Everyone in the store was nice when I came in with my daughter to purchase a bed. We paid the full amount and got what we thought was a great deal. Wrong! The bed broke within 5 days after we purchased it, everything is made of wood and the people who put the beds together don’t do a good job. Down to the box spring which is also wood and broke a couple days after the frame. They have no phone number for a warranty department so you have to email back to someone who isn’t responsive at all and gives terrible service. Here it is 3 weeks since I purchased the bed and it broke and I still have no replacement. They don’t offer refunds at all either even if their poor quality merchandise breaks. They send you through loops and everything just to leave you without a bed. DO NOT PURCHASE from here. Go somewhere with quality service and products. Save yourself the hassle. I’m throwing this mess away and filing a complaint with the BBB. I’m going to try and get my money back because I could have went with somewhere reputable and received great products with great support.

Absolute best mattress buying experience! I went here because of the good reviews for this store and was not disappointed. We had an excellent experience with the Denton Mattress Depot. No pressure to buy. We came three times until we actually purchased and didnt get a car salesman treatment at any time. I was provided a firm price (after some haggling, which I enjoyed), then an offer to assist with any other needs that I had. They were patient and professional at all times. Would come here again for future needs.

If you REALLY want a good deal on a mattress come here!! We wend to Home Zone and Mattress Firm before coming here and wasted our time! We had a great guy named Shawn that helped us out! We had a budget in mind and he helped us stay under it. He showed us the beds that would fit our needs. No pushy up selling!!! No annoying price haggling!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Id be very cautious dealing with this company. I was working with, a friend of a friend, who worked there. Found a less expensive mattress, tried cancelling my order and they refused. Then I was lied to, because I was refusing delivery, to accept the mattress because they needed something from the finance company in order to return it. Ill never do business with a company that has an, All sales are final, no refund, policy. Like I said, buyer beware.

I didnt like that I told the sales representative what I needed and when I needed it and he stated he could meet my needs. Only after taking all my personal information. He disclosed he was not able to provide the service he promised. After waiting 30 minutes in line behind another customer and after he waited on a couple of guy that came in after me. Poor customer service. I will not be back or send any of my family members to this place. Big lots gave me a better deal and delivered on what they promised me.

Stopped in the store over the weekend here looking for a new mattress. Ashley was there and ready to help out! She was so helpful with learning pricing and understanding the warranties along with know the quality of bed that she carried! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!! Walked in here today with my grandmother-in-law. The signs say 80%, well long story short she found the mattress she wanted, looked at the price seemed to be the cheapest one. $899 for a full size mattress with no box spring. I told him that wasn’t no where close to 80% off. He said on I just put this tag on, I chose the wrong one this ones actually on sale. We walk around a bit more trying to make a run, he says one minute let me see what I can do goes behind the counter and says don’t leave I know you will never come back and says can you do $599. Told him no thanks, he proceeded to bug us with the price all the way out of the door. Went to Rustic Furniture Depot and found a mattress she LOVED, not liked for $180 brand new full mattress only. Honestly felt quite much like a tempurpedic. Don’t display $80 if it isn’t true. Something called false advertising.

This company truly puts a lot of stock into the customer. Horrible...my husband and I walked in there because there were sale signs all over the outside. We told the salesman that we are looking for a mattress for our guest room. He asked us our price point--the first question. My husband said, How about we start at $0. Of course, we are not looking for a free mattress. We wanted to find something more inexpensive because it is for a guest room. Then he said, Well I need to know how much your price-point is. My GM wants to see big numbers. TOTAL TURNOFF. Who says that to a customer?! We walked out, and he didnt try to stop us.When you signs outside that say, up to 80% off, everything must go, mattress sale, and mattress liquidation, why would you say that to a customer? Of course we went in there ready to spend money, but we have no interest in what your GM wants, and what you want to get out of our sale. We are seriously looking to buy a mattress because Im pregnant and due in October. We will have family stay with us and need something else. That salesman was pathetic.We just want to be treated as customers. Seriously. Horrible experience and we wont go back. I think that is the RUDEST thing a salesman has ever said.

Minnie the saleswoman was quite friendly, informative and accomodating. She sold me a twin size mattress with box spring for a mere $160, with a bedsheet, top sheet and pillowcases thrown in for free. She didnt try to hustle me or upsell me on anything, she got right down to business letting me know what her best deals were for someone on a budget like me. This is a great family owned honest business. If you have more money to spare than I do, i would definitely go for their 80% OFF deal on their discontinued Lovejoy mattresses, those things were very comfy and under $300. Mattress Depot is a great honest no frills no thrills mattress store. I recommend it.

The reason behind my 1 star review:-the staff are unprofessional. the snide remarks. They walk away to answer the phone WHILE Im talking. Justin I think his name was? He left the store for a delivery driver to watch the store and answer questions. Comes back and the delivery driver says they are drilling me over here no sir, I was asking you typical questions that a customer would.. sorry your buddy left you to do that yourself. I guess he shouldnt have right? Oh and the delivery driver acted like he was strung out on something.. talking fast, hardly understandable, looking all over the place, flailing his arms around.-the prices. Like, if you have the words liquidation blowout sale 80% off written everywhere, I expect to see some pretty cheap prices. Those prices were in the $800 for some super cheap memory foam. No sir. These prices are pretty much the same everywhere else. I go to ask why they are so high when Ive seen queen mattresses in the $300 and they are not the spring mattresses. He goes on to say that these prices are including the frame and box spring. Well, that would make sense, HOWEVER, your buddy the delivery driver said that the box spring is an extra $100 and just 30 minutes earlier you said these prices included just the mattress.Unprofessional and rude. I literally just had to leave when he went to answer that phone mid-sentence.

I had never had a brand new mattress, so when it came time to purchase I checked out every place you could imagine (Nebraska furniture mart, mattress giant etc..). Ultimately I had a great overall experience at mattress depots Denton location. I spoke with James the salesman there. He was really helpful and informative (since I know nothing about mattresses). Anyway, I ended up getting the Achilles lovejoy memory foam mattress at a great price. I would never have been able to get such bang for buck anywhere else! Couldnt be happier with my purchase/experience.

We just brought a mattress on Black Friday. My wife has had 5 back surgeries. I broke my neck 4 yrs ago .I went to Mattress Depot in Denton Texas .The lady showed me several beds, she said that I needed to tryout the bed, n not to rush !!!I tried 2 beds spending 30 minutes on each one.The lady was very helpful n never rush me, she was did NOT RUSH me .She did all the paperwork n had the bed loaded. She ask about stuff that I would need, things I would have forgot !When I got home my wife was amazed that I got everything that we needed .THANKS LADYIm now a hero to my wife !!!

I thought ali was awesome. 5 star man, but... the Kornerstone Kredit they use for financing is trash. Their app and site dont function properly, live chat is mindless and my bill is increasing as I pay with no ability to pay on the due date they simply draft it early in the am and do a returned charge if it doesnt go through even though legally you have the due date to pay.

Denton location. Were able to select and purchase easily and quicky. No presure. Happy with product.

Its only been 3 night but man, what a difference a mattress makes. We bought an achillis lovejoy memory foam gel mattress. Never owned a memory foam and James at the denton location explain what it is, how it works...the good and the bad. Weve been to so many stores looking and I dont know what it was about James but it never felt like we were dealing with a salesman out to make a buck. He really helped us get what we wanted. Ive woken with no pain all three morning. Thats a record. I slept most of the night and that never happens. So thank you very much. Thanks again James. We will definately go back
