my husband has pneumonia so we cannot leave our home should we run out. Today is the 3rd of March and still no delivery and request for a manager to call has not yet been received. Horrible company !!!

We called and called and finally someone answered the phone. We gave them all the information they needed to install our propane tank and they said they could do it. Then they never returned our calls. We called back. They answered and said they could install it but they never would give us a date. This went on for weeks. This isn’t about Covid, this is terrible management. Go somewhere else- we did.

Really sad bc I’ve used them going on 10 years but this year I can never get anyone to answer. I now am out of propane and I have a new born at home. I have been calling for two weeks straight. Sad and very unprofessional. Will most likely take my business somewhere else.

Been filling there for 40 years, prices are as good as anywhere. Always frendly, and they DO know what their doing. best new tank price i can find.

People Ferrill gas company are always courteous and go beyond the extra mile to make sure that their customers are taken care of .

Owners are INCORRECT/ door says 5PM like web but they were GONE! Maybe they work Tuesday-Thursday, from when the feel like opening until they have something better to do...Not happy, drove across town to refill RV tanks, came on from Amarillo... it will be a cold night because of these guys neglect!

Had a new above ground propane tank installed to replace an older one that was too large for our needs. Ferrellgas (Thomas) did an excellent job of placing the new one, hooking it up and testing.

Very bad experience. Unfortunately, I am locked into this company due to the previous homeowner leasing the tank. Due to increasing gas prices, they will come fill your tank and charge $1/gallon more than the standard rate in Texas. That adds up to over $500 more than competitors per tank fill. They own the tank and when I asked how to remove the tank from my property, the person on the phone gave me attitude, and hung up on me. I am looking into removing their tank and purchasing a tank to have another company fill in the future.
